SAEI.OB Please, please, calm down. I am only trying to get back to a rational plane here. Please don't resort to parsing my well-meant and sincere statements. What I stated was also stated by many others in one form or another while I was away trading and writing that response. Don't just pick on me, please. We know that people have been shorting this stock and you know that we cannot point to them individually. Even if that were permitted on IHub how could we numerate the contracts? Absence of evidence is not evidence. We seem to be having a problem with basic realities today. I implore us all to heel to mature forms of logic.
SAEI.OB I can assure you that nobody is attacking you personally. The stated reason for the forward split was to allow more investors. What is the mystery? It is in the PRs. (Wasted time, again.) Yes they are repurchasing shares to combat shorts. What is the mystery? It is in the PR. (Wasted time, again.)
You make many convenient assumptions to accompany the numbers of which you only have a keyhole glimpses.
This particular statement is ludicrous on it's face because you assume a finite time frame that only you get to assign:
SAEI.OB They secured financing in the $2-$2.15 range for the $10,000,000 to do the initial exploration. They subsequently did a forward 5 for 1 split, hence the $0.40 figure. The combination was very distressing to former shareholders and very fortunate for us.
Since it was at that PPS, it has taken some detours.

SAEI.OB Of course it doesn't matter. As long as we all are up on what we can end up with we are golden. But this is strange, being up around 125% in two days and yet feeling like we are still so close to the bottom. We have to all be aware that people just arriving lately see this and of course have some doubts. Also, once we got over a dime we passed out of consideration range for some penny players who will think that we are too rich to play. Even if they are dead solid wrong about this particular stock, we must work with fewer people until we get our new investors after the NI 43-101. It is wise to be aware of that factor and hold onto gains as much as possible because inspiration to invest over a dime is hard won.
This stock moves like a bucking bronco...so easily. It definitely wears you out after a while. I have seen these things go really parabolic, without warning, a couple of days after news arrives. Hold your breaths and shares. This could get so crazy at any moment.
I was already writing this to you when I got your PM and I agree with what you said. Newenergy1 and I have corresponded about that earlier today right after he left that position. We need him in the Mod Squad. KnowProphet is a cool guy, solid long and much better than the Mod before last. IMO
Oh...my last post for a couple of hours. GLTYA
SAEI.OB Logically, on 2 mines, over a buck. (Estimated on what CPM*F did) That one was freakishly pumped by pick sites, though. I am supposing that our lower float, and the buyback will help but we will have to sell some of our shares to drive the prices. Needs volume to walk it up. Doubt there are many loose ones left out there now. The big boys will come calling for them as soon as those documents are released. Then it will be a sellers' market.
BTW...I keep my sells priced at 10 bucks because I would hate to wake up see a PR and find out that some Competing Sponge took my shares pre-market.
SAEI.OB Remember, Folks...This is a "SLOW" week. LOL! By Monday morning, this price will be long gone and people will be wishing it would pull back to this level. Lots of smart guys will be loading tomorrow. Be smarter. Load now!
SAEI.OB Welcome aboard, and also to all the other new faces. After a while, you will get to know most of the regulars and many have done some great DD. I'm sure all know the IHub rules for stock specific boards and we can keep a healthy posting rate if we just stick to them and not mix it up on a personal basis when we see totally false stuff posted about the company.
I am pretty militant most of the time. I see each day as a battle to be won with opposing forces seeking to gain and hold ground. New or higher ground is always the most difficult and takes the bravest soldiers to reach it. We need strong archers holding the defenses too and not selling when they see the red on their fellows' wounds. Sometimes, a feint comes in and needs to be ignored or a solid blow from an inferior opponent gets through and he needs to be beaten back. Stick to what works and use your trustiest weapons, truth and courage.
Good Luck
SAEI.OB The resident guru on Stock Hideout must have said that we needed to hold the .10 or all bets were off at least 50 times this morning. (He never reads news) Many of them listened to him. The lucky bidsitters here got their fills but that mentality lost us interest that may not be easy to regain. It doesn't pay to disappoint new buyers who don't know much about this company or even what news is coming. They are going to complain all day, now. Many trade with nothing but a ticker symbol and a chart. It's up to the better educated hard liners to keep this ship aright.
Consider this a scolding. Play for yourself and lose the point.
SAEI.OB None of your arguments can possibly include all of the facts as they are taking place on the ground in the Ukraine. That the locals desire a bigger piece of any mining operations in their country, has been documented repeatedly here. If they choose to infuse the company with the funds to initiate a stock purchase and are compensated there is nothing illegal or shifty about it. It would simply be wise and politically expedient for all of the rights, privileges and cooperation from which we are to benefit.
