sounds like another BK(dare I say Kmart maybe) that has many assets but the debtors ignore the real value, maybe? Then some of the BK's come out to issue new stock and suddenly assets are found,in some cases!
I ask myself why so many judges ignore these facts and allow games that favor the un-common person(Rich get Richer) and common folks get shafted? There may come a time when that may come full circle but when?
