That's funny coming from someone who sold for -50% lol
Good Gaming's Twitter account should be more active. They should be tweeting out about how they have $600k in eth and the growth they're seeing, etc.. and microbuddies should be churning out content on microbuddies.
I like that last little hint about shell status falling off on OTCMarkets and how that's crucial to their 2022 plans.
OTCQB, Shell status off, game releasing, profits increasing.
Let's shake off this downturn and get this marching forward.
Initially they make money from sales of Gen 0 tokens. Currently .15eth per token.
After game launch, they take a 5% royalty from all secondary sales of buddies.
If one buddy changes hands 10 times, they get 5% of each transaction of just that one buddy.
Multiply that by however many times people buy and sell their buddies they create.
I wondered that too, I wonder if there was a reason that at least of these companies that invested got involved.
I always think back to the August PR mention of merger and acquisitions and the interview where David stated that they are review M&A possibilities weekly.
Maybe these companies needed to take a stake in the company for some reason?
While I agree with your statement, it is really puzzling who would be unloading at these levels. Like you said, if they sell the 4 mil shares it jeopardizes their remaining 16 mil shares.
But this also doesn't seem typical of retail traders over the course of the past several months. It could be some tax harvesting mixed with capitulation.
Who knows what's really going on, well someone does, just apparently no one here.
David really should consider though that the success of this product is reliant on the Gen 0 holders seeing the project through, most of the Gen 0 holders are shareholders who are in with averages over .30c and a lot over .40c.
We can argue whether or not those were good purchase areas, and I would say at the time they certainly seemed to be good areas to purchase shares based on available information. The company missed it's dates it laid out in the PRs, shareholder confidence is in the toilet currently, a lot of speculation and fear around the S1 offering, questionable marketing abilities.
It's time for David to CEO this thing and bring confidence back to the base investors and Gen 0 holders, without them this particular product isn't going to go very far.
If the institutional shareholders don't play nice, the Gen 0 crowd could collectively agree to just not use the product and that would be a wrap. So in a way, the Gen 0 holders hold the power on this particular product.
It would be beneficial to all parties if everyone played nicely together.
David's lost about $6 million dollars himself dipping from .50 to current levels.
Ouch. He owns around 16 mil shares I believe in total.
Seems like our institutional pals aren't here to make friends with the peasants.
I'd still like to know why they took that deal instead of using the balance of their ETH from sales to market the product.
And why would they wait until GMER is already way down to try to find a funding deal? What sense does it make to do it when we are hitting lows when there were several months they could have gotten it done in the .30-.50 range.
It's breaking down now, sitting on monthly and weekly support lines. If this area breaks down we are heading to .05.
They need to release MB and then quickly get something out to investors and potential investors about how they plan to expand the company moving forward.
It can't just be microbuddies anymore, there needs to be a part 2 being worked on immediately and hopefully MB sales ramp up to fund the next project and we don't rely on wolves in the sheep pen to continue funding.
Short explanation. Everytime a microbuddy NFT sells on the secondary market on opensea or another platform, the company gets a 5% royalty.
That's the current model, things could expand from there but nothing confirmed other than the 5% royalties.
That's after game launch, prior to launch they generate revenue from sales of Gen0 tokens.
This is my first time dealing with a PIPE deal at all, let alone an OTC.
This price action here this week makes no sense to me. It doesn't make sense for our new institutional investors to dump below their purchase price, and the volume from retail before the PIPE deal doesn't match the current action taking place.
Something funny is going on in GMER land here.
Could the new institutional investors be shorting it to scoop up a lot of cheaper shares knowing they have a stash of shares already and can always cover at the warrant price if things get out of hand?
If they short this to pick up cheaper shares and it goes against them they know they can recover an additional 20mil shares a little higher than current price.
I have no idea honestly. I wish David would have just used the ETH money we all gave him instead of seeking outside financing. I don't see where marketing this game costs $3mil and we needed to do the PIPE.
But early supporters and literally all Gen 0 tokens holders that supported this seem to be getting the shaft big time.
I see the company is converting some of the ETH and sending it to coinbase. I wonder what for? Converting to cash? Staking for interest on ETH2?
If it's to convert to cash than I wonder what they're doing with the $3.1mil and why they are converting it now?
But who's selling it? It makes 0 sense. Unless there's a mega holder from .00 range still, but why would they sell now instead of earlier.
Some shenanigans going on here.
You've really gotta be wondering what this action is about. Higher than average volume, under the institutional investors entry price.
I can't imagine it's retail selling heavy into the news of game launch date being set considering we've been waiting months for this.
So who's selling?
You are clearly new to community governance.
GMER NFT Game launch vote tonight! Nice news
What issues are you having specifically? It's been going good for me
They literally just announced that Gen0 holders are able to vote on launch tonight.
