I’m sure Sleek’s opportunities will be great for those looking to capture their share of the MJ sector mania.
May all of us investors / traders see a profitable 2018 with our stocks, starting with some good ones about to be shared.
Good to see you Cappy!

LTC has outperformed BTC in 2017.
LTC 8,000+ % increase YTD from $3.63 to over $300.
BTC only about 2,000% increase YTD from $1,996 to over $19,000.
Comparing LTC to BTC, I believe there is a lot more ground to be gained in LTC when one considers this:
If you think of the share structure of stocks, LTC has a total “A/S” of 84 million coins with just over 54 million coins “issued and outstanding”. This represents about 65% fully diluted.
BTC has a total “A/S” of 21 million coins with approximately 16.7 million coins “issued and outstanding”. This represents about 80% fully diluted.
Even though BTC has 4 times the “A/S” as LTC (84 million vs 21 million), BTC at the current “issued and outstanding” coins vs LTC current “issued and outstanding” coins, represents a 3 to 1 ratio.
So LTC with its ever gaining widespread popularity and exposure, could eventually get to the point where it trails BTC’s value by 1/3 at current valuation comparisons. Or at fully diluted valuations, 1/4 the value of BTC.
Cryptos move at lightning pace 24/7. But at the current timing of my post, the above figures represent potential UPSIDE IN LTC of $6,200 at 1/3 BTC’s valuation, or $4,600 at 1/4 BTC’s valuation.
Keep in mind, as the value of BTC fluctuates, these hypothetical valuations become a moving scale as well, toward the upside and down. However, I see upside in LTC for the foreseeable future, regardless of the direction BTC moves.
I like my chances with LTC long term as it trends toward a more evenly proportioned valuation when compared to BTC.

Please consider this when posting.
Be it to “save” others, or purely from the angle of “getting even”.....
Providing education, commentary, or due diligence that serves the purpose of contradicting others in a specific stock one holds no position or interest in, is only encouraging and inviting the same behavior back to the stocks one DOES hold a position and interest in.
I believe it’s best to just stay in one’s own lane, if they don’t want to invite trouble into theirs.
Battle it out in private messaging or make peace and move on.

The market cap for LTC could trail BTC by 1/4 based on the overall available supply.
However, not all companies are created equally. Therefore, based on widespread exposure, acceptance, and adoption rate, for this new digital currency, it’s hard to know how to value LTC vs BTC.
LTC received a ton of major exposure this past week, so trailing BTC by 10% vs 25% hardly seems unreasonable.
In due time, I’d love to see a trailing price of 1/4 the value of BTC though.

Opportunity coming early next week per Sleekscape.
Respectfully, I will be watching and waiting just like everyone else looking to get in on the opportunity.
Translation: I won’t post here the opportunity because I will be busy trying to get in immediately at the best price and then monitoring any position I get to properly gauge all aspects of the stock.
If you want to know the opportunity, it will likely be posted on Sleek’s board here:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/$LEEK$CAPE$-GRAND-SALAMI-FOR-2018-MARIJUANA-MANIA-PART-II-31243/
This post by Sleek is how I know the opportunity will be early next week:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=136937137
It sounds like there is more than one opportunity coming.
This is an opportunity for anyone looking to try and capture some of the action. It is NOT a recommendation, a solicitation, or a plug. It’s nothing more than sharing who I will be looking to for an opportunity to make money, and where I’ll be looking based on success I’ve had on prior occasions with Sleek’s opportunities.
Good luck to all who decide to follow along.

It has been an amazing ascent for AMFE in 2017 and I expect AMFE to continue its ascent into 2018 and beyond.
Thanks for stopping by to pay your respects to AMFE shareholders Sleek.
And I still hope you’ll grab some sort of position here if you haven’t already, even if you’re a silent shareholder laying low.
Nothing wrong with holding a diversified stock within itself, like the holding company AMFE is, that has MJ as one of its divisions.
It will look pretty in your portfolio alongside other stocks you may be more vocal about :)
Best to you as well for MJ mania 2018!

