There are many positives for SFOR AND WS merger,their ESP that
has GID bundled since last August. As partners IMHO it works better for SFOR, unless WS, since they are private comany, they want to go public,and what is the cost for WS, how many millions?

I really don't see a R/S at this point it's useless.

I check the web site of TERRESTRIAL and this is a small reseller.

I notice that LIFELOCK has prime time tv time and newspaper ads selling their ID products.

I wonder why SFOR can't land large deals with real money?

Ques.- Why are shares always on sale for the last few months. It looks to me as there is a ACCUMULATION going on thru moving and trding the stock lower i.e today paid .0147 and then for sale at .014 or lower?

Why would weak hands sell at this level, it's to early in year for tax write off?

The intellectual properties is the potential worth, if a value can established.

I was searching the web for any info about RSA/SFOR after the start of the conference. I couldn't find any bloggers talking about SFOR. kay calls this the "game changer"

My question to all posters, if this is the product of the future, don't you think the "techies" would be buying this stock?

A- Finance via stock sales.

B- Borrow from "new faces" who in return get part of SFOR, but this a materal event.

C- Sold part of patent rights for money, but not possible as this would need to be reported as material event.

D- None of the above, but BUZZTECH 911, you know the answer to you questions,out with it.

SFOR must learn to run a business and cover their monthly burn rate.
They can't kept increasing the o/s all the time.

SFOR still needs to announce contracts with money mentioned to be taken seriously. The history of this stock is awful. IMHO

buzztech911- The 4th quarter filing came out April 15,2011 last year.

So in your opinion all is going to transpire before April 15,2012?

If an R/S is in the works again,how could this benefit if at all any of the common share holders?

Is it possible that something major could be announced that benefits the common?

The report published today gives a good recap of the pricing mechanism for their products.
I was surprised to see the O/S shares in their projections, along with the revenue for the next few years.

1-Denn has been selling his shares, he then must have insider info, this is against the law.

2-If an r/s takes place again, the SFOR share holder loses again, then after r/s SFOR shares would be exchanged at a given rate and SFOR is history.

I didn't connect the dots together, but as you answered me, I recall a statement a few years ago that SFOR working on a release for Apple but nothing seemed to happen.Then on Feb 2,2012 KAY states at RSA new features for Cloud,Apple etc.
I guess with help of VMWare they were able to bundle GID and have the clout to larger companies.It all makes sense.

these are number crunching reports done on a regular basis.
Companies like reuters,pechala etc issue them and the investor can buy them.
Go to YAHOO.COM,then to FINANCE,then to RESEARCH REPORTS and you can buy any report that you want.
None of these reports go into projections.

FYI- This is a paid report on Yahoo,there are several reports like this,they just report on the last quarterly report nothing else.
There is no forward projections comments about customers etc.

Yes,shs price should be higher.

IMHO- here is my est on share price. It's difficult since there are so many unknows.
i.e.-year end Q,1ST,2ND,and 3RD Q all coming out this year.
revenue avg per closed contracts, any new debt or consolidation of debt,shares outstanding etc.

.02-.04 cents if volume stays low, with the same kind of announcements, no $$ amounts
This is until the 1st Q results in may

.08-12 cents second half of year based on revenue of $3.0 mio.in 1st quarter,
revenue and cleaning up some debt problems.

As 2 and 3 Q come out and if revenue continues up they we should see several more cents in share price.

I was surprised that we didn't close above .0193 a technical level.

In order for this to go higher needs big vol, don't understand why with this news today, there wasn't a bigger pr.and more vol.

One of the problems I see from the last few years lots of pr, but no follow thru.

Most of the time new investors get left holding there positions at bad prices vs the market.

With these statements today they should cover their cash flow.

We got a few got statements this month and IMHO a bottom is in place.

I would like to see the vol and price action over the next several sessions and I will comment.

The last several weeks the trading was controlled by a large trader or trading house not sure, but they made the spread each day between .015 and .0198

I think the 10Q for the 1st quarter will set the trend for SFOR.
