Enjoy the Weekend All. AND STAY OFF THIS MESSAGE BOARD!!!
Well..alrighty then!
jfmcrr, almost everyday you provide proof positive that you are completely incorrigible. Do you have anything to state in your defense. (Please keep it under 165,439 words).
Thanks for the post and sharing your insights. You very effectively summarized the practical requirements for bringing this project to the point of regulatory submission. Let's hope Titan continues demonstrating that it's up to the task. GLTA
Thinking more like an MMA ring...no?
Not a fabulous example, take a look back 3 months on PTIE.
I did also read that if you are taking Entresto, a combo which is partially comprised of Valsartan, you need not be concerned at this time. Novartis sources its active ingredients elsewhere.
Not really sure about the LDL anymore Kiwi. I think we may be on the verge of a lipid revolution where we begin a retreat from LDL as a cause of CVD. We'll have to see how this all pans out in the coming months and years.
No not the case, caddiedad. I'm not really negative about this, shit happens, but did the shake thing and no improvement. I've been on V since first released, had to wait a couple of months until local distribution established. Since this subject has come up, I'm going to go find that errant bottle. I'll keep posting.
I got a bottle from CVS, they're the only pharmacy I ever use. When I opened, the contents were sticking together. Odor wasn't outrageous. Capsule or capsules must have leaked but I never found the specific culprit(s). Still have the bottle around somewhere, meant to return for replacement but never got around to it. I think I discovered this while I was doing last minute preparations for "snow bird" escape to Delray.
BigT82 and 66Mustang, I apologize if I've been offensive to either of you, it was not intentional. You both bring considerable insight and honest thoughts to this board as do many others. I hope your faith is rewarded.
Yeah, but they also probably assumed that the story was truthful AND ..they.. are getting in at the fully diluted (almost) share price. I might consider making that trade, had I been told the truth. I'm sorry but at this particular moment in Titan's saga, no one could really justify management's actions.
I can probably lend you $50 if you really need it, Guapo.
Sadly not enough said, I need to correct.....not .58 pre-split but .058.
At 58 cents, I would sell.
No, I don't think they had any intention that the offering be open for that long, but if you think Northfield and/or Bloom Burton were the problem then that's on Mac and his "Rock" as well. When they saw it was going bad, and given that they had no intention of providing ANY SUPPORT whatsoever, they should have pulled the offering. Let's be honest, the outcome couldn't have been any worse than this!
You're joking right? I've got a better chance of making a profit in the MegaMillions or PowerBall Lotteries! (Hmmm..!!!) I'm going to sell some Titan and buy some Tickets. Thanks for the insights glg20!
Although I hate every word you just wrote about our investment in Titan, you are 100% correct. My anger comes from the lies that we have been told again and again by current and prior management teams that we can do nothing about. I'm not talking about "safe harbor" disclaimers, I'm talking about outright lies. But as retail investors, we are powerless against a company that has nothing to make a claim against. IMO
glg20, investors just gave Titan 20 million at 8 1/3 cents. It now trades at 5 5/6 cents.
Belize/Scalpel,
That is the only realistic conclusion that one can draw. We know that Mac was aware of the damage that can befall a company stock following a RS. That came from his mouth. We know that he both understood and was committed to supporting the stock after split to try to avoid the above. That from his mouth also.
Mac had previously banged out multiple highly dilutive cash raises because the money was there to be had AND it was needed. There was no thought of support in those raises. Not that we could stop it but many here agreed to the RS specifically because of Mac's promises to shareholders, promises not kept.
So rather than support the stock after RS or even sit tight for a bit while the PPS was rising, Mac announced a massively dilutive raise that, if successful, would take the company to FDA approval. I did not believe the raise would be successful and it really wasn't. We were led to believe that institutional investors were sitting on the fence ready to buy, many retailers were moved to double down as a result.
It took, what, forty days? to close during which it was touted that $50 million would be raised (prompting even more commitment from retailers) and we couldn't even get to $20 million. As we saw, the longer the closing dragged on, the more the PPS retreated. That is all on Mac.
