I wouldn't buy at this stage if I were you...the pump had a good bounce, and money has been made. By next week, this thing will be in the 000's.
A few photos of the earbuds. This one is called 50 3D by SMS Audio: https://fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/207110_214354741911047_135102543169601_872708_5369046_n.jpg

The earphones offers 3D sound and are water proof.
Yes am sure 50 will be showing off the headphone during any charity event he attends, not only charity event though....any event that will give his headphones more exposure -- 50 will surely rock his unbeatable product for people to see. Sort of like cross-promoting you know...its good business!!!
Thats right...and am positive 50 won't make such silly move because 50 has quite a few ventures in process at the moment, and he is not tying all of them with feeding the children like he is doing with SK. I believe each venture has its own marketing strategy. We have Mr. Harrington, and many popular celebrities that will give SMS by 50 that big push...beats by dre don't stand a chance in this field. The headphone is very flexible....http://www.twitvid.com/YCTCA
Yup, agreed...and I believe 50 is smart enough to make the right move in any venture...he is a good business mogul
BTW...anyone hear of the breaking news that Gaddafi is dead? Killed in Sirte by rebels? The photo I saw looks like him, but you never can tell. To me, his death is still unconfirmed. http://www.informafrica.com/breaking-news-africa/muammar-gaddafi-reported-dead-photos/
I doubt if 50 will tie his headphones with feeding the children, people might start thinking he is taking advantage of the less privileged for his sole benefit. All 50 need to do and will probably do is tie the headphones with other popular celebrities.
There will be variety of colors for the headphones according to online sources, and it makes sense...that way people are not only buying the best headphones in town; they also get to choose their favorite color.
Alright cool
I think 50 should re-design the background image on Thisis50.com to reflect SK on one side, and SMS on the other. What do you guys think? He may be planning to replace the SK background to SMS by end of this month though...who knows
That was me doing all that promo on facebook...its about time. The headphones come out next month. We all need to get the word out in any little way we can....twitter, facebook, myspace, youtube, etc...lets give SMS By 50 the biggest exposure a headphone can ever get.
Ok thanks for explaining that. I was aware the sleek deal didn't go through as planned, and then SMS Audio came in, and have been hearing SMS by 50 for a while, but recently started hearing Sync by 50, that's where the confusion kicks in.
For the Earbuds, what does the TBD stand for?
How many name change will 50's headphones have? First it was Sleek by 50, then SMS by 50, now am hearing Sync by 50? This don't seem like a good marketing strategy imo. Read the article on techcrunch 2 weeks ago http://techcrunch.com/2011/09/29/sync-by-50/
I have been watching this stock/board for some time....the all of a sudden announcement of a name change is a huge pump by the company to dump shares. Hope those that entered at a very low-level made their sales while the pump lasted. However, now is a good time to exit not enter, but for those that have patience -- hang in there for the next pump. There's money to be made in the next coming weeks. But never buy or sell a stock based on what people say here.
They both probably exited. However, am still holding on to over 5 million shares of the company, and am not going to sell anytime soon, but rather hold till the year ends and even next year. If one believes this stock will make them money, they will buy, but when one lacks the believe, they won't buy...so the word for the day is: Follow Your Believe.
My instinct tells me to be patience, and continue to keep my eye on this stock. Am not depending on this stock though, matter fact you can never depend on any stock...it's a risky business. Although a few of my other stocks are doing well, and that makes me care less if I loose money in AVOP or not. But one thing for sure is that every money I loose in this market I make it back triple.
Anyone that can afford to risk a few hundred bucks are definitely buying this stock. Remember the saying: Scared money don't make money. And as a true investor, no one should be scared when it comes to investing.
GLTA!
This is no macdonalds, but am loving this stock. In less than 10 months, this stock PPS will be trading over the dollar range.
GLTA
AVOP is a potential stock. I think you don't understand this stock Rudi, and my advise to you would be never to enter any venture you don't completely understand. First you have to understand the market, and then you have to understand your stock of interest. Your thoughts are one-sided, and that is not a good investing strategy.
Further more, let me add that if you don't know how to apply patience in this stock market business/game; you will always loose money -- plain and simple.
You may hold on to your potential shares, or you may pass them to the next hungry investor ready to snatch them from you.
Whether you like it or not -- you are indirectly bashing this stock, which is not cool. Many investors have held/still holding their shares for several months now if not years.