Rec
Sleek, this is a truly great marijuana piece!!
The span of time it encompasses helps give readers some historical references that allow them to have a new or additional perspective to draw upon when making some of their MJ investment / trade decisions going into 2018.
One can try to analyze everything in your thesis, research the historical catalysts you’ve laid out, and try to determine the strength of your upcoming predictions on future catalysts, but I will say that I have been following the MJ sector for a long period of time and everything is pretty spot on.
I like the breakdown in your analysis and agree about the 3 mega catalysts. 1 mostly down, 2 to go.
1 is setting the stage, the other 2 will follow. It’s easy for sentiment to change in an instant. Fundamentally, the people have changed their outlook toward cannabis. The majority of the public perception has changed dramatically from the “just say no” era and reefer madness, to overwhelming support of cannabis as a drug with medical benefits.
Number 2 and 3 mega catalysts require legislative due process at the highest level of governance, which is usually behind the times when it comes to the will of the people. Cannabis laws also sit lower on the priority list of importance when the highest level of governance has so many other issues to deal with.
Make no mistake though, I do believe cannabis will be rescheduled, leading the way toward eventual full legalization.
Number 1 mega catalyst is still playing out and will eventually fully saturate the entire nation of states.
It doesn’t have to be recreational in every state though for the rescheduling process to be in the works, which I believe is well underway.
When do we see number 2 mega catalyst of federal rescheduling? That’s a great thing to ponder. When and if it happens, I believe number 3 mega catalyst of full legalization at the federal level will fall in line much faster than it takes from number 1 to 2.
For cannabis investors, we’re in an amazing time and a ton of wealth has been, is being, and will be made.
You’re opportunities have certainly assisted in my investment journey as I work to get my piece of the modern day gold rush / potcom pie.
Thank you for a great read and I’m looking forward to hearing what opportunities are in store!

Basically, I'm bothered because I don't want what I'm going to try and make some money in, OR the person I'm going to follow to get that opportunity, to be bashed before anything has even been announced, or any action has been witnessed to know what can possibly happen.
I give Sleek the benefit of any doubt because I've made money from his opportunities, in the same way I would give Rocketstocks any benefit of the doubt if I decided to take positions in any of his future recommendations or shared opportunities, because I've done well so far with AMFE (which was brought to my attention by rocket).
Respectfully,
Rec
No regret/apology for sharing what I thought was fair and might be appreciated.
I came across AMFE because of a post I saw from Rocketstocks and have since had great success with holding a position. I've contributed commentary and observations that obviously favor my long position. I also became a follower of Rocketstocks, not as much for the due diligence he posts, but because he shared an opportunity that I've done very well in.
I've bought shares in AMFE well above the current price. But I've never complained, and most certainly never had any negativity toward Rocketstocks. I'm the one who makes all my own investing / trading decisions.
In the same fashion, I came across sleekscape. I already owned, or ended up buying shares in companies that Sleek presented as opportunities. I had success holding and trading those positions while contributing commentary and observations that favored my position when I held. I became a follower of Sleek, because he shared opportunities that I did well or at least made some money in.
So here's my beef with some of the comments about Sleek, especially because I originally brought to the attention here, his coming "picks".
In the same way I've shard AMFE on other boards and given credit to Rocketstocks for bringing that stock to my attention, I'm sharing another possible opportunity based on success I've had from another poster I follow.
In one breath, it seems some are looking for opportunities, asking for Sleeks coming tickers to be posted here as soon as announced, then saying Sleek is a pump n dumper, then semi wanting him to choose AMFE, and even semi criticizing him and or his pick/s before even knowing what the stock/s is/are. Geez!
This board was created by Rocketstocks so other opportunities could be shared by and for fellow AMFE shareholders, due to the general strength of a collective group of solid investors.
However, based on the convo stemming from my original post for what I felt was an opportunity, I'll just keep to myself.
Never said buy this or that, trade this way or that, hold this for this period of time, etc...just said there is an opportunity coming. I figured everyone would make their own decision once they knew what the opportunity was, not criticize and attack Sleek.
It bothers me for the same reason it bothers many when someone speaks negatively about AMFE.
Y'all are downplaying Sleek and his next opportunity before anything has even happened, which hardly seems fair for anyone who might want to get in and ride whatever wave comes. You don't have to be first in, or last out. There is plenty of money to be made in between.
Sorry I ever said anything.
Sigh....
Rec
Lol, aaaaand Sleek literally just posted sometime between 12/14 - 12/19 for his opportunity/s to be shared.
Rec
They’re in the intro section of his board.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/$LEEK$CAPE$-GRAND-SALAMI-FOR-2018-MARIJUANA-MANIA-PART-II-31243/
I don’t see all of them, but I know he’s dropped some before. For example, GRNH, one of the old guards I’d been in and out of over the years was part of his “grand salami picks”, but was dropped out when it didn’t move like the rest of them, even though GRNH almost tripled for me.
Historically, whenever he’s announced new opportunities, they’ve been different MJ tickers than previously shared.
New opportunities are supposed to be coming before Xmas per a response from Sleek to another poster recently.
I’m just keeping an eye on his board, waiting for Sleek to possibly announce a day and time for his shared opportunity.