So we retailers suffered serious dilution at the hands of previous management and I would agree they may have been incapable of ever bringing SPORT to market. I think Mac and team are capable of getting SPORT to the finish line but retail investors (us) have been diluted almost into oblivion.
I think it's crystal clear that Mac has not and may never take us into consideration . SPORT may one day be a raging success and management will profit handsomely but many here will never see that translate into profit for us. There's nothing we can do except wait and see......and believe nothing that Mac says, only what he does!
JMO/GLTA
Zip, I agree shareholders will need an offer they can't refuse but I disagree with your number. Once the results are understood and the treatment projections are clear, the offer will have to top $100/shr. Go AMRN!
It's becoming increasingly apparent to me that some folks who respond to posts on this board don't actually bother to read them. Personally, I'd stick with the PharmEPA and just keep my eyes closed.
It almost looks like they inadvertently reported Lovaza's numbers under Generic Lovaza's.
I'm going to disagree with you on the prospect of being sold quickly. Amarin intends to try it on their own.....at least for awhile. Perhaps a merger down the road, but I wouldn't even bet on that.
Why do you continually post opinions that are not based on reality? Vascepa is an FDA approved product TODAY. It can be sold by any new Sales Rep IMMEDIATELY!
You're a fuc in' piss....LOL
BB, where do you look for AH quotes and trades?. My platform isn't too slick.
HDG weighed in on this with thoughts that they should be able to handle overhead for new recruits out of free cash flow. Definitely sounds right to me assuming sales begin to ramp up. If R-It succeeds, sales should begin to ramp up, don't you agree?
JFM, I believe they're just trying to develop a pool of possible candidates and maybe begin the vetting process before results. There will be few if any offers made before the news of Reduce-It success.
OmegaVia 500 absolutely states 500mg Purified EPA ONLY, so no misunderstanding on label. If there's DHA, they aren't being truthful about it.
Please lose the BIG DARK CONSPIRACY theories. There is NO CONSPIRACY and no BIG BOSS pushing Mac's buttons. The fact is that Mac is in over his head with his expectations on the current financing opportunities for Titan. Don't know whether he decided on his own or took someone else's advice, but the buck lies with him and he completely blew it.
Should have paid some attention to us LAYMEN on this board, the combined wisdom of the posters here concerning this raise was way above our CEO's skillset. Sorry but if you all open your eyes, you'll see it's true. I wasn't expecting a miracle but I was expecting the truth from the "new boss". The only way Mac gets any respect from me going forward is if he calls it like it is and admits he fu ked up. Otherwise, not that it matters to anyone, my faith in him is dead. Good night folks.
Flenderson....sometimes it really sucks to be right, that's the last I'm gonna say for now.
I hope the company continues to make progress on meeting remaining milestones and look forward to hearing updates. GLTA
So we're pricing the offering at US$.08333 per unit to include 1sh and 1wt exercisable at US$.10667. Mac really screwed this up, no sensitivity to what the Market would bear. To go for an additional dilutive raise with no PR immediately following the RS is exactly what he implied he WOULD NOT DO.
He claimed to understand how markets would receive such an action. Well...he most certainly does now!! Holy shit!
How the fu k do you see clear sailing ahead? I think the Kool-aid must really be spiked!
Well Sport, unfortunately it looks like we hit it on the head. Really disappointed that they couldn't even manage the $25 million. What's done is done but they will be returning once again. I hope they can get some milestones completed before they come a'beggin agin....
How are NFLX, AAPL and MSFT doing?
Boy, the volume after that spike......they came right in and pushed it back down! Amazing ability to control the price, it's like magic!!
Dr. Sears needs a little educaration! That is if there still is a Dr. Sears....he could have departed years ago and his legacy is being run by drones! Smart man but overtaken by the profit motive...understandable.
Posi, the response Phil gave you doesn't make me feel any better about the success of this capital raise. I'm going to sleep through the whole weekend just so I don't have to think about all this.
Unfortunately I am completely confident that we can rule out #1.
Yeah.....awesome. JMO
