Simon Kogan wrote their embarassingly aweful looking attorney letter that is posted on OTC Markets withthe date 6-18-14. However he is a real attorney and represents clients with DTCC issues.

Based on what you'll read from their attorney, the DTCC lock removal process is lengthy and entirely uncertain, but at a price of .0001 or .0002 it may be a good gamble. They certainly are paying Mr Kogan for his series of attorney letters.
