I think no wall, they make this huge spread to get the shaky cats to sell at .059, but once you do, you are chasing.....So keep it steady, we are looking good. Keeping these levels after the nice jump and low volume tells all. By the end of the day we will be jumping a bit again and the spread will be nill as long as nobody starts getting nervous and sells too much at the ,059. JMO

I can not say that there has been a decision on the Pebble Mine, but I can tell you a bit about what is happening here in AK. I was in LBSR last year and pulled out when the newspapers and a lot of people were in an uproar about the mine and where it's location is. Now I live in Juneau, Alaska, a short ferry trip or flight to the mine site, but the news is all over alaska. There are bumper stickers everywhere in support of the mine, as it gives jobs to people throughout southeast alaska and the rest of the state. What I can comment on is the location and what local congressman are doing.
About three weeks ago a congressman came to visit our local chamber of commerce luncheon, which I visit weekly because I am a small business advisor. He is going around the state with presentations on the mine, the reality of it's location and impact, and all the measures they are taking to secure the permits, which he said, will happen.
It will happen because although people are saying it will impact the salmon fisheries, the actual rivers that feed these locations are not directly affected by the mine, it is just a bunch of environmentalists yammering about the fisheries, but the reality is that these streams/rivers are not going to be affected and therefore the fisheries will not be impacted. The project is amazing when you see the presentation and look at what they are going to do to ensure that there is no impact.
1. They are constructing a whole road system to along the water to avoid the protected sites.
2. They are building a water filtration system that runs from the site all the way to the docks they are also building where the goods could be sent as slush, filtered and the water sent back.
3. The water will actually be cleaner when it gets back to the site.
4. There is a lot more, but all I can say is that I have loaded up because we are getting closer and I'm not missing a thing.
