I think the only reason they were such dutiful filers initially was to try and lend an air of legitimacy so Matty and cohorts could unload and get out of Dodge. Beyond that they would and obviously could care less.

I would be surprised to see much in the way of filings going forward, actually, it hardly matters ... it will either get suspended or just drift off into oblivion.
