The speakers are Seiki, but noted this in the write-up, "...in collaboration with JBL providing audio for our TV’s solving the issue of poor flat panel sound quality." So they probably aren't top of the line but with JBL on board I feel a little better about them. Look at specs of some of the JBL bars, hmmmmm pretty similar.
