Don't disagree there should be something to note that for assistance go here or call there. But the last time you bought a Dell or Apple what did you get in your box, a graphic example of how to plug the thing in, past that, go get it Lycos. I receive Allen Bradley components, variable speed drives, plc parts with no instructions all the time. I used to get full blown paper manuals, then they changed to quick start guides, now nothing. You want it, go get it, its the sign of the times my friend. At least he called got an answer and received the assistance needed. Sounds like a happy customer in the end?????