For some perspective, in the last 24 hour period, LTC has close to $3 billion in volume.
That’s approximately 1/3 of the dollar value that AAPL trades regularly on a day to day basis.
For anyone not familiar with AAPL, lol, it’s the largest company by market cap in the world.

$LTC market cap doubled, we’re talking $5 BILLION plus in less than a week.
This isn’t exactly the OTC stocks that see their market caps double with a few hundred thousand in dollar volume, lol.
Point being: the amount of investment coming into LTC in such a short timespan, from all over the world, (not just a single countries trading exchange) should demonstrate to those taking positions, that this should be a long term hold.
It’s fine to trade some of the volatility, but ALWAYS hold a core position.

For all opening an account with coinbase, please remember to setup a USD wallet if you want to actively trade.
If you don’t, there is a settling period for funds to transfer back and forth from external accounts, before you can use those funds again to buy or sell.
Creating a USD wallet within coinbase allows for an immediate settlement and availability of funds without transferring in and out of coinbase.

Stock opportunity coming before Xmas. There will be at least one opportunity, maybe more, coming from a poster I started following in early 2017 named sleekscape.
IN NO WAY WHATSOEVER IS THIS A “SELL YOUR AMFE AND BUY WHAT’S COMING”.
I always try to have about 20% of my portfolio in cash, ready for whatever opportunities arise. And I recently rebalanced my positions WITHOUT selling any AMFE. I will likely use those funds to participate in the coming opportunity.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=135509977
I came across sleekscape when he presented opportunities within the MJ sector to his followers in 2016. I was already in one of them, thus the crossing of paths.
I started following sleekscape in the same way I started following Rocketstocks when I came across AMFE because of a post from him.
I had success with 3 of “Sleek’s” presented opportunities. And will look to duplicate that success again soon because Sleek is presenting new opportunities before Xmas sometime.
Just wanted to give a heads up in case anyone is interested in other opportunities. That’s partly what this board was created for if I’m not mistaken.

Great read Sleek! A few parts I take as valuable information:
FastMny, respectfully let me clarify something.
A single reply will suffice, but I’m not at all interested in debating beyond that.
AMFE is very methodically being kept in a range. I can see it in the behavior of how market makers posture.
There is daily short volume that gets covered intraday for small lots of shares. You can spot it easily from the mirrored trades throughout the day, sometimes only at a tiny fraction of a few decimals on the back end of the mirrored trade. These smaller short positions are keeping the share price from going anywhere, but they are ok by me because they are place keepers for now, until heavier volume comes in.
Then there are market makers that constantly undercut the ask by a large spread with only 5K shares. If an order with any size comes in at the ask, they will only fill 5K and then move off, creating a wide spread once again. They keep repeating this so large orders can’t be filled at the ask. This behavior is meant to make buyers, or in essence bait them to place any sizable orders well above the ask...but what investor wants to do that when the spread is as wide as it is at times? Rather, they just wait and sit on the bid, because that’s how size is accumulated when volume is low and there isn’t consistent hammering of the ask trailed by bid support moving up with ask hits. This action frustrates many and then impatient shareholders dump into waiting bids and the share price goes nowhere, but stays stagnant.
Stagnant to the average onlooker, but shares are definitely being accumulated and this is exciting action for them, because size is slowly being picked up without the share price rising.
Once the auditors give their official “seal of approval”, we should start seeing a slow and steady rise to more closely match the accomplishments and underlying fundamentals of the company.
Anyone who doubts the audits are coming, probably is comparing their investment here to other experiences with Pink sheet investments where uplisting and audits never come to fruition. The difference is in the choice of terminology all those other companies use in their press.
AMFE has filed an engagement letter for their auditors and used definitive terms when discussing the process of the audits. This is fact, not cleverly disguised bait.
Keep this in mind:
Only one degree separates water from being hot vs boiling.
I believe AMFE is very methodically being kept in a range so as not to hit that boiling point. But once the audits are completed, I expect the simmer will turn to a boil as the pressure builds with new money coming in that was priorly restricted. And steady bid support will trail the upward movement.

