I thought a sell-off was supposed to start yesterday? Kinda like the .06 soon forecast, made months ago, lol.
Tomorrow selloff start's as these guys don't like to hold it over the weekend especially when there is no more news that could come out to keep it going
Must have read the release, as much as some who claim 6 yrs of PRs lol.
So you're acknowledging this is false from the First Alert Website;
At First Alert, the home of "First Alert Stock Reports", we investigate hundreds of stocks to uncover the best short-term growth opportunities. We look for proven companies with the solid business fundamentals, competitive products and promotional savvy to fast increase their market share.
Why don't you call and ask them?
Maybe you didn't catch it, that wasn't the subject. First Alert didn't do their Due Diligence on that before pumping it to their email subscribers, lol?
Just wanted to keep the facts straight. Claims on in-depth DD, but no idea how long the company has been listed, lol. They listed in December of 2009.
Do you have copies/links to the 5-6 year old PRs you posted about?
Just go over the past 5 or 6 years of PR'S
What's funny is the attempt to criticize revenue growth in conjunction with company growth. Isn't that what's supposed to happen? The company has grown and so have the revenues, period.
Please give up your excellent DD where you discovered WOLV has "mines". I'm very excited to read all about it. How many mines do they have?
How does this differ than any other mine they had yearn after year that went no where.
People were expecting news but this wasn't what they hoped for at all
How does this differ than any other mine they had yearn after year that went no where.
That does not get rid of debt, it just converts it into common shares
Maybe its from the people stuck with the 350 million shares
This was a good point, lol. You have to admit, April was stronger by weekly revenue.
If you were to breakdown those months you get $228,000 per week in March vs. $250,750 per week in April. So technically, April WAS a stronger month with an average increase of 10% per week in revenues!
God I hope the revenue went up if you added 10 new venues. LOL really you go from 4 to 14 and think people will not see the reason, the only reason for the increase was going from 4 to 14
But didn't you hear they take up to 120 days before they take in one dollar from any of there new locations.
You like it, huh? Caught this in the .04-.05 range a couple of years ago . Did well. You saw they recently did some PP at .80? Weeeeeeeeeeeee
Not to mention, this was/is a non-reporting stinky pink, with repeatedly late financial disclosures, lol .
If you liked that one, you'll love this one, lol. Especially the last 6 lines or so.

OMG SERIOUSLY, LOL???Most of the time folks will get out, and not ride through an RS. Who does that? I mean, the PR pump stops, company goes quiet, and some still "hold long"? No thanks.
Sad thing is, there was ample notice. The merger talk and filing "signs" started months ago. Have you ever seen a .0000 POS do a merger and not RS. Hell, APCX first started that way.
There's some good old posts on APCX. Many claims of no RS, no dilution, company was going somewhere etc. Well, they recently RS'd, diluted heavy, and never went anywhere.

Guess we must be scared that this company actually is headed in the right direction as we are down to the old going to have to do a reverse split thing. Please show me where the history of R/S with Eric comes from. I mean if thats there ammo please show us.Lets face there headed in the right direction and for those who didn't come alon for the ride are desperate to slow down the bus!!!Once Nov comes along we will pass you all in the dust.
Man, you didn't know? APCX was supposed to go to the moon. There was serious bragging a couple of years back when APCX would report quarterly revs of 40k, lmao.
Fact one with 4 stores they did $539,000 for May of 2012. Fact 2 with now 14 stores they did a total revenue of 1,578,000. So if you do the math a person can clearly see the per store average is way down.
It said 14 this morning, yesterday, and last week. Did you get a screenshot of the claimed "6" locations?
gee you go from 4 stores to 14 stores and that's all there was for an increase in revs.
But didn't you hear they take up to 120 days before they take in one dollar from any of there new locations.
Well I see on there web site they show they now operate six locations. Gee I thought it was a lot more than that. But thought I would check out the investor page on there web site and yup only 6.
Labor SMART is a provider of on-demand temporary labor solutions, providing manpower to small and medium sized businesses in the warehouse, light industrial, construction, events and retail industries. Labor Smart, Inc currently operates 14 branch locations in the Southeast and Central US.
Lets see please tell us mr CEO which is better results last May with only 4 stores you were doing $539,000 or 14 venues that did $1,578,000. Looks like to me if you to just a little division you see a big drop-off.
But didn't you hear they take up to 120 days before they take in one dollar from any of there new locations.
The funny thing is to verify my claims all anyone has to do is look at the information posted in the financials
they take up to 120 days before they take in one dollar from any of there new locations.
Reall you go from 4 venues to 14 and we are to be impresses that it went up 192% REALLY lol

and the only reason the revenue is going up is why? oh yeah the added 10 new stores lol i would hope revenues increased

but please lets not try and hype this like its a going concern
I have a question.....Ok how come about 24 weeks ago we were told there would be a continued fall from the .006, and this was headed to .0002 soon, yet still no fall even close to that low, LMAO. Why is it we are supposed to believe these forecasts when they don't happen?
Here we go again. So, the revs are due to new stores, but then you say new stores produce no revenue.

No, doesn't sound like a joke. You posted numerous times saying they produce no revenue for 120 days.

it takes about 30 seconds to see the only reason for increase in revenues is the have added new venues.

Wow, this is getting confusing. They have opened several branches in the last 4 months. Recently you claimed these stores don't produce revenue for 120 days. Now you claim the revenue in today's PR was due to these stores. Which is it? Can't have it both ways, lol.
Yeah, so still not seeing that continued fall from .006, and the .0002 soon. It's been several months now. Pulling 4 months of trade data, I only see 5 days where WOLV closed under .006, with one each at .0051, .0055, and twice at .005 and .0059.
So, no "continued fall" from .006 ever occurred, and .0002 soon was never even close.
