Why are some people concerned about recent share prices? The Baltia audience is relatively small at this point and most of us are loaded to the hilt. Until the public that never heard of Baltia gets the message expect only small changes in the PPS. Once Baltia hits the front page, look out! Every investor, small and large, will realize the profit potential at these rediculous prices and will want to buy a ton of shares when few will be available. Then, and only then, will the fireworks go off. In the meantime, those who are expecting an overnight wonder should bail out so that people like me can buy more cheap shares and get filthy rich. __________But then,___who in their right mind would be willing to sell now?

Dear phishphan21,
I believe that the price has not advanced to it's real value is because only our relatively small group of people ever heard of Baltia Airlines and most of us already have as much as we could afford to buy. Many of my relatives have just collectively bought about 7-8 million shares and are probably taped out of investment capital at this point. Once the company reaches the point where they are permitted to advertise and begin ticket sales the picture will change in a big way. Can you imagine how many people will want to get in on the action when N706BL flys into Kennedy with emense fanfare and press? This will represent one of the best investment opportunities in many years (with the exception of American Airlines from 37 cents to $45 in 16 months). The demand will go up as the willingness to sell approaches zero = big price advancement.
We are approaching the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Passengers and cargo is just around the corner. Baltia has just broken through a major barrier. The remainder of certification is a breeze compared to what has been accomplished this year. Baltia flies with passengers in 2014. Profitable in 2015 with major stock move. I sure am glad I bought almost 2 million shares at .017 cents.
very OLD and very excited!
Like any stock, the risk of loosing money is always a strong possibility. Funny thing, it was also suggested not to throw money away by buying American Airlines stock when it seemed apparent that they were going bankrupt and would soon be out of business. Their future depended on the allowability of a merger by a judge. Once again, like a number of times before that, I did my homework and got the right feeling in my gut and took a chance at 35 cents a share when most everyone else lost hope. This year, a couple of months ago, I sold my several thousand shares at $45 a share. This was my 8th major win in 6 years with only 2 minor losses in between.
I've worked in the aircraft industry over 35 years and have a great deal of experience dealing with military officials, NASA and the FAA in securing approval for the delivery of newly designed aircraft. From that experience I well know the difficulties associated with getting final government approval for new projects. With that approval comes the risk of failure.
I believe that one of the reasons for the large amount of stock Baltia has had to issue is because many of the companies that Baltia uses to acquire and prep their airplane and many of their employees (except Barry) are paid in stock. These companies would never accept stock as payment unless they were somewhat assured that the stock would eventually be far better than cash.
I understand that there is no sure thing that Baltia will be certified by November but from my own experience, many phone calls and independant research, I believe their chances of success are far better than failure. If and when that happens I will be an even wealthier person.
Good Luck

Only the wrongfully informed are selling now. The well informed are grabbing up stock at these levels and will soon be very wealthy.

I think $5 a share, even over the next couple of years, without a substaintial reverse split along the way seems very far fetched. I would be extatic to see 50 cents over the next fifteen months even though I did purchase a couple of hundred thousand shares at 14 cents/share. By buying big time when it was sub penny I got my average to just a little more than a penny a share.
I do think a reverse split is in the long term forecast because that will probably be the only way that they could eventually get on a major exchange.
extremely OLD & just a little bit WISE
Baltia is in the certification process. If it were already certified I couldn't afford the millions of shares that I presently own. Based on Baltia's business plan, certification progress and talented members of their organization the present price hoovering around two cents appears to be as good a steal as American Airlines was when I bought several thousand shares at 37 cents/share last year. I recently sold all for $45 a share making a small fortune in profits. Baltia is destined to be another grand prize winner!
Thanks for keeping us updated on Baltia's present position.

GO BALTIA, GO! (CHEERLEADER)
I can't believe that some people actually think tha Baltia executives can sell their stock without filing with the FTC.
If these guys are so rich then why does Ighor drive around in an old car?
Sure, Barry does well by finding investors but Igor practically lives on bread and water-------until Baltia succeeds and then he joins the super rich.
Right on Lt.
Capitilism is the catalyst of the economy.
Thank GOD for Baltia's wealthy investors.
I pray the the rich get richer and we follow along in their path because my stock would have surely become worthless without the wales.
When Baltia becimes a world renoun airline I too will become a millionare!

I just found out the airplane was in the hanger for weight & balance checks in preparation for test flights. Its outside again now and should be fueled soon.
Does anyone know why the aircraft has been brought back into the hanger?
Just wait until after the August 9th and 10th week end!

Thank you but all the letters in WISE should be capitalized.

There's always a reason why some are selling. My guess is that there is profit taking and when the price drops to a certain point they will buy again. The longs can benefit by grabbing up some of these undervalued shares and increase their profit margin when we begin to fly. True faithful longs see these dips as a chance to lower their averages. I've got mine down to the point where I'm still in the green by more than $10,000 even after today's dip.
Great days ahead for true investors in this Airline. An opportunity of a lifetime!

