Get ready for some big news. 5 wells currently drilling.

I honestly don't even care what the price is right now. That will take care of itself next month when the response is filed and the clock starts counting down again. It's all about the end game.
Yeah, someone tried to punch it through, but no dice. The ceiling is in for the day.
I agree with this, but I don't bother with the charts on this one. I hold long because I believe that at some point in 2010 it will get approved. The fundamentals and the FDA (or anticipation thereof) will move it, not chart technicals. The closer we get to certain dates, the more it will move.
What is the source of that description?
About the O/S, I've been waiting for some clarity on the 100+ million extra shares, any thoughts?
I use 10x as conservative, in fact it could be 25 or 30x. Just pointing out the FDA ass-dragging discount is at least 75% in this stock.
No problem. I listened to the conference call, and after the third New York neanderthal wanted to beat somebody up, I had to hang up. I honestly felt bad for the guy.
When I conjectured about commentary from Dean, I was certainly not referring to a post on a message board. In fact, I found that kind of behavior to be going above and beyond, if not questionable, due to the nature of most posters.
I have most of my friends and family in this thing, and I've had to answer a lot of questions lately. It's incredible how short-sighted people can be. Yet that kind of behavior will allow me to flip some new shares for easy money in the near term. Now that is what I call amateur hour.
If you are referring to me as an amateur, you'd be quite incorrect. I posted a valuation here and asked for commentary. If adding to the board draws insults, I find that to be just sad.
By the way, is Dean going to comment on his call with the FDA, or is he just going to say that the envelope is in the mail come Feb 15th?
You're totally right. Sometimes I like to post just a base case, so that people can see that it's current valuation is a joke. I could easily extrapolate $5 share price, which he has stated it is worth, but one step at a time...
Back to basics. What will IMGG be worth after FDA approval?
Facts per Dean:
600k per machine with service contract
ramp up to 100 machines after one year
margin on the machine is 50%
Variables:
First year sales: 200 (conservative, there is pent up demand he said)
200 x 600 = 120 million
120 x .30 income margin (conservative since the gross margin is 50%)
40 million in income / 375 mm shares = .11 cents/share or
a P/E of 10x = 1.10.
Now a buyout or a PEG ratio could make this look cheap.
Not bad duelittle2. Today was a harsh lesson in market maker fraudulence, and I am glad that I held through the shakeout. But that does not change the fact that you could have easily sold, bought back in, then sold again, and made the same money twice. So, when the stock gets tired, you can see a fall coming in, and you can use the inevitable walkdowns as buy-ins. That is due to the underlying strength of this company's fundamentals. Agree?
Wow, no demand and they are moving the price up. This is a lesson in L2.
Someone is accumulating, large buys coming through over the last few days. This is a stay-tuned stock for the next month.
I agree with you, but the post split open will not be $25. Why would it? If it splits today, maybe $15. But, I agree that the big move is imminent. Let's put it this way, 10x their guidance is 26.50, so you could have a move to $40, which is where it was anyway. Not a bad way to make 50% in a month.
A flat day today will be a victory for the longs.
What was that post yesterday???
It's even better than you think. The public float is like 9%. Add up the numbers.
Ok, how do you explain tiny sells and huge buys that move down and hold the price down at the close? 200k shares walked it down and 800k were filled at the lower price. That fails the smell test.
Days like today are part of the game. There are no exponential profits without having an iron stomach. That being said, a few short term achievements would solidify the shareholder base:
Final Capital structure info
Finance deal filing
2010 drill goal timeline
I've got the majority of these shares in my IRA, so I am not tempted to sell them for years. (Hey, I'm 39, what do I care about that money now, it is straight long in the longest sense) But I do have a few trading shares, and some PR's with more substantial info than Monday's would be helpful.
Pending catalysts are right around the corner:
Audited financials: This separates this company from most in the penny space.
OTC listing
Pending deals
There is a lot to like here. My price target is .15 sometime in March.
Tiny sells and a huge buy at the close, looks like the MM's got some cheap inventory. What a racket.
How's this post looking?
Frankly, this is not surprising. It looks tired, and the MM's are in it to hurt people.
I have to say, I am impressed. This company is pretty focused on making things happen. I love the speed with which they want to get the financials audited, I wouldn't be shocked if they are on the OTC by March. When they say they are going to do something, and then they follow up and do it, that inspires investor confidence. 5 bagger in progress.
Comical sale of 1250 shares. Nice job locking in that $20 profit. Unless, it's those shady MM's again....
Everyone on this board gets it, there's just a ton of supply at .09. A ton. 2 million today and a bunch last week.
Who's got all the .09 shares? A lot has been sold over the last few days. Some serious overhang.
Nice catalyst here:

This is worth a call to the transfer agent to see how many shares are floating. Kind of comical that you can buy this company for about 400k to acquire 51% of the shares. You can buy the company for one year's net income. More that half of the shares must be in tight hands.
Good points, but I think the initial valuation would be a price to book valuation. One thing I'm wondering, how much debt did they retire for 200mm shares?
It's possible. I had IMGG when it went to 1.80, and they didn't have any revenues and a market cap of 700 million. So, it can happen, but it would at this point be too high considering the market cap would be 450 million. A JV PR, and the whole game changes.
If they move this up to the OTC, it will move to .20. The valuation and audited financials would legitimize the valuation. The book value would have to be realized in the market cap. So, .10 is an easy target for starters, and anything over .20 is rich, as that would be 90 million. It appears there should be a premium for management, especially if they sign a couple films at the show, but .20 is too much. I'd be 75% out by then.
Wow, this is trading for less than current assets. I'd like to know what that write-off was, could have been even better numbers. It should be an easy double from here.
I believe the O/S will be 450mm after the transfer of shares to the owners of Hannover. I would imagine that those would be restricted. This is just a matter of time. Unless it runs over .10, I will have a lot of patience with this one.
Bob, you can't turn off English, you have to choose other languages. Which ones did you choose?
Yes, that is what I meant. Sorry. Anyway, this is looking great. As soon as they put up audited numbers, it has to go up. It's like a legitimacy premium.
thanks, you too.
$2 would make this a billion dollar company. I think that is a bit on the high side.
Would you believe that I bought this at just under $2? I did, last April or May. Then it did the reverse, but I am well over 400% on this thing. I won't sell for years probably, tucked into the IRA.