A stock buyback represents a major threat to hedgies, shorts, competitors or prospective buyers who have decided to make a project of this stock, so we expect many arguments similar to yours to occur in the upcoming weeks. We know what we own, our people have tested the water and gotten additional insight on the sentiments of the company and we are confident that they are indeed willing to pursue the outlined course to support the PPS and get it back to where it belongs.
GLTY
SAEI.OB Everybody check your portfolios and see what you can move in here at these prices. It will pay off well in the near term. It's a slow market day and many have gone on short vacations. We will be back on track by the 30th and this will be worth bucks soon afterwards.
Let's keep on topic and not discuss IHub's decisions. Something will be done and we will get back on track, boardwise and rallywise. We need Newenergy1 doing what he has always done for this stock and he will be around for a long long time. Keep the faith and watch out for any kind of personal stuff.
SAEI.OB History lesson: One of our famous mouths who was making excuses for pumping while selling and then sneaking off to short, made this big deal of VERT being around and made the totally insincere claim that it was because of dilution. It may have actually scared some people at that time but it definitely gave lots of us crystal clear insight into what that person was all about.
Dilution is BS on this stock and anybody making those claims is posting intentionally false and misleading information.
Sometimes a VERT is just a VERT.
SAEI.OB Times like this is when the principle of "Paying it Forward" yields the most rewards for all involved. You buy at ASK and kids will get new clothes, homeless people will get new apartments and we will all get rich. (Ok, that was corny, but it works.)
SAEI.OB Sitting on support. Don't wait too long to make your moves. Keep the interest alive.
SAEI.OB Any resistance below .17 is BS and paper thin. You sell now and it will run in your face. Now is the time to do it. Hit the ASK and get green in return.
SAEI.OB This is the bargain minute! The pullback to opening is about the best you can hope for. Just being helpful. Good Luck with your fills. Over the ASK and not all-or-nothing is the fastest most sure way.
SAEI.OB That is totally ridiculous and we just got to busy to bother with people making comments like this:
SAEI.OB LMAO at latest SN*Y PR. Their "plan" a couple of months ago was to use 150k to buy panned gold from the natives to expand their operations. Then, after mining season had already commenced they "planned" on buying some dredges. Yesterday, the new "plan" was to get some warrants and finance some dredges. (I guess the tent and table approach didn't work.) They are also touting REEs, which they have no hope of getting processed in Sierra Leone. Watch out there. Stick to SAEI. Going to see immediate results here not some crazy schemes that may or may not produce sometime next year.
SAEI.OB A lot of people seem to be worried about this so-called run. We are just moving back to where this stock fell from while pessimists and traders pulled out waiting for a fraction of the news that we have gotten. They saw the forward split and freaked out. They saw the loan and ran. The E came onto the ticker and it went on life support.
Then it turned around. A few scanners picked up on the deals and the plans that this company had and some small MOMO showed. More of us saw that, dug deeper, liked what we saw and it ran on air. The news that everybody had been waiting for began to show but shorts had taken notice and went to work. More good news came but they kept up the pressure. We did overtime gathering facts and DD and getting a better picture of what we had.
The E dropped and it looked good but Veterans' Day brought some setbacks to the gold stocks and it stuttered and took a real hit. Then...we started gaining ground again, but our PRs were no competition for the other gold plays. We knew this was a gem in the rough but try telling people that. Fits and starts and those couple of bad days were behind us but the holidays were here and it did what most stocks do right before Thanksgiving and dipped.
Then...this morning. Freaking awesome news came! What we never expected arrived and what was the point of greatest curiosity, "When was the NI 43-101 coming?", got a firm date.
We are just headed back to our old digs now, but we will just wave and continue on our way uptown. We paid the rent weeks ago. It's just moving day.
Thanks, GT and all the rest of you guys. A share buyback is the classic best possible defense against shorts. I usually suggest it but with our small float I never expected it. Anybody who isn't covered will be losing sleep tonight and pushing us along tomorrow. I am sure that some hung in today, hoping for a pullback. Add that misstep to the big goof of shorting this in the first place. They already saw how hard longs fought the last couple of weeks, time to payback what they took.
With any luck, our favorite people are still short. LMAO
Hopefully they will forget November first and wait for a pullback again tomorrow. ~Evil Chuckle~
"YOW! THEY GOT ME BY THE SHORT MARGINS!"
SAEI, Well, I managed to get through the bad times without getting my IHub feathers plucked for getting aggravated. dmik won't be getting that divorce now. Glad you guys have forgiven A10. LOL @ zoey. ALL-IN888 is all out. Nice to see the old faces and the new ones here for this run. Getting lots of buzz out on Stock Hideout. I must remember to go tell the trolls on Yahoo that I told them so. Keep spreading the word, "The good guys are winning!" Keep posting the DD for the new arrivals to see. Some of them don't know about Intro Boxes. No matter what number of shares you own, they are a good investment. Tomorrow should resemble November first. Onward to bigger and better things.
