Yes, then they will dump and make it go low, the usual. I am inclined to sell my shares to buy later on, if this go down, but the thing is that I don't want to end chasing the stock if this breakout.
I saw some sevens, sevens to the left, sevens to the right. If we hold here that would be huge
Manipulation, the spread is ridiculous.
Whenever you see Koma in Walmart just take a picture, that would be a nice proof
Yes, success is not guaranteed, success is never guaranteed in the stock market, even solid companies can collapse in one day and create a big mess with investors. Just take BlackBerry which was a leader in the cellphone industry and now is struggling. My point was that this new CEO was already a CEO of a promising biotech company on his commercial stage, but left his spot for this experimental, so to speak, company. To me that's a good signal. Anyway all of us, with very few exceptions off course, have the same hopes and aspirations for the company. Hopefully things will turn around in the near future, but I can easily wait.
GLTY
I partially agree with you, but the fact that we have an outstanding CEO in charge is a clear indication that we are heading in the right direction. He wouldn't have left his actual post if he hasn't see something bright in the future. All things are taking place now, is just a matter of time, which is also good because we/I can accumulate shares.
How can someone be down 753%?
I agree, with the share structure even $3.5 per share is reaching, but then again, Facebook which only sell dreams is more valuable than GM. If they find something related to MS then we are talking
Why not? They are holding shares, so they rather have a high PPS, your argument makes no sense
Unless uncle Berge pays to release a big pump this stock is over. Hard to find argument to defend the company when either a RS or an increase in AS are imminent. For now is just a waiting game, but the CEO has alienated the few supporters left.
I'm starting to agree with you. Unfortunately I don't see any upside potential and the only apparent solution seems to be either a RS or an increase in AS, hopefully I'm wrong, but all the signs point to that.
I agree that Roy is a scumbag, but I'm curious, how did you add $23K when the entire volume was not even $3K today? That makes no sense. Even if you sold the entire volume at the high, still not $23K, not even close
298? Seriously, who buy/sell 298 shares of a penny stock?...
I understand, but whit Mark's history is kind of hard not to be a little skeptic.
I still don't understand why ADCS needs Greenstar, why they didn't do everything themselves
Why would he do all that when BBDA cab be easily dissolved and BW and Daisy can take everything to a new shell or better yet private, what leverage shareholders have? Can they sue BW if he does that? I don't think so. The sad fact is that BBDA as a company owns nothing, even Koma the brand is own by DLR, but still the formula, a horrible drink full of sugar, is easy to replicate. He will never open the books because this will show that BW uses this company to finance his hobies.
A selfie?
Agree, funny how the CEO is sending his staff to attack another company just to promote this garbage. We all know that nobody wants this garbage stock anymore, so the CEO is using unethical means to promote this garbage. The PR BW released today is a compete embarrassment because the product is not even available yet, and IFF ever become available, will certainly never make it to Turkey
Texas sales personal is in other forums promoting the stock. The way this company operates is pretty bizarre. Instead of promoting the product, which in turn will improve profitability and PPS, is promoting the stock.
This is a race to the bottom to see who can sell no more drinks, but more shares. That's the ultimate purpose. The CEO of Bebida went to Europe to promote a product that doesn't even exist, that's a total joke. I don't know the status of DEWM, but at least I know that we don't have sales personal from DEWM promoting the stock in other boards.
So you can praise the "competition", but I cannot point out that the competition is a scam company selling only shares?
Lol competition? You mean that other company that is printing billions of shares weekly? How is that 2.5 billion shares market cap is working for them? Aren't they cost to 7 billion now? How about that non existent ice cream that is nowhere to be found, and was just a B&J carton with a fake label on it? Funny, the product is nowhere to be found yet the CEO is taking trips to Europe on shareholders dime.
No bid at 0.0001. Even if this company had the most amazing technology in the world, which it doesn't, by simple math, it would be nearly impossible to move up even one tick. The selling pressure is just way too much to overcome. The ask size is more than $173K and will increase by more than $100K for every uptick, so is very unlikely that traders will be drawn to this. The stock is death, and the only possible solution is a RS to drastically reduce the float.
Call the SEC
https://www.sec.gov/contact/phones.htm
They will take any inside trading complain very seriously
Read the latest PR, that's what people is now calling "insider information" in penny land, nobody would hold with insider information. Insider information in penny land is either buy and accumulate or sell/dump. The latest PR stating how the wholesale deal failed, the private label, etc is what people is calling now "insider information" oh, and also that the CFO is a real person that is meeting constantly with the CEO.
Yes, you see, the inside information is so good that I'm buying millions of shares, but wait a minute, that's not happening. Maybe the inside information was so terrible that I'm dumping all my shares, but wait a minute, that's not happening either. Maybe all the information is already out there and that's why the market is quiet, just a thought
I'm not defending anyone, just read the link and learn what insider information is. Do you see any volume? Yesterday most of the buys were dumps at the bid, so your insider information theory is wrong. I don't care if Berge is the best or the worst CEO ever. I'm investing in the OTC, so I'm aware of the risks, if you fail(ed) to understand that, then you already lost.
Is not insider information because Berge just reinforced what was stated in the last PR. Nobody is buying, selling, or speculating using that information.
https://www.sec.gov/answers/insider.htm
Nobody is buying or selling BRGO because of the information that Krony is sharing. All he is sharing is already of public knowledge.
Not really, the information Krony is sharing is not something that will knock anyone out of his chair. If something, raise a couple of red flags for current shareholders.
We need to break the 0.07 resistance and hold there.
Yeah, same here, I read the board every day waiting for some updates, but nothing to post
Is it possible that with a successful transition to phase II the company can avoid a RS?
Isn't that the argument people is using nowadays? I mean Berge is a sneaky little weasel stealing shareholders money, yet let me sink $40K just to flip for a 50% profit, is that the logic behind everything? We may never see threes again, and BRGO may even RS, big deal, I will lose a couple thousand bucks, no end of the game, but sinking $40K and try to destroy your investment is pretty bizarre, isn't?
0.07, we are officially broke resistance. Hopefully we can hold up now
Correction 200,000,000*0.0002=$40,000. Peanuts for all the shares BRGO has diluted in the last couple months.
Luckily not me. I didn't buy 200+ million shares at 0.0002. Just imagine, this going to RS, and me holding a $20K bag. Better be a Gucci bag for that price
Looks like 200+ million shares of BRGO are not enough. SMH
Just in Berge's defense, I haven't seen too much dilution lately. The last day we had a considerable large volume was created by the panic selling of the crappy PR
Thanks Krony
