I actually listened to this Conference Call. Dean lied! It was not until Sano posted the rejection letter did we truly find out the 6 pages of reasons the device was rejected. It was not just paper work as Dean stated on the call. Dean lied and he knows he lied. The SEC has a copy of the call and they have a copy of the rejection letter. Done deal IMO.

I agree. The volume on this company is anemic.

Did Mitch address the FDA inspectors reductions due to the sequester? It appears this is affecting most major food outlets on a much larger scale than Cono Foods. AKA huge cattle companies. Hard to believe Cono has a onsite FDA inspector dedicated to this food outlet. I will throw the BS flag on this.

Let’s wait and see? CNOZ always files for an extended filing with the SEC, as past history shows us, Why I have no Idea. I think the reports will be filed mid April. I would be very surprised if they were filed on time,

I assure you, the filings will be scrutinized by Share Holders and others watching this company. 10 MM was a HUGE Number to place in a PR for sales in one year. I Honestly hope they can show 1/12 of this after cost in the next filing and the filings following. We are speaking of a 12 month period of time as satated in the PR. With 1 cone machine and one pckaing machine how much product can they produce? Then we get to the Interstate deal from the past?

Do you see what I spoke of on the volume? We went from 500,00.00 shares traded yesterday to 31,000 today. Let’s wait until the 10K is filed and see what it states? I truly think most anyone can read this trend.

I hope the PRs match up with the 10K filing. It should be an easy comparison if everything placed in the PRs were truthful.

Yes it was good volume. On the other hand, we have seen this in the past and then the volume drops to almost nothing. We will see if this time is different or just another one day wonder. I think we will see the 10K around the middle of April. We can then trulely guage the companys improvements.

Let’s do the math at .04 per share. We all know CNOZ has not traded above .04 for some time now with the exception of the Paid Promotions time frame when it ran to .10


So 20,000 shares X .04 = $800.00

I was just looking a Iverson’s post from 19 May 2011, unfortunately his charts automatically update and they reflect where Ariad is now.

On 19 May 2011 we had a big push down in a matter of minutes. I had to look through my PMs to find the exact date. Another poster and myself and were able to grab some shares during the event.

If I knew of a site to pull up the chart for that specific day, I would post it. Maybe someone else has a source for a day specific chart on Ariad?