Why bother trying to explain anything relavant to someone who is not relavant? All of us who know anything about the aircraft industry understand aircraft maintenance required under FAA regulations. I myself hold an FAA A & P license as well as a degree in Aerospace Engineering with more than 35 years in the aircraft design and testing industry. This guy's only experience in the aircraft industry seems to be that he may have once taken a flight in a commercial airliner.
Have a fun and safe forth,

I bought some for as much as 4 cents and a whole lot below a penny over several years. This baby is going to make me a small fortune!
I just completed selling my last 900 free shares of American Airlines stock for an average of $45/share ($40,500) after selling enough last year to get my entire investment back. My initial purchase price of AMR stock was 33 cents which converted to about 90% of the new AA stock at the initial January price of $26 (Now about $42, down from a high of $49).
Dear Mr.Investor876,
In reading your comments regarding Baltia stock I have gotten the impression that you are a very savy and experienced investor. Since my 50+ years of stock trading experience has yet to get me to your level of risk assessment I wonder if you could advise me to sell my million+ shares of Baltia at my present 200% profit, sell some and keep some (how much of each percentage wise) or keep all and wait until it reaches 25 cents+ by years end and make me 2.5 thousand % profit before selling a small portion and holding the rest until it reaches a dollar+ in 2 years?
With greatest respect & admiration,
OLD & WISE
Correct_______________for now.
The process of final acceptance of the manuals will be an going process right up to the last hour of certification. The process is a continuous one and the FAA is proceeding slowly because Baltia is the first company undergoing certification under the new FAA rules. If you have ever dealt with the FAA or any government agency has much as I have for more than 36 years you would know that they are very cautious and demanding with meetingf all the specifics before they put their John Hancock on any document. I worked for a major aircraft engineering and manufacturing company as a project lead engineer responsible for design and flight testing in preparation for satifying all of the stringent military and commercial specification set forth by the customers.
I'm in full agreement with you. I'm holding nearly a million shares and still buying at this super low price.
Stock up now or buy in later at 5 or 6 cents.
WOW! That's Great! That's about double what I thought they had at the particular instant the report was made. I wonder how much they had 24 houres later? It could have been $0 or $5,000,000.

Thats 100% correct! Like Edison, it is his first time operating a business in which he had no prior experience. It seems that all of your statements are very accurate and to the point. I appreciate your input and foresight and always look forward to your comments.

Baltia is on its way.
Dear Mr. Abimbola,
You make some very interesting points about the decrease in the share price created by the company's choice of selling shares rather than going to a high interest lender. I am sure that you have the ability to understand that it takes money to start a company. This cash can either be obtained by selling shares (dilution of share value) or borowing from a high interest lender. What would your choice be?
Once the bird flies the share value will soon reflect the increased value of the company. Smart people buy into the start-up companies that have the least debt because debt kills the chances of success of many start-ups.
In a way, American Airlines was sort of a start-up company as it struggled through possible bankruptcy a little over a year ago. I was told I was a fool to invest my money, even at 32 cents a share, into a dying company. I now own a ton of $36/share new American Airlines that I purchased for 32 cents/share not too long ago. Baltia may very well be another American Airline (no pun intended).
I'm holding about one million shares at this time and will think of you on my way to the bank.
Old & Wise (and pretty darn lucky with stocks for the past 55 years)
Wait another week or two and pay 2 or 3 times the present share price.
The company that sold the citation to Baltia has a lot of faith that the share price will soon escallate to substantial heights. No company in their right mind would except shares rather than cash for such a most-wanted aircraft unless they felt that they were getting the best end of the deal..........and they most likely are. That $300,000 price tag in stock can easily bring them $3,000,000 in short order.
Old & Wise
That sure brings everything out in the open and entirely transparent.

