SAEI.OB They secured financing in the $2-$2.15 range for the $10,000,000 to do the initial exploration. They subsequently did a forward 5 for 1 split, hence the $0.40 figure. The combination was very distressing to former shareholders and very fortunate for us.

Since it was at that PPS, it has taken some detours.
