I agree with it probably wasn't only the MM's, as they MAY have seen some large afterhours orders placed by some entity, and possibly been tricked into lowering the price to that level?

There's a hole in your theory! If as you say the WS article couldn't have been read by too many shareholders ( which I believe is true ), then at Market Open at 9:30am Thursday there would NOT have been a backlog of sellers all wanting to get out at once!

I believe that certain MM's manipulated the opening price to .05 or whatever it was at open from .09 close, and the sudden drop to .01 was also manipulated, to PANIC the inexperienced shareholders... and it worked!

And then most of the shareholders would have seen the WS article later that morning, and it HELPED drive the panic!

IMO, this was a set-up raid on the shareholders, with the WS participating, knowingly or unknowingly.

I didn't think much of it when I read it, as it wasn't completely clear to me as to what Petar meant by it.

If their year end was May 31/06, but they changed it to Dec. 31/05, then I can see why he would say that "the audit touches very little on the 2006 year"! If this is the case then there must just be some corrections needed on the AF's.

If they are waiting till Dec. 31/06, then the AF's will not be available till January/07, at the earliest!

It's got to be one of these two senarios.

The way I look at this statement that Petar made about the company thinking that there isn't a significant short position, is...

The Shorters/Naked Shorters/Share Counterfeiters try to hide the Illegal or Counterfeit Shares by many methods, including not reporting them, shifting shares from Broker to Broker before the 13 day deadline, etc.

Even the DTCC won't release the true FTD's unless they are FORCED to do so. The SEC is always trying to cover up for the Wall Street criminals. Add in the large Brokerages, the large Investment Banks, the Hedge Funds, the Off-Shore Entities, etc. all trying to cover up any illegal activities... Well you get the picture!

SLJB just may not know that they are possibly being Naked Shorted!

Yes, I agree that the SEC is a MAJOR problem, that contributes to Market Manipulation!

I take it that you are up on the latest news about the SEC being under scrutiny by The Senate Judiciary Committee by Specter & Grassley, about Aguirre ( a former SEC investigator )who was fired when he tied to investigate Mack ( now a big shot at Morgan Stanley ) for suspicious trading!

Seems like the SEC is accussed almost on a weekly basis of not doing their job on something!

No, I have'nt sold so I don't have a real loss in the traditional sense, but EVERYONE in this stock has suffered a loss, in that the share price was around .12/.13 before the raid, and now is below .02! When the AF's are released, and IF for example it turns into a 10 bagger from here, it would only be maybe .15 - .20, instead of $1.20 - $1.30!!!

Please anyone here don't lecture me on the perils of the Penny Stock Market... I'm a big boy, and just because these are the Pennies is NO excuse for illegal & criminal activities at the expense of shareholders! For you bashers... No I'm not implying it was SLJB, you are!

If the Market was more transparent in that ALL trades were easily available for scrutiny, NO monies were paid untill shares are delivered, real restitution & jail terms for the crooks, etc., then these illegal manipulations would be curtailed. That's why we all should be signing petitions for Market Reform, and doing whatever we can to help clean up the Markets.

BUT, I just know that when SLJB's share price starts to rise, pretty well everyone will forget this "little incident" and nothing will be done about it, and the crooks will be "laughing all the way to the bank" and looking for their next victim company!

This is why IMO, nobody should Buy & Hold Penny Stocks... just Swing or Momentum Trade them. That's what I was doing here, but got caught in the raid from .09 to .01!

Great Post Frankie! It says what most of us are thinking about the situation here.

The only thing I would like to add is, whoever the slimeballs are who drove the share price down to .01, and caused a lot of innocent people to Sell and lose a lot of money, must be made accountable! This happens too often in the Penny Stock Market, and the criminals that do this get away scot-free in most cases!

I know that people like us who didn't Sell, are thinking "So What... I'm still OK", but the way I look at it is, we were robbed ALSO in that the share price was holding at say .12 or .13 BEFORE the raid, and when SLJB released the AFs, the price MAY have gone to a $1 or so. But now with the share price at .015 to .018, what would the price run to with the same AFs? .12 to .15 is my best guess!

So they screwed us too!

That's why I've been fuming ever since this raid happened!

Being Canadian, I know how efficient the RCMP are in their investigations.

Also... How do we know that Petar V. isn't one of the good guys here, as the people at SLJB speak highly of him, he hasn't left the country, and he volantarily met with Stock Hog & company to answer their concerns? Does this sound like a crook to you?

Maybe, just maybe the RCMP met with Petar V. to gather evidence against somebody else.

Besides, here in Canada, just like in the US, you are innocent until proven guilty! Except in OJ's case anyway!

The shareholders were robbed in that raid, and a crime was committed, no matter how some may try to cover it up.

Someone, with or without help from company insiders, conspired to drive the price down. The WS articles are suspicious to say the least, so are they involved? We don't know yet!

I'm sure that SLJB is investigating this raid on the shareholders, along with the appropriate authorities.

Simple... I still hold ALL my shares, and a SEC Trading Halt ALWAYS is preceived to be NEGATIVE, and the share price after trading resumes, will reflect that, and even if the SEC finds nothing wrong, the share price will take a long time to recover!

Thus, giving the crooks even more time to cover, and me having to wait even LONGER to justify Selling my shares.

I'm sure the ultimate goal of these slimeballs, is to have SLJB NEVER trade again, so they never have to cover!

But, this is my opinion only, after participating in the Markets for the past 5 yrs... So what do I know anyway?
