Absolutely true. Very low credibility here. In one breath EZ Desk becomes wholly owned, and then... hidden in the back of an OTC report they VERY sneakily squeeze in how the deal was never consummated. The first PR was a lie.
Ownership/ "management" is a train wreck. Be on the lookout for an offshore pump. It might provide an opportunity to bail out.
At least they survived today's SEC suspensions.
It's encouraging activity.
No idea. But it's entirely possible it's being manipulated to shake out weak hands before a run. JMO.
There's been a lot of sketchy activity in the last year.
Could just be someone that needs a tax loss. Who knows.
Happy holidays. Benz is tweeting again...

How can GDAR announce publicly that's they've acquired OfficeVP and then disclose quietly in filings that it's not actually acquired?
What recourse do shareholders have against false statements?
I'd really like to see some real signs of life here, soon.
Value added is the exact correct zone to be in. See the video posted earlier.
Does this show their intent? Note the date.

And for those that haven't heard the council agree with you

Ahhh old friend. Hope all is well. FITX is a great deal right now, lest you forget your pro&con SK* approach.
Value added is sufficient as stated in the councils own documents.

Where did you see that disclosure?
Still? Where's JanesCard? Has the KA white collar issues come to light? Loading zone??? SMH.
Last one here turn out the lights, the party's been over for a while now.
Berkeley Bio was the only thing of perceived value in the SKTO shell. Berkeley Bio lost it's scientist and now we know that "Black Jack Dave" (see FB) was keeping him out of the inner circle.
What part of SKTO is of value to this merger you speak of?
Dr Apel part 2 on Facebook. WOW.
"I got an e-mail from a B-Bio supporter who had some good questions about my resignation. Here was my response:
Good questions. Thanks for your concern. Dave and I have not been working together for the past 40 some years. We worked together on a number of projects 40 years ago. He just contacted me 2 years ago and asked me to help him cure people of cancer. I was surprised to find out he was still alive. His oil worked so well on my daughter-in-law's cancer, I quit my job as Prof. of Biochemistry at SJSU and went to work at B-Bio, the first year at minimum wage ($400/wk). He never let me meet any of the Dream Team and I never knew and still don't who I was working for or what company was what. I was never involved in any business decisions, never saw any stock, and everytime I complained about how our shareholders were treated, they cut back my pay. Back to minimum wage as punishment. I was never allowed to have contact info for any of the principles and my lab was never funded. Noone involved had any clue about science. They were and are only interested in marketing, something they told me was much too complicated for me to understand. Meanwhile I had ideas that could really help suffering people, but they were more interested in selling sunglasses and T-shirts delivered with pot in LA. I was never allowed to post on the B-Bio website and had to learn about what our company was doing through the pr's like everyone else. Once I showed Dave how to make THC-a, I never saw him again. Then I heard about Dharmanol in a pr. I have yet to see a Dharmanol pill, let alone try one. I just got tired of being mistreated and feel horrible about the financial loses so many well meaning people including many of my good friends in the scientific community have had to endure. I guess my mistake was trusting Dave and Maryann without getting to know them better first. I take full responsibility for that.
-Dr. Apel"
Agreed. If there was a shred of survival hope prior, the scientific brain of BBIO behind their product innovation would have to be part of a merger. He has left the virtual building.
To da moooorgue. RIP.

Dear folks: I resigned my position today as Chief Science Officer at Berkeley Bio-Organic Research Laboratories. -Dr. Charles L. Apel
Go to Facebook to see it yourself.

Dr Apel resigned from Berkeley Bio. How's the ride going to be now?
See his Facebook for info.
As the SEC digs and digs, the identities of those pushing this mess forward will be exposed. Don't you think? Insult to injury can't be looked upon favorably by the courts...

Hey! What's the story EB? Global Locks are very difficult to overcome...
once theres no bid, you'll have no choice.
I think it's more likely that they are just off the markets radar. I didn't see the news yesterday, thanks for pointing it out.
Nice SS here it seems. Hopefully the solar acquisitions will pan out. This could be a great play.
Song from the Bong. SKTO LONG and STRONG.
I checked his blog. He's receiver in lots of companies it seems. Nothing says this one is significant.
There's a lot cleaner shells than this one for Robert to risk his reputation on. I'm not sold on him taking over as if it was his own business. That being said, there's probably money to be made today. Don't marry it!
BK
Robert is the receiver. Please explain how this is significant.
Read this first:

I've been looking into the honesty of their attempts at resolving this Global lock and it seems like they are at least trying.
Simon Kogan wrote their embarassingly aweful looking attorney letter that is posted on OTC Markets withthe date 6-18-14. However he is a real attorney and represents clients with DTCC issues.
This is the section on his website that addresses his DTCC focus:
http://www.koganlaw.net/Practice-Areas/DTCC-Issues.shtml
and
http://www.koganlaw.net/Articles/Dealing-with-deposit-chills-and-Global-Locks11613-1444.pdf
Based on what you'll read from their attorney, the DTCC lock removal process is lengthy and entirely uncertain, but at a price of .0001 or .0002 it may be a good gamble. They certainly are paying Mr Kogan for his series of attorney letters.

The government without a doubt. They report their revenues accurately.
AEGY is on the Canada Securities Naughty List

These are not the droids you're looking for.
This could happen. Sad to say, but there are those talking about holding and they must be FoS. Crazy talk.
Which one? If a stock is suspended to grey it's different than being an international company that starts there. They simply don't come back from suspension. It's more of an expulsion because when I think about the work suspension, it sounds like a temporary departure from Pinks, when in reality it's not temporary at all.
I disagree. They are not business savvy. They're just some guys with great products that fell into... Let's say, an unfortunate situation. They are certainly not in control of the messaging on their page. DGold signs his posts... Apel is way out of business loop.
It seems they got a social media intern if I was to guess...
That letter is actually LOL funny. The collection of fonts, crazy misaligned paragraphs, old fashioned cut/paste layout (like with scissors and paste) is totally absurd. Still I hope she runs so I can get outta this pig.
Growing up a Red Sox fan taught me that one win is nice and two wins isn't a streak. SKTO needs to start somewhere if it's going to make another run. Let's see what happens tomorrow and over the next few days.
BK
Also, the deal isn't closed yet. It's a definitive agreement. There was a definitive agreement with AVNE too.
LOL! Nasdaq!!! Good one. There's not even a reasonable minimum level of transparency. Nasdaq! Let's have them try to maintain a current Pink status.
You're welcome but I'm not sure I clarified anything. We got contradictory messages, right?
He asked for the CUSIP. I didn't have it and I gave him the PRPM symbol.
There's only one CUSIP between the two, right?