Awesome! Good time to slowly reduce Bitcoin. Options trading in the US market is coming soon, which means shorting via puts.
I believe long term, the main crypto currencies are still solid, but there will be some added volatility as the US options market finds its place.
Other countries offer options already, and I think it’s mainly foreign money that’s fueled cryptos, so perhaps the US BTC options market won’t have that much of an impact.
Just an FYI to further educate anyone following cryptos and this convo.

This disallows someone to sell stock for a loss at calendar year end and then immediately buy it back in January for tax loss advantage.

If you’re new, you shouldn’t be playing options, especially on expiration day!
Calls and puts can be extremely volatile the closer to expiration they get.
Options can expire worthless, so be careful.
If you’re in the money at expiration, generally your brokerage firm will exercise the option if you have the funds available. If not, they will automatically sell the option and credit your account accordingly.

The exclusive partnership with CBRE is a very smart move, but unless they are specifically buying stock in the company, this has more to do with smoothly executing franchise growth over the long run, than any short term impact on share price. Meaning, I don’t expect a major reaction in share price, purely based on this association.
What CBRE brings to the table is the ability to facilitate and manage real estate transactions for future franchise models. They can leverage their position within their area of expertise (real estate) far beyond what Roger can do individually. And this further shows Roger’s understanding of the importance in delegating important aspects of specific areas within individual segments of the company, to the appropriate powers that be. And he certainly delegated to a powerhouse!
It’s great to finally have solid dates in play for the opening of Snakes & Lattes newest flagship franchise model location. And I’m sure Roger is thrilled to see his company’s re-invested profits finally go to work for investors.
Forming an in house PR department is also something greatly needed to assist in widespread exposure. This is a highly anticipated, yet long overdue move.
Lastly...
The major catalyst I continue waiting for is the audited financials and uplist. This is what fully “legitimizes” AMFE and ties everything together.
Don’t get me wrong, Roger has done an incredible job in building an amazing foundation from which to grow, but the audits are needed to hold things together as we start building above and beyond the strong foundation already in place.
Shouldn’t be too much longer, and I’m more than willing to wait. Remember, when audits are completed, we uplist. When we uplist, buying restrictions are lifted, and when buying restrictions are lifted, STARTING positions will be initiated at or near current levels.

Executives of a certain level at TWX were being paid a retainer fee to encourage staying on board, at least until the acquisition was finalized.
50/50
Half by “x” date, the other half when the acquisition closed. Executives keep the first 50% no matter what.
Also, when the acquisition closes, any and all RSU’s immediately vest and become free trading.
Based on the exchange of shares / cash in the TWX acquisition, and how this deal may play out, there will be a lot of shares that could suddenly hit the open market that were previously unvested TWX shares that TWX executives could look to cash in on and diversify their holdings into other holdings.
I believe this facet described above, combined with T subscriber numbers falling and a slightly negative forward looking outlook, is contributing to T’s downslide as of late.
Sold 2,000 shares of TWX a few weeks ago, as well as 1,500 shares of T soon after.
Further diversify, sit in cash and wait, or initiate short positions and immediately cover on any sign of a confirmed reversal.
Still have holdings in T and TWX, but far less exposure than a few weeks ago.