They said gold needs to make $1366 this week...Well it is at $1365 now.
Oh, we might have angel investors putting cash into the company to enable the buyback. Don't count that out.
SAEI If that is true, the more flipping the fewer shares to flip. Finally a formula I love. If we get a HOD during power hour I expect another race in the morning. Every share sold below .11 has been stolen, IMO. Once we get back there, (Hopefully by morning), we start battering down walls faster than the last time. Time for all sideliners to see that the Bulls are in charge and have always been. Awesomeness is the flavor of the day.
SAEI I followed you to SAEIE, weeks ago. Just wanted to say thanks.
SAEI, I thought we would have this historically slow week to accumulate some bargains while many traders are away from their consoles. Supatcha is full of surprises and so understated most of the time. They are not here to play pumping games but to grow a real company and build their creds as a world class exploration and successful junior mining company. Fantastic start here and drill results from the other two mines will come on the heels of the NI 43-101 for the Barlevskoye Property. The fact that locals are investing in equipping the miners in the area so that they can put their earnings back into the community is farsighted and sound fiscal planning. The company is showing it's faith, the Ukrainians are showing theirs and investors are waking up to all of the promise that this project has.
Best of all, Supatcha has shown that it won't allow the shortsighted to determine the future of this company.
SAEI Not sure if smokestack is still on reduced posts but welcome.

SAEI Is Hot! HDOGTX is Hot! Baskinrobbi is Hot! My brain is melting!
SAEI I am beginning to wonder if most of the posters even know what a share buyback means. It means that when these guys flip their shares, they will belong to us who didn't and they will be in the strongest hands available. It means fewer slices of a billion dollar pie. It means you're probably looking at the most expensive OTC Gold stock there is in a little while. I'm not even going to try and encourage anymore. You are just lucky to be here. Don't waste the opportunity.
SAEI At this price, the company is offering to buy every share in the float. This is the best opportunity that you are likely to get to exercise massive leverage on a stock play. They are doing it this way because they have blockbuster inside info and they need to be up front after all of the short interest that we have had. We are still ridiculously over sold at any price under $0.40. They are virtually telling you that they want to keep billions of dollars in the family. Can you afford to let this opportunity pass you by for a silly conspiracy theory, whatever these pessimists are saying?
I know flipping is like an addiction but sometimes you just want to sit back and enjoy the ride.
SAEI, Before we thought 2 bucks but I think after the NI 43-101, they could follow with an offer that drives us up to five bucks with no sweat. This is looking to make history. What it is now, is not even important. Only thing that matters is the shares that we own.
SAEI You have seen low float gold hunters go lower float when they never even bothered to pump it ever. Sure, you have. Only reason I am even posting today and not just taking the day off is cuz this is funner. Never seen such a consistently wrong set of negative posters.
SAEI Whatever...You are waiting for .01, right? Keep waiting, like I said before.
They want to make more money! I tried to tell you all that owning any shares was a privilege if they have billions of dollars in gold they will be bargaining with. Set your sell as high as you like. It may be the last one that you get.
Holy Moly! I told you they could get along just fine without us. LOL Who is selling now?
You should get what you can and hold onto it and quit the flipping because based on the information that we have received prior to today's, this is conservatively worth 10X it's current price. Even the people who are talking it down are actually trying to get all that they can. All of the discoveries that have been made since the plan was announced and the return to fully reporting status, alone make this worth more than immediately after the split.
The rest of your statement makes no sense at all. It's almost as if you don't understand what "Market Cap" means. I doubt you will ever buy this stock so just continue to "sit back and wait for your entry point" as you say.
We are expecting one. Think about what you ask. If somebody knew the date, they would probably not say, but would be frontloading. By the time the news of an N 43-101 compliant report arrives, the price will already have jumped considerably. This stock is on so many watch lists and moves so quickly that the odds of missing out on hundreds of percents of profit as opposed to waiting for news to enter and settling on perhaps 50% are relatively high. The name of the game, for average investors, is "Patience". Pretty rudimentary, really.
The outside interests have already been mentioned. Following the N 43-101, I think most of us will be expecting news of that nature to follow soon after. It's not just the N 43-101, which may put it out of reach for the currently timid. The IR firm is also expected to upgrade our PR approach soon, as well. I abhor stocks where all the longs are sitting around begging for news. We really don't need that to run, as you noticed the last time.
