That's right, the first one wasn't it ... ?
What would be the opposite of placate,
Disdain?
Okay, but Covey is still there.
Corey is leaving. Not really the guy that you want to see going.
Even then, the damage is done with IR. I doubt there are even attempting to do anything selling wise at this juncture. On top of that, the likelihood that they would stop receiving any true up shares seems to be nil. It's not the agreement\orders that are in dispute but whether or not they acted as broker dealers. The C&D is for that matter.
In other words, short of a change in the agreement they legally have the right to a full completion of what was stipulated.
The trip 1's I'm pretty sure are plentiful anywhere from hopeful escapee's to competition from the other gaggle of toxic financers still out there.
Again, this silence isn't tied to those things, if it were, they could be leveraging that as well, even if they can't "talk" about it in detail. None of this prevents them from filing or PR'-ing ...
Just to be clear ...
I don't begrudge anyone for holding out hope and it's always a sad state of affairs when these clowns do their damage and leave everyone to fight amongst themselves.
Anybody who held on and didn't sell into the hype got the shaft, so in that regard we're all on equal footing. Even having been fairly experienced in this land of dubious distinctions, I allowed myself to get caught up too much in the 'possibilities', the products and mistakenly compared it with another entity that had similar parallel's at the time ... (an audience, activity, volume, catalyst's on the horizon, etc.)
My losses are negligible compared to some here, everyone has a right to be pissed, even if that is in large part at themselves for believing anything that comes forth from the mouth's of penny stock CEO's, their principals or associates. Certainly the lessons are there for the taking but that never completely dissolves the responsibility of the schemers ...
I would love nothing more than to see this little venture succeed, IF that included the very peep's that even allowed them to have gained any traction whatsoever. I just don't see it ever happening. These guys are so pathetic that they can't even follow the typical stinky script of at least creating the illusion of care towards their 'shareholders'.
If any good comes out of this it will be on the side of some justice meted out towards the likes of Shyster, IR and believe or not I'd put Covey further down the list. As bad as the history is it's the former that set this thing up to fail at everyone's expense. Ah, he's just as bad, I guess it's just a bit peculiar to me that more of the ire isn't directed at the perpetrator's that really cashed in on this train wreck.
Here's what ought to be troubling ...
Great to see someone like Conan with his bike, but how or rather, why isn't any of this being leveraged to full effect?
Whatever the 'Dodge' deal was, it seems quite apparent that at the very least they provided a scaled down/modified Motoped that was featured in a national commercial.
The recent Lottery bit ...
Is Jennings Media even involved at this point anymore?
Couple that with ...
No PR's for almost a year.
Filings that are 5 months late.
All the other associated minutia of peep's leaving, tax debt's, liens, etc. etc.
Is this all because Covey is butt-hurt over (rightfully) having his feet held to the fire as has been intimated? Or, is it just pure disregard for even the few remaining defenders that are hoping\praying for something to happen so they can at least escape with pennies on the dollar?
My point is, what does any of this really matter when it ultimately translates into sheer disdain towards anybody here, defenders or detractors alike?
Remember, ultimately the A's are the farm system for MLB.
In theory, yes. They would still have some additional obstacles to overcome, like getting a MM to file a 211 which should have been taken care of years ago ...
There's also issues with the share structure itself that best we can tell is already out of whack due to provisions for conversions, possible issues related to their affinity with toxic financers that have FINRA scrutinizing splits ...
They can't reverse split it.
Delinquent filer.

SEC Rule 10b-17
As was already pointed out. They cannot, that much is correct.
A fresh example, revocation from this morning:
Hmmmm ...

RIF
It's really quite simple. Provide one instance where a split was approved and made effective while the companies filings were delinquent.
I won't be waiting
So I'll take that as a yes to conceding that they are not only delinquent but in jeopardy of being suspended.
Here's your other answer:
SEC Rule 10b-17 requires any issuer with any class of publicly traded securities to give notice to FINRA (or, if the securities are listed, to the exchange on which they are listed) of any:
•dividend or other distribution, whether in cash or in kind (except an ordinary interest payment of a debt security)
•stock split or reverse stock split
•rights or other subscription offering.
So you're conceding the fact that MTVX is in trouble?
The Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (Exchange Act) gives the SEC the authority to suspend trading in and/or revoke the registration of companies that fail to submit disclosure documents (periodic reports), submit deficient periodic reports, or fail to submit periodic reports in a timely manner.

Madbum was on last night, I swear he's almost more menacing in the batters box.
Seems like the 'stro's have the same disease that struck the A's last year ... fading down the stretch.
Hehe ... Hey, it's good to see you guys in the battle. We got a steal in Valencia off the waiver wire but it's been a pretty brutal year.
Hard to cheer for your boys with our histories, think I'm leaning towards Toronto since we GAVE them Donaldson and maybe the Met's on the dark side and now with "Yo!" in the fold.
Giant's of course but all these series wins are starting to get stale ...
Well, imagine that ... 3 out of 4 despite the pen.
Fubar is a straight shooter, his intel will be proven accurate soon enough.
Occam's razor
Intrinsic value?
“A general definition of intrinsic value would be that value which is justified by the facts—e.g., assets, earnings, dividends, definite prospects. In the usual case, the most important single factor determining value is now held to be the indicated average future earning power. Intrinsic value would then be found by first estimating this earning power, and then multiplying that estimate by an appropriate ‘capitalization factor.”
The minimalistic 'value' that could be ascribed to any one of the facts here (the majority being non-existent) divided by 12-15B shares ...
Value? Please.
Lol, sounds like something coined for stuckholders ...
Sans PBT of course. Not likely just musing ... would make more sense than Dodge.
It seems it's just a matter of time before it all folds.
BTW, you can dump your shares as a write off. Check with your brokerage, you can get rid of them via 'worthless securities'.
Have done it through Etrade in the past.
Something to consider. Could see Polaris getting behind Motoped and making them affordable as well.
There goes the resident rocket scientist. Good for him.
So yesterdays little email blurb was an attempt to soften the blow or just another coincidence ...
What an epic failure
Yeah, that's what I don't get. We're not talking about some crap beverage somebody cooked up and managed to get put on an end cap at Walgreens ...
'Selling' though, if anything with the same lack of marketing ... what are we talking about? 20? 50? I would think 100 would be far fetched ... It's a niche product. Obviously the whole mini-bike arena must be dead as well, haven't heard a peep about any of it in quite some time.
They have got to be living on borrowed time
