Correct!
The airplane I recently sold was 68 years old and is in first class condition. The guy was thrilled to get my 1944 Aeronca 7AC for $28,000 (originally sold new for about $1,500). Some relatively newer aircraft, not properly cared for, are now sellable only for junk. Baltia's aircraft has been well maintained and is in pristeen condition. In addition, Baltia has spent about 3 million dollars on updates bringing the aircraft to higher standards than many similar aircraft presently being flown by other airlines.