Didn't you say in discord you were buying last week? Why buy last week if you think it's going lower?
I'm waiting patiently to make my McMillions here.
It's fun watching the trading today even though it doesn't seem like much is happening.
Nice volume. And what's that old saying? Volume proceeds McMillions or something like that :)
Way more buying than selling. Now if only that would translate to increase. Lol
So you had to have been slapping the ask and getting filled in the spread? Someone is able to hide shares and sell / buy without being seen.
Still tons of shares being bought / sold I the spread.
Can someone enlighten me as to who is buying all these shares between the bid and ask?
Happening for months upon months.
It could be in relation the registration of the shares from the institutional investors. They filed an S1 for securities registration in Nov.
Looks like this new filing makes the new shares effective?
I may be wrong, but that's my interpretation. They don't currently have an immediate path to NASDAQ without meeting the requirements so I assume this S1 is in reference to the below filing.

Short answer, you buy microbuddy tokens on microbuddies.io. When the game launches you can synthesize your token into 1 of 2500 Gen 0 microbuddies to begin the game.
Replicate them using the GOO they earn to make new buddies, buy sell and trade buddies to make a profit in WETH.
Both, that's why I'm I'm both.
NFTs will give me something fun to do while GMER continues to build out their model and scale.
I get to play a game and sell some microbuddies and watch the community grow while GMER continues to grow the share price and I earn there too.
Win win
The good thing is is that once microbuddies launches, GMER could begin working on the second edition or a totally new concept in stealth.
While people are busy playing Microbuddies and the company mostly passively earning royalties on that game, they could begin and majorly complete development of a second release without any of us knowing.
Then one day BAM! announcement that the 2nd game is almost completed.
No more need to wait 6 months for the release, they learned what they needed to learn with microbuddies and can implement all the legal and technical frameworks to make for a much smoother subsequent release.
My bet is approx 4-6 months after microbuddies release we hear rumblings of another game coming soon.
Beta 2 running very smooth. I like the change to GOO production. Feels like there is consequences to your decisions now.
Happy Thanksgiving all!
I wonder if the company is going to do something to address the derivative liabilities with ViaOne and clean up the balance sheet before the 10k is released?
Would look a lot better to straighten that out.
Let's go GMER, time for $4+, NASDAQ listing and buying out EA Games.
Ok, that last one might be a stretch. For now.
Discord server gained a bunch if members in the last couple days.
Marketing seems to be working
Can anyone explain all the trading in the spread? I've never seen a ticker have so many shares change hands higher than the bid but lower than the ask without moving the needle on the bid and ask shares shown.
Been this way for months.
Then why did you invest? And continue to hold?
There is an option to sell and move on with your life.
Congrats on being able to buy again at your target price of .15. Oh wait, it didn't happen.
Lol
Nothing of substance? Have you not been paying attention the last few months? Did you forget about the game, the blockchain tech, the scalability of the model, the institutional interest, the 139.46 ETH in their account and the $3.1 million in funding?
So are you selling out in this range or holding still?
I get your point, but they need the money from the institutional investors to get the product(s) to the point that they can achieve a sustained $2-3+pps.
So overall what are your thoughts on GMER at this point? Think they have what it takes to get to the next level?
Wow, lol I'm an idiot. I was comparing June 30 to today instead of Sept 30.
Lol, whoops. No idea how I didn't think that one through. :0
I wonder why the company chose to show the derivative liabilities on this Q in this way and not the previous Q? Wouldn't they of had a similar(ish) derivative liability then?
Bidders are willing to bid sit and collect shares. Not going up until bid sitters become ask smackers.
What's going to change to make bidders slap? They've been bidding and soaking up huge amounts of shares for months.
Some real patience being shown by bidders I'll give them that.
Ask is thin whenever the time comes.
GMER big institutional investment $3.1mil. Great news out yesterday about record revenues and clarifying their 10Q.

Maybe our new institutional investor friends will help us out here in this range and take some shares that are already on the market instead of claiming new ones at .20c.
It would be nice to get these paper losses off the books and really clean up the balance sheet.
I'm glad this was clarified because I was low-key freaking out for a minute and trying to figure out what was going on. Lol, glad I didn't panic sell it.
So how do we get this liability off our balance sheet? ViaOne needs to convert debt to shares?
I've never looked into this before (bows head in shame)
It's considered a derivative liability because the share price has grown, so essentially it's saying that they issued debt to someone at .0x price but if they would have done it now at .xx price they would have gotten more $.
So the difference in .0x issuance price and current .xx price creates the derivative liability because they left money on the table by not doing when the price pet share was higher?
Is that it? Or am I way off again? Lol
I wish this news was on my td ameritrqde feed so others could see it too that use TDA without having to search for answers.