If you are still in possession of your shares, you shouldn't even be saying "this stock is dead". Learn to think from a business perspective if you want to succeed as a "true trader".
Goodluck guys!
Good to hear you finally got your Zecco shares. Zecco will go out of business for this, they are only good for forex, not penny stocks or even nasdaq stocks. I haven't logged into my Zecco for some weeks now, they've been disappointing. However, I'll check soon if my shares also arrived.
I wonder how much Zecco would charge if you attempt to sell your shares though, since they listed AVOP as a non-dtc company.
GLTA
"The Company is currently reviewing a number of possible acquisitions that would not only bring in additional revenue to our top line, but also allow the company to expand the Company both horizontally and vertically."
The future is bright guys, manipulation is never forever, neither is it permanent.
Those waiting to see how low the PPS will drop before they buy need to rethink that thought. We will be entering fourth quarter soon, there will be more acquisitions, ECDC will move to Nasdaq, this year is almost over. Buy and Hold is the key to success when you think of ECDC.
GLTA!
Those with AVOP shares on Zecco, have you contacted the transfer agent and/or the company CEO Moussa Traore about the long-overdue shares? This type of delay is unacceptable, and Zecco claims AVOP is responsible for re-issuing those shares back to shareholders.
It is also possible that many people bought AVOP shares via zecco.
Just wanted to add that I've had my small position in SNGX since the start of this year without really performing much due diligence. Entered at $0.18 back then, and I just want to say that am glad I did....wish I had bought more shares back then though. This is a good investment....kept my portfolio green.
Goodluck guys, won't be doing much posting since I only have a small position here.
We seem to be in a similar situation. I was running away from Sharebuilder's high commission fees and ridiculous low-security surcharge by opting for Zecco but was a big mistake after all. I haven't received anything from Zecco either...its just been AVOPYZ for the past few weeks.
I think Zecco is not making any attempt to get the new shares back since they flagged AVOP as a non-dtc stock and also stopped trading them electronically.
By next week Monday, I expect to have those shares available in my Zecco account or I won't take it likely with either of them: Zecco, Pacific stock transfer, & CEO of the company. This three parties are responsible for re-issuing new shares back to shareholders.
Doggieman, if I may advise -- send an email to the CEO and/or the investor relations department regarding the unacceptable delay, especially now the "D" is completely off. Anyone still awaiting their shares, f/s, dividend, etc., should contact Moussa Traore at mtraore@av1group.com to resolve this asap.
In regards to who offers the best penny stock trading -- I really don't know which broker is most suitable for penny stock trading, they all have they flaws; but I once asked about ChoiceTrade a few days on this board but received no feedback. I have been considering choice trade, but need to hear of anyone's experience before proceeding. Any answer is appreciated. Sharebuilder just cost too much.
Goodluck guys, lets get this thing rolling again. Load up while the PPS is low, the whole stock market is pretty much down right now especially S&P, but AVOP still looks promising...a green week is a possibility here.
For Shareholders that purchased AVOP shares using Zecco and are yet to receive their overdue shares. I contacted the CEO Mr. Traore today regarding the delay of the new shares. Below is the excerpt of our communication:

Subject: Important: Shareholders of AVOP still awaiting new shares,
delay is unacceptable

Greetings Moussa Traore,
This is an important inquiry regarding AVOP shares purchased on or before July 11, 2011, which was all sent back to your transfer agent so the new shares may be issued to existing shareholders. However, Sharebuilder and USAA brokerage have both received the new shares of AVOPD, but there have been serious delays with Pacific Stock Transfer delivering the new shares to Zecco trading.
With all due respect, and on behalf of the long-term shareholders of AVOP, I am asking that you personally attend to the delay of the new shares been transferred effectively. Shareholders of AVOP using Zecco are frustrated because they have been unable to trade their shares due to the unjust transfer process going on between the company and its new transfer agent.
Please, your urgent action is needed on this matter as soon as possible. Thank you and God bless.
Regards,
xxxxxx

Hello xxxxxx,
Interesting. I was not aware. I will contact Pacific and find out what the delay is.
Thank You

The "D" on AVOP comes off tomorrow according to OTCBB, and by now all shareholders should have received all their shares, including the dividend, and forward-split shares.
Those that haven't locked in shares of AVOP at this low-level still need to do so, am positive it won't stay this low for long.
GLTA!