Placing requirements on the company, which is very busy with the 8 month drilling program, is not reasonable or even realistic. They have done what they have said they would do and done it on time. I see the logic of inspiring additional investment and interest to raise our PPS, but any offers for buyouts will be based on the value of the minerals rather than the value of the stock. Fundamentals of those developments will raise the PPS. IMO
I will be happy if it saves Easter, ecstatic if it saves New Years and whooping like crazy if it saves Christmas. If it saves Thanksgiving, I may give those Ukrainians some of those tourist dollars that they crave.
It was Deadland, 2009. Sorry for the spoiler.
I liked the article, as it and the others that eik posted, showed some of the foibles and difficulties that have arisen in the past. I am certain that our actors in the Ukraine have given due consideration to all of those aspects long before getting involved there. I also, as I said earlier, have eik person marked because I like the way he digs. As for "playing gotcha", I will keep responding to what I perceive as negative spin or old questions that I feel we have answered sufficiently as soon as I can, as opposed to allowing them to become part of accepted common knowledge. I would rather his responses to me had remained on the board as I didn't feel attacked and I thought he told the truth about some who were here earlier, pumping while selling, but I keep my assistant activities to a minimum.
Those of us who were adding at $0.21, I think, are genuinely convinced that this stock is way undervalued and came under attack far before it's time. People were holding this, quite contentedly, at $2 a share, before the bulk of all of this good news even hit the wires. If anything, we should have been at $0.80 weeks ago, just on developments. We are the victims of our own successes and the PR wars that are waged in pennyland. I am a firm believer that the market is not fair to shareholders or companies and the world is cheated out of many great ideas and developments by poor marketing and fickle traders.
I watched a really bad movie today about a nuclear disaster that wiped out civilization. The twist in the story was that the hero had lost all of his and his wife's money because he invested in a company that had seen great gains based on it's product which was personal defense related while the world began to fall apart. The stock tanked right before the attacks and his wife lost all faith in him. However, in the end, the very item that he had invested in saved his life and and his wife's and made it possible for him to complete a mission to save mankind from a plague. Hokey and silly, I know, but so damned true, in essence.
Please don't characterize me as a Censor. I recognize the bent of the press in these articles, and your motives for posting them. I have studied Russia for a very long time but I don't care to post how long or the nature of my studies. I raised doubts here about the Ukrainian\BVI connections when I first started my own DD on Supatcha and dug deeper along with the help of others here to ensure that they had a legitimate deal going on. Not all BVI entities are money launderers, bank robbers, money mules or internet scams, BTW.
If you want to invest or not, is of little interest to me. If you wish to set Czech, German or any other particular group's nationality as the criteria for your approval, go right ahead. We know that penny stocks, (This is not a Pink Sheet Stock, at least get that right.) are risky investments and we come to the table armed with that knowledge. With your disdain for them, I am confused about your interest.
When the "serious producers" are announced, if they are announced, the price may be 100 times the current and that is the main reason that WE are here. I don't mind being up front about that at all. If Supatcha decides to develop the sites themselves and add Junior Miner to their Exploration status, that is not a deal breaker either. I don't have that snobbish attitude that prevents me from realizing that OTC is the place where growth companies find their genesis.
You dig up some weird ones. Too many interests., Not enough interests., We need the work!, It's not an iron mine., The gold is enchanted!, The gold should be for Ukrainians not others!, There was enough lying around that local looters worked into the night to steal it., The mines may have caused plagues!, The mines didn't cause plagues., and this is a really good one, Investors should come and spend money to develop our tourist industry instead.
That last bit doesn't take the land restoration after the mine closes, that miners include in their valuation of mines these days. Being a fan of the Russian mines, I can see why you would think that was a deal breaker, since the Russians are notorious for shamelessly polluting and scaring the land and even the homes of their citizens and just posting guards to prevent onlookers from witnessing the suffering rather than making efforts to remedy the situations. I bet the fishermen who settled the banks of the Eastern Russian river complexes centuries ago, have their differences with the miners who work them to this day.
The oil producing countries have always had similar complaints. There is certainly no disputing that, no matter who did the developing or ended up with the proceeds, the oil came out of the ground eventually. In our own country, we are allowing gas and oil companies to pump millions of gallons of highly toxic chemicals into the ground, per well, close to aquifers that we need to survive, in order to force natural gas from shale formations through "Fracking". The open pit mine that will be dug, will pose none of those kinds of threats for future generations.
The nationalism of the Ukrainian Gold program doomed itself with too many politicians seeking to profit from the money being spent on every aspect, even infrastructure improvement and employment. We have discussed it before, it will take private interests to accomplish this enterprise efficiently and profitably.
I asked you, previously, if you planned on continuing to try to discredit this company now that the Russian fields are closing down for the long winter. This is a very weak way to garner some interest in your holdings. Oh, and I did read the parts about the richness of the finds and the granite. This gold will come out and the time and circumstances are ripe to go and get it.
