$CTLE What We Do:
Funny how creating materials at a tiny nanometer scale can hold such big promise for so many industrial sectors, not to mention savvy investors. In the process of designing and producing next-generation materials, Nano Labs Corp. is poised to help grow business in many industrial and consumer goods’ categories.
$CTLE When small looms large:
In the world of nanotechnology, some of the biggest opportunities for industrial innovation and investment come from the smallest of material substances; namely, nanoparticles, which are measured in nanometers. And just how small is a nanometer? Well, look at it this way: a human hair is 60,000 nanometers in diameter*, and the relationship between one nanometer and the width of that hair about equivalent to the relationship between one inch and one mile. That’s small.

$CTLE The big news involves what science can now do to manipulate matter at atomic and molecular scales. Modifying particles at these levels allows for the creation of new materials and products with a vast range of applications relating to various scientific disciplines, including physics, chemistry, and biology. Nanotechnology is already at use in electronics, medicine, cosmetics, textiles, biomaterials, and energy production. Over the long term, nanotechnology may be employed in most industries to spur the development and manufacture of many commonly used industrial materials and consumer products.
$CTLE A new industrial revolution:
These innovations have the potential to help companies and governments create new jobs, improve the quality of manufactured goods, lower costs associated with production, and reduce energy use and pollution. And what does that spell for humanity at large – for companies and consumers at home and around the world? In many ways it could spell what amounts to a whole new industrial revolution.
$CTLE At Nano Labs Inc. we believe we are at the leading edge of just such a revolution. That’s why we intend to leverage our intellectual property assets, technological strengths, and expertise to capture growth opportunities in nanotechnology applications across all borders and in all promising markets.
$CTLE A slate of development projects:
We have a full slate of development projects, including a number undertaken with and for business partners located in the U.S. and throughout the world. Our business model is to license our intellectual property in order to access a number of distribution channels and customers. This allows us to focus on future inventions while creating the cash flow to fuel investments in research and development. We are very optimistic that our efforts will strengthen and broaden business prospects at both OEM and aftermarket levels.
$CTLE Working With Us:
Integration and cooperation are the operative words for our business approach. Though our foundation rests on world-class R&D, our expertise extends to immediate, real-world needs in manufacturing and marketing. We work in partnership with companies, organizations and governments to commercialize product solutions.
$CTLE The business adventure:
Nano Labs is inviting interested parties to explore our unique capabilities and the potential of nanotechnology as an industry – one that holds all the promise in the world, simply because it involves scientific applications with all the potential to effect just about every industry and consumer good on the planet.
$CTLE We share faith in nanotechnology and our business through core beliefs:
• We believe that for the private investor, there is the potential for what could be significant returns.
• We believe that for government and academia, there is the opportunity to expand knowledge through advanced research and development opportunities.
• We believe that for industry and manufacturing, there is the promise for improved products, systems, and processes.
$CTLE Our innovative products and services are available for licensing by category and/or by territory. We look for long-term relationships with key licensing and distribution partnetyahrs. This may include assigning patents, licensing patents for a field of use, technology transfer, copyrights, royalty agreements, buying a product line, and other methods. We perform thorough tests and provide quality assurance before licensing. As well, we design our partner programs to include milestones and performance-based metrics to maximize the value of these programs.
$CTLE Methods of collaboration:
We offer a number of ways for companies, organizations and governments to work with us. Our collaborative vehicles include strategic, commercial, and joint-venture programs.
• Our Strategic Partnerships focus on promoting partnerships with academic and government entities to further the development of nanotechnology, including, for example, activities in which we sponsor research by partners.
• Our Commercial Partnerships focus on the industrial commercialization of our products and the licensing of a diverse range of our in-house, intellectual property assets to create new products for mass commercialization.
• Our Joint Ventures focus on cooperative financial investments to commercialize new products and channels.
$CTLE Our Business Model:
As discussed in more detail in the About Us section of this website, Nano Labs Corp. is a new company with an impressive legacy encompassing more than 500 peer-reviewed publications, patents, and some 30 years of expertise in nanotechnology R&D. We have a highly experienced team of scientists, designers, and engineers led by one of the preeminent leaders in the field of nanotechnology – Dr. Victor Castano. Additionally, we’ve brought together a motivated and experienced team of management executives – and business development professionals – to commercialize innovative solutions and products.
$CTLE We follow a step-by-step approach to developing our intellectual property, taking into account: 1) the target market; 2) the profile and expectations of potential customers: 3) the competitive landscape; 4) barriers to entry; 5) the cost of development and production; 6) distribution, promotion, and marketing; 7) our sales, client service, and human and financial resources; and 8) our overall risks.
$CTLE We look at every product as an individual opportunity to direct, plan, organize and/or control the business process of a nanotechnology business in an entrepreneurial environment. With appropriate resources in place – including without limitation human resources and access to leading laboratories and research infrastructure – we provide the capital required for promising but realistic commercialization.
$CTLE Reasons to Invest:
Let’s talk about another kind of economic stimulus plan – and a global one at that. Through cutting-edge nanotechnology, Nano Labs Corp. joins a burgeoning worldwide thrust that is even now affecting industries across many fronts. Can anyone say wealth creation, and economic growth?
$CTLE A sea change for industry – and investors
Right now, the world is looking at a sea change in innovative nanotechnology, with the prospect of $2.6 trillion in global revenues – representing 15 per cent of all projected global manufacturing output – by 2014. These revenues contrast with $13 billion in 2004. Clearly, there is opportunity for investment here.
In fact, by our reckoning, nanotechnology may well represent a new industrial revolution bringing together in various ways – and at various levels – private investors, industry, government, and academia.
$CTLE Think big when you think small
Of course, this industrial revolution involves not mills, steam engines, and automobiles, but products and processes on a vastly smaller scale. In fact, from a common perspective, one can try to visualize the atomic and molecular dimensions of nano science as follows: a human hair is 60,000 nanometers in diameter, and the relationship between one nanometer and that hair is about equivalent to the relationship between one inch and one mile. That’s small.
$CTLE Still, there’s nothing slight about what science is capable of achieving at the level of nanotechnology. It involves new materials and products with a vast range of applications relating to an array of scientific disciplines – from physics, to chemistry, to biology. Nanotechnology is already at use in electronics, medicine, cosmetics, textiles, biomaterials, and energy production.
$CTLE We believe the nanotech opportunity is clear
Nanotechnology has the potential to become a vital industrial resource that can make for better products, better processes, better goods, and a better world. It could affect industries, economies, and societies worldwide. But as an investment opportunity, it’s not something one just jumps into. A measured approach is necessary, with a view to investing in – or partnering with – the best and brightest in the nanotechnology field.
$CTLE A company build on a proud foundation
Nano Labs Corp. was founded in 2012, but we boast experience and expertise based upon a record of excellence in nanotech research and development extending over three decades. This is demonstrated by our store of more than 500 peer-reviewed and published research papers, patents, and prototypes, as well as a motivated team of seasoned nanotechnology experts.
$CTLE Our R&D team of scientists, designers, and engineers – lead by the renowned nanotechnology scientist Dr. Victor Castano – is bringing innovation and creativity to new levels. The team’s goal is single-minded: to create a portfolio of products focused on superior growth opportunities in innovation, sustainability, and emerging markets. At the same time, Nano Labs Corp. is set to work with industry partners to bring innovative solutions to market through leadership and cooperation supplied by our expert team of executive-level, marketing and business development professionals.
