Yes you can — he can do whatever he likes with his shares.
That is false.
I was in a company that grew from a ground floor couple million to billions and now on NASDAQ trading over $100 a share .
You are wrong - every company on the planet gives projections .
Oh and I made A LOT there and made millions trading because I can recognize which startups will likely appreciate in value based on who is involved and what they are saying and doing .
I saw Foote was the real deal early and have done well following Sharp … that’s why I bought both FORW and HMBL in the low to mid 00’s early .
Follow the money ….
Or not and be poor …
It is a false statement to say there is no business plan.
The plan has been presented in summary on literally every conference call that HMBL has had .
It is not helpful nor ethical when false information is disseminated .
He also said targeting acquiring to hit $100 million in top line revenue by end of this year — ticketing business
I say again — underestimating Sharp is a bad strategy …. He wins often
I was a first round hire employee at a startup in the late 1990’s (literally started in the garage of the founder) which now sits on the NASDAQ at well over $100/share and Billions in revenue .
I listened to the recent call - Foote is the real deal and is spot on with his vision .
For me the fact that he’s bringing in top tier talent and talked about growing to 100 million this year with acquisition was EXTREMELY important . They MUST be acquisition aggressive .
They can not grow JUST organically very quickly . Our first acquisitions took us from a couple million to 20 million and then to 100 million …. And then far beyond to globally hundreds of thousands of employees and billions eventually.
Acquisitions / mergers along with off the charts aggressive internal change and growth is essential to execute successfully .
Huge kudos to Foote — again — he’s the real deal .
I’ve worked with similar and first hand witnessed it happen over 25 years in business. That call leaves me no doubt they’re on track for success . But it’s a long crazy aggressive ride . The initial founder in my case actually got taken out fairly early and we had numerous managements along the way .
Buckle up ! I think in this case given Footes financial stake I anticipate he’ll be around awhile — but again Given the call and the talk of NY investments and new talent I expect major developments this year especially with Footes mention of 100 million in top line revenues this year via acquisition .
Hope everyone in digital assets loaded the dips days ago —- easy 50 percent gains minimum
Agreed
I got lucky buying GRDO (Now FORW) and TSNP (HMBL)
George Sharp plays are gold …
Nice!!!!
I’ve sent lots of tips in the past and continue to….. not on HUMBL or any stocks though ….
That is correct . This a startup company providing a service .
Trying to derail it is unethical and frankly corrupt and possibly illegal .
The vast majority of every person on the planet works for self enrichment .
Long term charts here are beauties

These investors are experienced and some have made millions . EVERY single stock on the face of the planet has winners and losers . EVERY SINGLE ONE. That’s why it’s called TRADING. Some win and some lose . It is a flawed narrative insisting only “some” are qualified enough to trade .
That is the narrative that ensures the wealthy few stay extremely rich and the rest scrape for pennies . That narrative is ending thanks to the bold new world .
Yup — big scramble for pink current plays
Agreed
George is a great bet — those that got in with him on GRDO (FORW) and TSNP(HMBL) made a fortune
Doing fine
I’m a bag holder from Low .00’s and TSNP when I was told I was a bag holder … really heavy bags of lots of money that just built an addition on my second house
Without a doubt
Agreed
Sharp plays are getting some
Love recently
Good open !
It’s fine dude — chill LOL
It’s thinly traded with small share structure — all is well
What ? LOL
Nothing is ever updated on IHub
I have tens of thousands of first line business connections on Linked In and have been an Executive (and at Fortune 200) for over 20 years.
I am first line connected with Jeff; he’s the real deal .
That’s HUGE news — Osprey recently added ALGO as a fund as well which is my fave blockchain investment at 6 percent APY in addition to its nice growth performance
It’s a strong start for a startup
Here’s the real life deal :
HUMBL is a startup company .
True story - I joined a startup at the ask of a high school friend about 25 years ago .
The company literally started out of a friend of his basement.
When I joined it was about 1 million in revenues and I was employee 20-30.
The company grew through mergers and acquisitions (original owner lost control ) .
I remember having a conversation with the CFO in office at 11PM brainstorming how payroll was going to be met . Eventually a bridge loan was secured .
There were initial venture capital investors that cashed out at various stages — the company never really made a profit — probably 5 different managements in the first 10 years . The last round of investors sold the company to a Fortune 500 .
We did possess talent and unique vision at the time in the late 1990’s- early 2000’s.
We again underwent massive mergers / acquisitions as a wholly owned subsidiary and went global.
I left and cashed out a few years ago.
Long story short — the company split off from a Fortune 200 and generates Billions and has operations in 50 plus countries and sits on the Nasdaq — stocks went from low $$$ to well over $100.
We were called garbage and a failure many times early on with products and offerings that were pie in the sky.
Things didn’t always work - we often failed .
Summary —none of what others say matters .
I’ve worked with many startup leaders —
Some succeed and some fail.
Brian Foote appears to me to have what it takes and his playbook looks very good.
Expect the unexpected.
And HUMBL can go huge …. Or not .
For me it’s a no brainer easy bet because I’ve been part of a success that did it.
The reality is that they can raise cash much easier than we could because we were private equity . Once we joined a publicly traded company it became MUCH easier to get money to grow.
The question for current investors is can they do it without severe dilution.
But they have cash and they have a huge public presence .
That’s something we did not have and we won.
I’d be shocked if HUMBL doesn’t go much bigger with their resources available.
But — we’ll see.
On IHub ? LOL The REAL investment community doesn’t care about that LOL
Outstanding HMBL investor community — this is how it’s done supporting your investment and company . Kudos

I have made a lot of money following George Sharp and fully respect his skills, Knowledge , mission , and business acumen .
But I think he may be a bit off on the Fox appearance .
I am not necessarily a fan of Payne or some of the mainstream media platforms in general , BUT I always separate business from personal feelings .
I think this is a positive for HMBL.
I would also stipulate that mainstream media affects stocks MUCH less than social group power .
Reddit single handedly saved AMC and made it flush with cash without having to suck up to Wall Street and mainstream sources to do it.
That’s power .
If social supports HMBL there is no stopping it .
A more honest and accurate take is here ... same as those saying crypto was a “ fad” ...
Many of us have made millions there and the digital markets are only solidifying and going entirely mainstream .....
They’re not going anywhere and in fact are the future ...
And yes they will have “corrections “ as all markets do
