In meteorology, potential doesn't count. I live in Upstate NY. Numerous times during the winter, forecasts are made stating that the "potential" exists for a huge snowstorm, perhaps historic and the biggest of all time. In the 10 years that I've lived up here, I've heard this type of potential forecast at least 30 times. In reality, there's only been a total of one time that it's actually come true.
So, when it comes to DEWM, potential is great, forward looking statements sound great, but it's results that count. Until we see actual results of progress, we have nothing more than potential. I'm sincerely hoping that the potential that I read in his emails comes true.
It's just my opinion, but I feel that most of what Marco has brought to the public over the past year, has been little more than forward looking statements. There comes a time when forward looking statements no longer suffice. That's why DEWM has been range bound for months, and why the daily trading volume has been so low.
Now, it's time for him to deliver facts. Whether the financials are good or bad is reaching the point of irrelevance. They need to be issued, period. He also needs to talk about what's actually taking place at Dewmar, not what all of the potential developments are. Potential means nothing, it's results that count.
To be quite honest, I feel that giving him a few weeks is more than generous. With that said, however, I'll likely wait until the beginning of the year before I feel that he's once again let us down.
Regardless of how I feel at the moment, which is positive, or how others feel at any given time, I don't see how anyone could possibly be satisfied with the job that he's done so far. By that, I don't mean what's going on behind the scenes, as no one truly knows what that is, but rather his lack of transparency with investors. Whether you're positive or negative, the fact that he hasn't addressed the issue of financials is very troubling.
I think he made a huge mistake when he delivered last years President's Message. In it, he stated that he anticipated that financials would be released in the early part of 2015. When this failed to take place, instead of him providing an update, he went silent.
The bottom line, at least as far as I'm concerned is that while he MAY be doing a great job behind the scenes, he's among the worst CEO's I've ever run across at providing up to date news to investors.
Got it...thanks!
Thank you; I enjoy reading all of your posts because they're well thought out, and raise questions that all of us should be asking.
It would definitely be a good thing, a real morale booster.
You got that one right!
I totally agree with your statement, but while I'm feeling positive right now, I've had very negative feelings toward Marco in the past. At the moment, he gets the benefit of the doubt from me. If, however, months go by with no action on his part, than I'll know that he's pulling all of our legs.
There's no need for the actual emails to be stickied. Quite honestly, whether people believe me or not doesn't matter. Those who know me, know that what I say is true. If someone feels like taking my direct email quotes from Marco and doing so, I have no problem. I'm not on I-Hub to make friends, but rather to contribute only when I have something significant to offer. The emails are significant. That's why I often go months without posting a single thing.
I'm not sure why you say that I've missed your point. I agree with you on all points, and also find it ludicrous of the other poster to claim that he/she knows for a fact that there will be a Veteran's Day announcement. Just because there was one last year, doesn't mean that they'll be one this year.
Marco has a lousy record of delivering on promises. As mentioned, if weeks and months go by with no financials, etc., I'll be right back in your camp. My feelings at the moment are based entirely on the positive emails that he sent me, and I'm hoping that this time he finally pulls through.
The emails that Marco sent to me are fact, in that they're real. Whether or not he follows through on anything is another story. Your posting that he's going to deliver the President's Address on Veteran's Day is your opinion, not fact. Just because it was on Veteran's Day last year, does not mean that it will be on Veteran's Day this year. It may or may not be, but it is certainly not written in stone.
He clearly indicated to me via email, that there would be no reverse split anytime soon. As mentioned, he also indicated that the accountants believe that once the financials are released, the stock will be worth a minimum of .10. Predictions like these seem pretty far fetched, but since they came directly from the CEO's mouth, I'll remain hopeful that they can come true.
I'm positive once again on DEWM, but Marco needs to fulfill all of the promises that he's made. It's fine when he uses words such as "Spectacular" to indicate the direction that the company is taking, but it doesn't mean anything until he follows through.
My decision to assume the best, is based upon the emails that he sent to me. Although the emails are fact, the only thing that will matter is whether or not he's telling the truth. Only time will tell.
In my opinion, it does a disservice when people state that he's going to make an announcement on Veteran's Day, or any day for that matter. I also believe it does a disservice when people state that DEWM is going to the Moon, etc. Comments like these have no substance, and they do nothing to affect the share price. It's my belief that posters should stick to the facts, and stop wasting time on ridiculous predictions. In that regard, if I hear anything else from Marco, I'll post it, as while what he writes me may or may not be true, at least the emails that I post are fact. People shouldn't take this as a personal insult, only as a suggestion that making comments with no substance are meaningless.