You see most of the f/s shareholders that received there shares have sold and bagged profit that they have temporarily ignored this board. The PPS is down right now, and some people are dreaming to enter again at 0.0001, forgetting the fact that any news from now will make AVOPD spike again, above .001 is a possibility.
Friday is the last trading day of the week, and if i may advise -- new investors that are waiting to enter AVOPD, should do so at this level, or miss out on the next spike. The coming week will be promising.
Load up AVOPD shares and hold up for the next PR. The company have many great news coming up on the Mexico project.
Always good luck!
Can someone give an update on what L2 looks like
Thanks for sharing. Zecco listed AVOPD as a non-dtc stock, that i think is the reason why they are not making any attempt to demand for the new shares. Zecco don't care about their traders.
I feel sorry for those selling, they will wish they had held on to their shares a few days from now.
Goodluck guys!
Zecco has been terrible lately, especially since they don't have their own clearing house like most brokers. I haven't received my new shares from Zecco neither, plus they stopped trading AVOPD electronically. Well, that's a loss for Zecco, and a win for other brokers.
You're welcome. Long-term in pink stocks is most likely not advisable, but it all boils down to what each individual consider as long-term. I know that some traders trade this stock daily, while some only trade whenever news on company development is out. Unlike Nasdaq stocks, if you hold a penny stock for just a few months, you are long on the stock.
Here is a scenario: If you bought 10 million shares of AVOPD today at .0003 for $3000, and in the next few days or weeks you sold all 10 million at .001, you've made $7,000 in profit from a $3,000 investment. Expect the PPS to drop following your sale (and other sales) afterwards. After the drop, if you then bought another 10 million shares at lets say .0002, that will cost you only $2000.
Now you've already made a $7000 profit, and later re-invested $2,000 hereby cutting down your profits to $5000. Now, this newly acquired 10 million shares can be held for as long as you wish for future growth, you may even forget about it for a while because you know that you are not at loss incase of any downward trend it may occur as usual....your mind will be at rest.
That's how you do it...you load up when the PPS is low, and wait for some news to reap some benefits. Usually, it is not a smart choice to sell all your stake in any given company...but you can definitely sell some and keep some just to cover your expenses.
The stock market is easy, but selfish individuals tend to make it complicated by attempting to manipulate as much as they can because they know there is always a fool out there they can get.
Warren Buffet once quoted that in investing, the first rule is not to lose money. The second rule is not to forget the first rule.
Manipulators are just blockheads, and will always attempt to make weary investors sell their shares at a loss so they can profit when they snatch them from you. Let blockheads read what blockheads write.
Goodluck everyone...we shall see greener days.
Shareholders received additional shares in AVOP equal to 3% of their holdings in AVOP common stock at that time. Most shareholders had millions of this shares at .0001, .0002, .0003. For instance, 50cents said he had about 200 million shares, so you do the math.
Shareholders are dumping their long-held shares to make quick profits to enjoy their ramadan season I guess. But don't forget that those that entered at .0009, .001 are still holding on.
You guys have to understand that f/s shareholders are selling and causing the pps to drop this low, and later buying back. This is normal, I knew they were going to dump shares after receiving them. I'll continue to load up and wait for my turn.
Has anyone use Choice trade before? Heard they are good for trading penny stocks. If you have, let me know of your experience using them.
Per the CEO, whom according to recent announcement, confirmed a forward-looking meeting with the CEO of Respuesta Financeria, which is a microfinance company well settled in Mexico and makes S$2.5 Million - US$5 Million annually.

Board stated: “We are very pleased with managements initial due diligence on the company and the financial arrangement currently on the table which is the best we have come across thus far. Now that we have found the best possible deal for our shareholders, it is more about getting an in depth look at the daily operations at their corporate offices as well as pawn shop locations. We are looking forward to a fruitful trip, and we anticipate closing a deal soon thereafter.”
The company will also be traveling to Respuesta Financeria’s head office located in Queretaro, Mexico to walkthrough the software systems with their IT Department. Av1 Group CEO Moussa Traore stated: “We realize the importance which is placed on information technology from not only an accounting perspective but from a security perspective as well. It is imperative that adequate controls are in place to ensure these systems can handle the planned growth and enable AV1 Group the ability to properly monitor the activity of all future pawn shop locations.
F/S shareholders are still selling, load up guys.
This is the lowest supportive PPS this stock have reached since the symbol change. So it's only wise to load up now while f/s shareholders are letting go some of their load.
