I actually listened to this Conference Call. Dean lied! It was not until Sano posted the rejection letter did we truly find out the 6 pages of reasons the device was rejected. It was not just paper work as Dean stated on the call. Dean lied and he knows he lied. The SEC has a copy of the call and they have a copy of the rejection letter. Done deal IMO.