I forgot to include this additional line that was in a separate email from Marco, dated 07/31/2015. I had questioned the possibility of a reverse split, and warned against his doing so.
"Dewm does not need a reverse split to be worth hundreds of millions on the otc boards. We are massively undervalued right now and I'm cool with that for now."
Once again, please don't send me any PM's. Thanks in advance.
I would just like to share one more email that I received from Marco on 07/31/2015. It's now been exactly 3 months since he sent it to me, but in light of the encouraging news from last night, I thought this would be a good time to post it. Here it is, word for word.
"You understand my plan. Analysts that know what we have accomplished say that we are worth 10 cents minimum once we get our financials current. We are diligently working on them."
The reason why I never posted the above, is because I wanted to see if Marco would follow through on some of the things that he discussed with me. When a long period of time went by without hearing a word, I became discouraged. With last nights email, I'm once again feeling positive about DEWM, and I've come to the realization that I'm simply short on patience. If nothing happens in the next few months, I'll once again question his motives, however, at this time I'm giving the CEO the benefit of the doubt.
In addition to his comment from above, there were other topics discussed that will be monumental to the success of DEWM should they come to fruition. There was nothing exchanged in our emails that would in any way be construed as insider information. Everything that I learned was through the process of deduction and was derived at by my putting together the pieces of the puzzle.
Please refrain from sending me PM's regarding the above, as there's nothing else that I can talk about. I wish everyone on this board the best with DEWM, and hope that all of the things that Marco discussed play out soon.
I can certainly understand your not believing me, but I assure you that the emails that I quoted are exactly what I received from Marco last night. I've been in the same boat as you, more often than not, so I can obviously relate to your feelings.
I've gone back and forth with my opinion on DEWM. All I did now was to post the exact words that Marco sent to me. Do they mean anything in the end, only time will tell. If he fails to follow through, I'll be right back in your camp.
The last comment that he made, however, sounded very encouraging..."It's gonna be something spectacular. The work has been done. It's a matter of timing and releasing ALL THE INFO."
I can't reply to any more messages, as I'm going out for the day. Best of luck to everyone!
To clear up the confusion, what follows is a summary of the email exchange that I had with Marco. I was getting tired of reading posts that were not based on fact. As a result, I decided to contact him directly.
I asked him if he expected to release this years President's Message on Veteran's Day. His response was "No, I can't tell you." This doesn't mean he won't deliver one, but simply means that he's not in a position to commit one way or the other.
He added, "Much respect. Dewmar long and strong..." I'm not exactly sure what "Much respect" means, as I don't think he was referring to me. Perhaps he means that Dewmar deserves much respect.
His final comment was, "It's gonna be something spectacular. The work has been done. It's a matter of timing and releasing ALL THE INFO."
It was his final comment that got me so excited. Granted, I've heard things from Marco before and he's failed to follow through. If this is just more of the same, than I'll change my tune. Since his comments are extremely positive, and the type that would lead one to believe that we're on the verge of major announcements, I'm highly encouraged.
Will this be just more of the same old rhetoric, only time will tell. There's nothing more that I can add; at this point it's all up to Marco as to whether he pulls through or not.
Thanks!
All of the many questions and concerns that people have been posting regarding the future of DEWM are close to being answered. The work has been done, and the news that's going to be released will be spectacular and mind blowing. What's about to be revealed will be the biggest announcement or series of announcements in the history of this company.
The timing and release of substantive information about Dewmar International may or may not commence on Veteran's Day, however, it's just a matter of time before ALL THE INFO will become public knowledge.
The bottom line is that we are on the verge of receiving news that will be EPIC in proportion. I cannot reveal any specifics. I do know, however, that 2016 is going to be an incredible year for DEWM. Suffice it to say, MAJOR news is on the way, and you can take that to the bank.
I'm unable to provide any additional information. I can say, however, that the above isn't something that I'm hoping will happen, rather it's something that WILL happen. It's just a matter of time before we FINALLY know all of the answers and that the puzzle is complete. All of us have been waiting a long time, seemingly forever for news. Well, the wait is almost over, and the rewards are on the verge of being revealed. The above is based on fact, not wishful thinking.
Unfortunately this means nothing. The total amount of money traded today was less than 3 shares worth of Amazon stock. DEWM needs volume to break out of the trading range that it's been in for the last 3 months. Mr. Invisible, do nothing Moran isn't helping the cause.
I honestly have no idea.