Baltia Airlines is making headway towards becoming an international airline. After successfully emerging from the first and most difficult FAA phase one gate pass in the certification process and it is presently engaged in the second phase of the process. It now appears that Baltia tickets will be available by the end of fall, 2013. As such it is probably a great investment at these bargain prices. This company has chosen to sell stock rather than borrow high interest money for opperational expenses.
Good luck to all investors!
OLD & WISE
That's peanuts to the average company the size of Baltia.
O & W
Good luck to all Baltia investors!
I know that you are a skeptic because things are progressing at a rather slow rate which is actually quite normal for most government agencies. I believe that all of the money from stock purchases has been used for company expenses, equipment and facilities. Although the engines have been removed and put in storage they are still in the possesion of Baltia aud are located right near the aircraft. As you are probably aware these are leased engines that cost nothing when not in use. The leaser has more engines than they know what to do with and has no reason to take them back only to have to return them in the very near future. In any case they will be re-installed in the aircraft as soon as all of the certifications are complete and the pylons are checked and updated as required by the FAA directive. Baltia has already invested nearly three million dollars updating this aircraft since it was purchased and is very confident that it will producing revenue flights this year. Management already has its sights set on another aircraft which is flight ready. They hope to acquire it very soon after the innaugural flight this year.
May you enjoy good health and a long life to benefit from the fruites of your patience.
The ancient one.
Dear Flaflyersan,
Thank you for making it very clear that Barry and Igor get most of their compensation in the form of stock. Neither is living high on cash salary and proof of that is that Igor drives a rather old car to work every day. All of the management team members are paid mostly or only in shares. It is no wonder that they are working so hard to get this airline off the ground. Yes, they will become very rich, along with us, if they succeed but will have wasted years of diligent work, money and sacrifice if they fail. Most of the management team have also invested a great deal of their own capital in this company and are doing everything possible to make Baltia a viable and respected airline. When they finally succeed and get very rich, so do we.
The very old one
I speak with Barry Clare, Igor or Tony every single week because I don't trust second hand information and I am seriously invested in this company and continue to increase my position. I never depend on anyone calling me back, especially people as busy as the ones running Baltia Airlines. They are in the process of making good things happen working diligently with the FAA towards becoming certified. If I can't get someone on the first call I simply call back later rather than ask them to call me back.
While working closely with the FAA the Baltia management team feels that its prudent not to continuously make optomistic public statements. I fully agree with this tactic because they will make press releases when situations are finalized. This establishes a trustworthy relantionship with all of the government agencies that they are working with.
When I spoke with Barry this week, and as usual, he is courtious and gives me as much information as he legally can. He felt that the meeting with the FAA on the 25th went very well.
I strongly suggest that if you want unbiased anf accurate information you call the Baltia office and get it first hand. I personally feel that investing in Baltia at these prices can be extremely rewarding. Good luck with whatever decision you make but make it with first hand accurate information.
Based on some of the recent comments by Baltia skeptics I expect there will be a lot of sub-penny shares available any day now. Those that think that Baltia is a sinking ship should be bailing out about now creating great opportunities for those of us that foresee a better future for the company and the share value.
The very old and very wise one
It appears that this information negates much of the missinformation we have been seeing on this board. We may finally be very close to Baltia's first revenue flight out of Kennedy. I have been a loyal stockholder for over 4 years and still buy when I have extra investment capital and the price is right. Right now I think that the price is more than right!
Looking forward to meeting with you at Kennedy to witness the first passenger flight to Russia.
The ancient one
Once again I totally agree with you EYE. The WEASELdawg has presented some very good reasons to buy Baltia at these great prices. I also think that he actually is a loyal Baltia investor who wants to continue buying at the lowest possible prices. For every person that sells a stock someone else is buying it (like me).
Baltia stock is now poised for a substaintial increase in its stock price with the coming excitement of the days ahead.
I bought 8000 shares of a similar pharmecutical stock a few years ago for under a dollar/share and sold them a couple of years later for $18/share. Baltia falls into this same catagory.
Best of everything to a loyal and soon to be rewarded holder of Baltia stock. -------------- Together we will celebrate Baltia's first revenue flight.
The ancient one. (extremely old and a history of being very wise)-----experience really counts.
Correct!
The airplane I recently sold was 68 years old and is in first class condition. The guy was thrilled to get my 1944 Aeronca 7AC for $28,000 (originally sold new for about $1,500). Some relatively newer aircraft, not properly cared for, are now sellable only for junk. Baltia's aircraft has been well maintained and is in pristeen condition. In addition, Baltia has spent about 3 million dollars on updates bringing the aircraft to higher standards than many similar aircraft presently being flown by other airlines.
Best of luck with your investments and may the new year bring you good health and much wealth.
I fully agree and believe that the DOT letter is strictly a normal procedure resulting from Baltia moving the FAA certification process to the MI office. Since keeping the airplane there cost nothing this is a wise financial decision as many of the remaining FAA safety demonstrations require use of the airplane.
None of the people that run the company can enjoy success unless the company can get full DOT and FAA airline certification. Most of them have taken a great deal of their compensation in the form of stock only because they trust that the company will succeed. Many on this message board complain about the amount of stock that some of the management team have earned but forget that if we don't fly the stock is worthless. They are working hard to make Baltia, their dream, a first class airline for their loyal stockholders, their families and friends as well as themselves. As soon as the FAA certifies the manuals N706BL will get it's C check done and prepare for the final stages of FAA certification and will will start revenue flights soon afterwards.
Sounds like BALTIA to me!
It is not our policy to grant extensions from the provisions of section 204.7 unless an air carrier can establish "good cause" for such action, including demonstrating that the company has the necessary personnel, finances, and other resources necessary to conduct service, and that it is well along in the process for obtaining FAA approval to commence operations .
