I agree with you as well.
Frizzell was way over his head. And his lack of prosecution helped allow Edwards (etc) move the money (to China).
Yes, I agree with you.
I remember Nufced told me there was an agreement with the SEC. Whereas, the SEC allowed Kevin and Frizzell to go after the assets.
And that was a big. Because Frizzell didn't have the man-power to go after things (like the SEC would have).
I thunk it sucks the family of John Edwards is able to keep all the money stolen.
And I sure would like to know if Carolyn Casavant owns a home with no mortgage.
Dropped by to say that I was watching TV, and something in the story-line reminded me of Nufced. Has been a long time.
I'm on the same line as well.
Can't remember the company name...but I bought-in over $0.20 cents.
Dropped down to $0.002
two reverse splits later, my shares were gone.
Woa...just read your post that you have COVID.
And that you're also recovering.
My Brother's kids just finished it as well (last week).
Whatever the case -- may You and your Family get well soon.
Keep an eye on APCX
They're trading below their IPO price.
There's been an interesting chain of events this week.
This closed at $1.44 on Tuesday.
The Wednesday reverse split brought this to up to $13.68
News of the private placement at $4.15
Wednesday premarket people dump their post reverse shares.
Opens at $2.89
Today, Friday, it's currently trading at $2.06
And there's no buying pressure currently...which means this will drop lower.
I bought 12k shares to see what happens next month.
Sooner or later this should trade back-up to the IPO price above $4.00 dollars.
I hope I'm right.
Another pump-and-dump PR today.
Wow. This company likes to rip-off shareholders.
I rode this yesterday after-hours to $4.00
Bought back-in this morning at $3.30
But that recent drop from $3.49 back down to $3.29 scared me off.
I'm out at $3.30
Standing on the sidelines to see where this is going today.
I was trying to figure-out where the shares being sold are coming from. And your post makes a lot of sense.
Thank you for the information (on PM).
The Shorts are trying really hard to keep this down. Might see a squeeze this week.
Buyer Beware - trades like a pump and dump.
Pre market - in at $5.25, out at $6.25
*** Buyer Beware ***
Dropped from $9.35 to $8.10 in a matter of minutes.
Decided to take a loss on this today.
Shorts don't attack a company like this...unless the Shorts know the company is FOS and a pump.
So far, it looks like there's a combination of Insider's dumping and a short-attack.
Sucks.
Damn. Stop loss hit. Have a Great Christmas.
Yes, that was a nice call.
Back in at $19.50 * 2,500 shares
Good luck to you. And Happy Holidays (Merry Christmas).
I think there's a combination of "bagholders" and Insiders.
And it makes me uneasy to see the Insiders dumping.
The problem with ADGI right now is the "Short Attack."
Ever since the GME short squeeze, and the amount of money the Shorts lost on GME -- I noticed the Shorts are ganging-up on companies. Combining their resources to make money on the drive down. And this always appears to happen when a company gets great news.
That's what happening to ADGI right now. The Shorts are attacking.
Eventually, it will go back up. But when, I don't know.
Good Morning. I'm in for 10k shares at $2.489
I don't hold long-term right now. I have a bad feeling there's going to be another crash. Put 401K's into cash account.
Good luck if you stay in. I'm calling it the day. Adios.
I agree with you 100% -- I have given back quite a few gains when chasing the high.
But the Shorts are not going to let this run today.
I'm done for today.
See ya' tomorrow.
I had a feeling this might hit $15.00 today...let's see if it does. Good luck to you.
I kept holding back on the rebuy -- 10.00 - 10.50 - 11.00 - 11.50 - 12.00 -- then back in.
I changed stop loss to 12.50 -- and it just hit.
Made another $2,500
I'm done for today.
See ya' tomorrow.
Damn. Just broke $13.00
And I was going to buy back in at $10.00
Got back in at $11.93
Stop loss set at $12.10
Thanks
Thank you. This was a nice Christmas present to myself.
My stop loss hit at $11.00
You're right. I'm upping my stop loss at $11.00
Still holding with a stop loss at $10.00 -- but I should have sold half at $12.90
Thanks for the info.
I'm not holding this long, based on what happened the past few months.
I'll be getting-out before closing today.
The Shorts keep trying to downward the trend. But the buying pressure matches and sometimes exceeds (the Shorts attempt to tank the price). Then the Shorts are quickly buying back again, which give-us those quick bursts.
I think this might break $15.00 today.
But I'm keeping my $10.00 stop loss in case I am wrong.
Yes, SOPA ran the past year. That's why I'm watching this closely. Watching to see if this drops quickly.