The saddest part is that at one time, DEWM had so much potential. At this point, however, I'm finding it hard to believe that anyone would still be of the belief that Marco has the ability to make this company a success.
What a lot of the positive posters fail to realize, is that Moran doesn't follow through on the vast majority of his promises. Kush Cakes, regardless of how many are sold, are not enough to turn this company around.
I've held all of my shares for almost two years, based entirely on the anticipation that Marco would deliver on his promises. Earlier this year, I learned of some of the incredible things that were on the verge of taking place regarding new products, potential partnerships, etc. All of this information was obtained from the CEO himself. Now I know that everything he told me was a lie. Nothing that he mentioned has come to fruition, nor is anything about to.
In the hands of a more transparent, less arrogant, less narcissistic CEO, perhaps this stock would have stood a chance. Now, all we have to look forward to is more of the same. No doubt, on Veterans Day we'll receive news that will appear to answer all of the questions that we've been looking for. The problem is that regardless of what Marco has to say, everything will be forward looking and will be unlikely to ever happen. I'm sure that we'll hear more news regarding the financials. Like before, he'll state that he anticipates that they'll be all caught up by a certain date, a date that we all know will never happen.
Those who are still positive regarding DEWM are oblivious to what's going on around them. I was just like you for a very long time. Now that I know the truth about this company, it makes me sad and angry that we've all been lied to for so long.
What do you mean by pathetic volume. $54 worth of trades for the day is astounding; I need to purchase a new calculator, as the one I'm currently using can't tabulate numbers of this size.
I hear you, but the total trades amounted to a staggering $1248 for the day. This is getting to be some really serious trading. If DEWM shows any more action, I'll have to get a new calculator, as the one that I'm currently using can't handle these kind of numbers.
We've heard this exact line from you virtually every single day for the past 18 months. That equates to roughly 540 times that you've told us the same thing. If mult-pennies are truly coming, than please back up your idiotic, nonsensical claims with some facts. We've heard enough nonsense from our do nothing CEO; kindly provide us with substance to your claims, instead of annoying us with your constant drivel.
No less than six months ago, I would have believed that multi-pennies were coming too. Unfortunately, now that I know for a fact that Moran will not be providing us with updated financials, there's no chance in hell that we'll see anything close to .01. Dewmar is nothing more than a sideshow to him, as politics and other business ventures are all he's interested in. Moran could care less whether Dewmar succeeds or fails, as his ambitions are no longer associated with this company.
"The dynamics of our corporation has changed tremendously - for the better - since our last financial report."
The only dynamics that have changed is Marco's adeptness at stepping up the rate of BS that he's been presenting us for the past two years. Financials won't be released until we all reach old age, or the company goes out of business, whichever comes first.
It's becoming increasingly clear that the best days are behind us for Dewmar International. Marco Moran can no longer be trusted, and for that matter, probably never should have been in the first place. The sudden spike in the PPS in February 2014 had nothing to do with the value of the company. It was orchestrated by a combination of factors, most notably a PR from Moran stating that there was no more toxic debt or dilution. Added to this was a pump and dump campaign by numerous penny stock groups that were paid to promote the stock. At no time was DEWM worth .034, and in my opinion, based upon months of research, it will NEVER see anything close to .01 again.
When I communicated with Moran 18 months ago, he told me that good things were about to happen, but that patience was needed. Nothing has changed since then. Also, I exchanged numerous emails with him over the past 6 months. I was so excited to learn about the progress that this company was on the verge of making, and the multiple revenue sources that were about to become reality. Nothing that I discussed with him has seen the light of day. It was all a bunch of BS to keep me in the game.
Unfortunately, what Moran implies in his conversations, PR's or emails, seldom come to fruition. The fact that the company is nearly two years behind on financials should be a red flag for all. Those people who post that multi-pennies are coming soon, and other such nonsense, need do nothing more than look at the abysmal record of this CEO. He promises and promises, but never delivers. Sure, according to what I read on here, Kush Cakes are selling well. The problem is that regardless of how many are sold, it's not enough to resurrect this company. As for all of the other products in the pipeline, other companies have already beat Dewmar to the punch. The bottom line is that Dewmar has nothing of additional substance to offer.
I expect that the next time that we'll hear from Moran will be on 11/11, which is Veteran's Day. He likes to promote the fact that he's a veteran, even though he didn't spend a single day defending our country. In all likelihood, his comments on that day will be more of the same. I anticipate more forward looking statements and promises of completed financials. If you look back to the President's Message from 2014, take notice that he anticipated that all financials would be up to date by early 2015. As we all know, he failed to deliver. No doubt, the same language will be used in this years report, only this time he'll anticipate that financials will be up to date in 2016. We all know they won't be.