So when you acquire some today at this level, in another few days you should have funds ready to acquire more if it does come back to the same level you previously entered.
Entering at this .000 levels put you in a safe position. News is coming soon.
Well said Doggieman.
The funny thing is, those that are selling now are also selling their opportunity to make thousands of dollars when a forthcoming news is released.
AVOPD gets maximum exposure whenever press is released...and this draw more potentials...over 200% spike is a possibility. Check the past PR's.
I don't know what to call those that are waiting or still thinking to load up on dirt-cheap shares that has the potentials of looking greener than your lawn.
Just like a regional plane that flies with loaded passengers, AVOPD and loading shareholders will take off strategically and fly to the dollar range PPS.
It's simple guys, AV1 Group and shareholders will be helping the Mexican economy by supporting them financially while also profiting....the company see's an opportunity, and will capitalize on it. Microfinance/Microlending is a money making market that many foreign investors are yet to notice. However, we are few of the lucky investors that are invested in such hungry market.
Not to forget the Pawn franchise...where people can pawn their jewelry, equipments, electronics, etc., to make ends meet. You guys go and do a research on Pawn franchise here in the U.S, you'll be surprised at how much money the micro-market makes annually; same thing applies to Microfinance.
Go AVOPD you've got the guts!
Hey jimmy, you know you can try the amusement park if you are looking for excitement or something...this right here is: business.
AVOPD is not a stock people give up on, rather they take their strong positions (at this low level), and wait for a take off, which is most likely sooner than you may think.
Serious investors don't sleep while the market is open, neither do they think of it in any form...you have to be keen.
Load-up is the keyword of the day for any investor watching this stock, thinking or waiting to enter at a specific price.
Don't miss out on opportunities by trying to be too cheap...am speaking from experience. Load-up & wait-up!
GLTA
When AV1 Group announced the forward-split for shareholders few weeks ago, all the markets and news media were alerted, hereby drawing more crowd to AVOP. We have more eyes on this stock now than we had before the recent announcements.
Things are bubbling up for AVOPD right now, and once they put out another PR; this stock has the potential to hit $.01 and above. Last time I watched this stock hit the $.55 mark like its nothing.
AVOP's recent forward-split PR was featured on CNBC: http://www.cnbc.com/id/43714145/AV1_Group_Inc_Announces_Official_Date_of_Forward_Split_for_Shareholders
Hope everyone is getting ready for the next PR? You don't want to miss out on the next spike. Load up and wait up is the word for today.
AVOPD's new Cusip # 00241Q200, issued 07/12/11.
GLTA!
Am surprised someone actually sold over 6 million shares @.0005. Wish I was the lucky guy that bought those at that price. My order for 100000 went thru at .001. Placing some more buy shortly...I haven't received my shares yet, so it's only right that I load up more.
Whoever don't have patience with AVOP can sell me their shares...I'll be glad to collect them. But still whoever sold those big lumps at .0005 is a bloody fool!
More money for me. GLTA
A reminder to prospective shareholders of ECDC. Do not let the negative posts on this board prevent you from locking down your position on ECDC.
You may have been watching ECDC for a while now, trying to figure out if its the right investment or not. To give you some confidence: Yes ECDC is a penny stock company receiving orders, and gradually making money (contracts). How many penny stocks out there do you know offer similar products such as RFID & GPS technology? None! EarthSearch's potential is/will attract bigger institutions that will invest in the company and drive up the stock's value. It is a smart choice to lock in your positions now that the PPS is at a discount price.
Did you know that ECDC is one of those under-valued stocks that made Warren Buffett the billionaire that he is today? Investors are presented with a series of “pitches” every business day by the market but there are no penalties for failing to swing other than the potential to miss out on interesting opportunities, and Warren Buffett has often said that there are no called strikes in the field of investing.
One of the common strategy of investing is applying patience, and Buffet did quoted that the stock market is designed to transfer money from the active to the patient. Existing shareholders ought to be patience, and hold on to their shares....do not be tempted to sell out of the fear of loosing money. You are not a smart investor if you do, and shouldn't be trading at all.
Any smart investor would lock in their position in ECDC now, and let their investment grow for future harvesting like a wise farmer would do.
Patience is a virtue. Don't let market makers manipulation or negative individuals prevent you from seeing an opportunity you can profit from. I personally have limited my investment choices to diversified companies expanding into foreign economies. Take Cocacola, or Nestle for instance, do you think they would've been as successful as they are today if they never expanded internationally? I don't think so. And they continue to expand as I speak.
