Even asking those questions, who would invest in a company(any company) that does NOT value a common share holder? I wonder if there is a list for companies like this who have done this to folks then try to say we are a good company now so invest in us!?

sounds like another BK(dare I say Kmart maybe) that has many assets but the debtors ignore the real value, maybe? Then some of the BK's come out to issue new stock and suddenly assets are found,in some cases!
I ask myself why so many judges ignore these facts and allow games that favor the un-common person(Rich get Richer) and common folks get shafted? There may come a time when that may come full circle but when?

The technology of this product is very simple stuff and its service end should provide some very good revenue in my opinion.
Would like to see them use wireless(communication company like verizon or whomever) for folks who like mobility outside of the area especially when travelly(like GM's onstar) at a cheaper price or something of that nature. Just a thought.
Many boomers still like to travel and added security suchas this device where just a push of a button and you can get someone imediately on the horn and maybe add GPS technology in the event of being lost.
Now its sounds like a cell phone with all the apps may work also but the learning curve is steep for many(not all just some) boomers to use that type of technology...mmmm....just thinking outloud is all.

I am asking folks to start sending emails to this company.
Asking how many units are they selling per month, profit margin on units with contracts of service, how many sales folks do they have employed both independent and hired in-house, engineers who develop existing products and future enhancments to products, how many employees now and projected workers, where will this product be made and could it have multiple warehouses to ship from, can this be used globally, contracts with Big Chain stores like Walmart Target Sams BJ's ect,
when this company can answer most or all these questions(there is many more Q's) with confidence, financing should not an issue but in the mean time where do they get funding simply to pay for basic business cost as in accounting(payrol, taxes, quarterly's ect) rent, electricity, supplies, all these are not free and I think deluting the stock may be something that will happen unless assets are greater than liability, simple business!
The days of cheap funding is over and share holders of any company deserves answers even start up's like this,agree?

I simply want some answers without hype, anyone else?

The 10Q may be of concern for a company that has been selling for years but as we all know its just getting its legs under the product and sales through info commercials. Lets start asking if they are trying to land an account suchas Walmart or Target or even just having outlets in the Malls.
I wrote late last week to the company about many issues but have yet to recieve any response.
My suggestion is we start putting some fire under this company and ask some tough questions and do this consistantly. A share holders letter would help or just a quarterly update, something!
This may be a great product but the share holders deserve some respect is all I am saying.
To many great ideas in life can go to the wayside real quick if the fundamentals(•principles from which other truths can be derived; "first you must learn the fundamentals"; "let's get down to basics"

John, I am holding as many are holding and yes I agree that the good news will keeping coming out and we all know someone who could use this product.

I would like very much to here from the CEO, maybe a shareholders note talking about their aspirations of how they will capture the global theme, how they may have other product developments that utilizes wireless, internet, cable and other new ways to communicate that we have not thought of, maybe?

I would like to know how many engineers(brain power) are employed and I believe that is very important as these folks take ideas and put them into reality.

I am getting ahead of myself with some questions but these type of questions help any vibrant company stay ahead of the curve and stay competitive for the long haul along with a aggressive sales force and distribution center.

I will email the company and see if I get some answers(transparency).

There is a small company that makes commercials that has been doing some nice work and may be a good fit for this company, its (ticker)YESD. They take great ideas and turn them into professional commercials.

imo, the market is rigged game! The press is a huge ad dollar companies who are controlled by many with power and money.

The Judge is all that matters at this point, she will decide our fate, maybe or a trustee but that may not happen either.

Someone(s) has made it extremely easy for the Judge to rule for the adversaries and extremely hard for the commons but I hold shares so I am hopeful like many. Like many also, we have spent years fighting, holding, praying and just being humbled by so many fantastic folks(Don, Cat and others) who have kept me in this stock and I am thankful for that!

Judge Mary, JUST RULE IN JUSTICE and INTEGRITY and all will work out!

I have held stock in other companies before and some have played games(lied) about what was happening only to find out the whole story was not being told, agree?

I have been watching this for awhile and I am thinking of grabbing a handful for the next run. I did get some of the medipendant stock which I believe will blow the competition quite possible out of the water.

As for this stock, they will have to float their own boat to get truly noticed and if they are this good then it will be a non-issue.

Speculation is .50 a share, and from that level(.021) thats a huge return. Does it give a time frame? Do they have other projects that will give better revenue stream? How do they get paid, by stock, percentage of revenue or other?

No I didn't say you did, just asking a speculative response as to what MAY be the pps. I put that disclaimer there to let folks know that anyting folks say is speculative in nature and to make folks comfortable when responding to a question of that nature.

I am newbie to this stock and some have speculated a possible best and worste case scenerio that I am not aware of.