In my opinion, Moran is an expert at illusion, just like a magician. I no longer expect anything that he promises to pan out, nor do I expect the Kush Cake sales to have the positive impact that others are claiming they will have. As mentioned, it's too little, too late.
This CEO has a history of over promising and under delivering. The fact that the financials are nearly 2 years out of date tells it all. Believe what you want, but from my viewpoint, and having communicated with him extensively over the past year, I can say without question that what he says, has little to nothing to do with what he does. Based upon Marco's track record, I don't expect to see much if any in the way of improvement in the PPS anytime soon. I expect the stock to remain rangebound until the President's Message. Than, as before, the price will spike for a few days, only to settle back down to where it is now.
Feel free to disagree, but I honestly believe that the end is in sight for Dewmar. In my opinion, there is no future. All of my excitement has been taken away by the failure of the CEO to follow through. It should have been a red flag for me when I was told that his pharmacy license had been suspended, not once but twice. When you're excited about a stock, as I've been with DEWM for a long time, you tend to overlook the obvious.
In the hands of a different CEO, Dewmar may have been successful. With so many things in the pipeline, you would think that the future looks bright. Hopefully, my opinion turns out to be wrong. Moran has Illusions of grandeur regarding his company. Sadly, these illusions won't translate into a successful company.
In United States business law, a forward-looking statement or safe harbor statement is a statement that cannot sustain itself as merely a historical fact. A forward-looking statement predicts, projects, or uses future events as expectations or possibilities. We've seen all too many forward looking statements from our CEO. It's time for Marco to put up or shut up. He needs to act on what he's saying or stop talking about it. Time is of the essence.
When I communicated with him 18 months ago, he said the exact same thing to me. Also, I exchanged numerous emails with him over the past 6 months. I was so excited to learn about the progress that this company was on the verge of making, and the multiple revenue sources that were about to become reality.
Unfortunately, what Moran implies in his conversations, PR's or emails, seldom come to fruition. Nothing that he implied to me over the past 6 months has come true, and the sad reality is that it's becoming increasingly unlikely that anything will.
I expect that the next time that we'll hear from him will be on 11/11, which is Veteran's Day. In all likelihood, his comments will be more of the same. I anticipate more forward looking statements and promises of completed financials, but as we all know, it's highly unlikely that we'll actually see them anytime soon.

I'm not selling my shares, but based upon Marco's track record, I don't expect to see much if any in the way of improvement in the PPS anytime soon. For those who say that trips are out of the question, I wouldn't be so sure of that.
Certainly, you must be kidding. Fred is well aware that the company has absolutely nothing to offer, and he fully realizes that the PPS will rapidly fall to .0001, than no bid. This stock was a pump & dump from the beginning. Sadly, Fred misinformed the promoters into believing that there would never be a R/S, a dividend would be in the offing, and there was plenty of gold to found. I'm not condoning pump & dumps, as innocent people are usually left holding the bag. Regarding this one, however, Fred downright lied to the promoters, fully knowing that a R/S was in the immediate future, and that a dividend was along the lines of a fairytale.
As far as scams go, unfortunately, this is just one of thousands on the pink sheets, but also one of the most egregious. People like Fred have a common trait; they're able to persuade vulnerable people to 'invest' their hard earned money on pie in the sky schemes, such as this one. In my opinion, Fred belongs in jail. As we all know, however, he'll be living the rich life, lounging by the pool, or taking exotic vacations with the money that he stole from the innocent. It's always the same old story, but unfortunately there's no light at the end of the tunnel. Non reporting pink sheet companies continue to be free to do whatever they please, never having to encounter any consequences. This is the wild, wild west!
I'd like to hear him giggling from a jail cell; that's where he belongs.
BIGGEST STOCK SCAM I'VE EVER SEEN!
The only gold to be found is in Fred's pockets. This company is a SCAM!
The usual pink sheet scam!
Agreed!
And now the O/S exceeds 1BB. What a joke!
Thanks; CJTF looks like another penny stock scam to me.
Does anyone happen to know when the reverse split will take place for CJTF? Also, does anyone know the details of the split? Thanks.

Agreed!
I agree, the PR's are all lies. It's hard to imagine a reason for doing a reverse stock split on a sub penny stock. It's not like he's trying to uplist to NASDAQ or something like that.