I like ECDC's business strategy, and am so confident about where the company is going...it's only a matter of time. 2011 have been very promising for the company, who is constantly seeking partnership to expand into bigger markets outside the U.S.
Guys, do not hesitate in becoming a shareholder of ECDC....the potentials are too great for any penny investor to miss out on. This is why I go by "Money Needs Me", because am a patient dog who will eat the biggest bone. I perform my due diligence and invest accordingly.
I am long on ECDC, and if I may...I'll like to welcome new investors that are just joining us. If you are inquisitive about this company, feel free to ask any positive members of this board for their honest opinion. We are team....together we can reach greater heights.
Goodluck once again.
I agree with what Altec previously mentioned regarding ECDC having a potential future, and also the necessity of U.S based companies like EarthSearch expanding to foreign markets.
The U.S economy is too volatile, and very competitive that even a blind mind can tell. There is hardly room for upcoming ventures to prosper because business is one-sided: the big companies have dominated the market...and even when a developing company with limited funds has a proprietary product with great potentials -- it is unfortunate that the bullish companies that sees the potential will develop something equivalent or even better, spend those big marketing dollars, and block consumers from seeing your product.
Investing in International Countries.
For those that there insight is limited to only the united states economy, I recommend you start doing some research on foreign countries with huge potentials. For instance, Nigeria is the most populous country in Africa, and is also rich. Apart from CEO Kayode being a Nigerian origin; the country is full of potentials. The new government being led by Goodluck Jonathan, is working towards developing a stronger public-private partnerships for roads, schools, and so forth in the country. Learn more about the Nigerian economy: http://www.informafrica.com/business-africa/the-nigerian-economy-in-the-21st-century/
Meanwhile, this year - Dubai has seen sustainable growth across trade, tourism and logistics sectors, which has helped to boost the economy. This comes in spite of subdued global performance and proves that Dubai’s economy is robust and back on the path to prosperity.
Mexico is another economy with great potentials that is even right here in North America. According to multiple projections by international agencies, by 2050 Mexico will be the fifth largest economy in the world, and a few strategic U.S and foreign companies are starting to tap into the economy. Not to mention that Mexicans are hard worker, and labor is bound to be cheap. Take AVOP for instance, tapping into the Microfinance/Microlending market in the country; which caters to the people's necessity rather than banks that charges extremely high interests and some type of good credit to grant loans.
In conclusion, let's not forget that ECDC is a diversified company, and a strategic one too. In the next year or two, long-term shareholders today, will reap the benefits of their investments in large sums. This is a penny stock company in the RFID & GPS market which is still a relatively new technology (combined), the only penny stock company offering products that most Nasdaq companies ought to have.
ECDC is for long-term investors, so am encouraging inquisitive investors to take their long-term positions in ECDC, and let's work together in building the PPS of this stock. We are all in this together. Am confident in my investment choices, and won't be writing on this board that often, but always reading the messages.
There should be no bashing on this board whatsoever. Whoever does not have faith in this company shouldn't write on this board, and should go look for other investments.
Goodluck guys...ECDC is my right investment choice.
I totally agree. Shareholders should hold on to there shares to drive up this stocks value...it'll be beneficial for everyone.
AVOP is in the right market, a proven market that makes money, and will continue to make money for the next multiple decades -- this market is Microlending/Microfinance while combining Pawn franchise to make it a complete package.
According to numerous projections, by 2050 Mexico will be the fifth largest economy in the world. Now, do I need to say more?
The American market is too volatile, costly, and does not favor many penny investors. Meanwhile, Mexico presents plenty opportunities....it's like a new fertile land waiting to be cultivated, and since labor will be cheap; companies get to reap profits.
At this current development stage of AVOP, this is a stock that you are bound to get more than you put in. There's a possibility that strategic U.S investment companies will take their position in AVOP as we journey through the year(s).
Goodluck guys & take your long-term positions in AVOPD
Microlending/Microfinance has gained popularity worldwide as an effective tool to provide a path from poverty to sustainable income in developing economies such as Mexico.
Guys, AVOP is in the right market....Microfinance combined with Pawn franchise: is a win-win situation. Those selling their shares will wish they had retained it...I can assure that. I've done my research.
GLTA! AVOP is right for me.
