Sorry I haven't really been on in a long time, but in response to this message, it's what I feared from the very begining when UPDV took controll of HTOG. All the HTOG shreholders will be squeezed out. The question is "What are HTOG Assets Really Worth"?.
Sorry for the delay. Be my guest, copy, send and lets see if they reply.
They suppose to have both land and leases. They suppose to have two wells producting gas. Last time I spoke to Bruce (in Oct 2008) he said they have 80 acres of land with oil om it
This is exactly what I been saying for some time now. They dump so much HTOG stock on the market, when they fully take over, they will give us, maybe if were lucky, 1 share for every 1000 shares. What ever we do, we get the shaft.
Does anyone know a good stock market attorney, as far as I know, HTOG still owes the land, UPDV is putting there own people on the board, dumping our stock and looking to steal it at a very cheep price for it.
Summer Starts today, in 45 days it will be midsummer!
yep!!!!!!!111
I'm more concerned that UPDV will find an excuse to some take take the assets of HTOG, using someXYZ excuse at a steel.
Your right, it's a bunch of crock. First last year UPDV gets controlling interst of HTOG, then they continue to dump HTOG stock on the market (Now over 1.8 Billion shares, when I got in, there was only 238 million shares). Now they get rid of various board members (who most likely disagree with what updv is doing) and say it's for the good of the company! But it's clearly not good for HTOG share holders! To me it looks like UPDV is looking to steel HTOG assets. Whats next, after issuing all those share, with a million dollars you buy additional controlling interest(at a deep discount because of the dumping of stock on market)and leave those loyal stock holders twiddling their thumbs? This is what I had stated before and it sure looks like it's coming to pass.
your welcome
UPDA is trying to lower it's debt. One way is by a fully take over of HTOG and make HTOG a fully owner sub. What does this mean to us? Are we going to get equal, more or less shares of UPDV? or with the low price of this stock, will there be an outright buy of all OS shares at MKT value. If so then we lose for those of us who purchased this stock at a higher amount and held it.

What like HTOG did, and issued millions of shares for debt, thereby diluting our stock, yet again! Why Not, It's the same people in charge who did it to HTOG and now UPDV controll HTOG. So who's the next sucker? US, That Who!
Lets face it, they lied to us again!!!! How long has it been since they so call looking for loan from Mid East. It's a lie!
I'm guessing they made one or two calls to banks in mid east asking for loan. Banks said "NO" and they let out a release stating they have been in contact with Mid East interst for a loan. WHAT ABOUT THE REST OF THE STORY! WHERE THE MONEY! WHY WON'T THEY GIVE US ANY INFO?
When Lehman Bros. went out of Business and funding stopped, many of the other samll oil companies went to UAE & Dubaui (not sure of that spelling) for funding and are getting it. I will try and relay this to Bruce, however if anyone speaks to him first, relay the same message.
Lars: Thanks for time of day you call, but you didn't tell me if it was AM or PM USA time.
Lars: What time of the day did you speak to him. When ever I call, all I get is his phone mail box! Time of day is a key to reaching him!
Look again! HTOG owns the land, not updv. Once HTOG makes enough, they can buy the stock back from updv.
I don't about some of these oil companies you mention, but this week alone HTOG went up about 100% and as of 10:25 AM this stock is still going up. Why isn't this also happing to ours?
The problem last year was that they were dumping stock left and right (both of them).
I think it's just that that is causing the price to go up. I don't think there any news coming from mid east. I believe that mid east original announcement was @#%&*@#.
I just asked the same question on HTOG. I think it's because price of oil is going up. I don't think there is anything new on monies from Mid East!
Thanks
There is no announcement, whats causing the stock to go up. Higher prices for oil?
You got a little tech on me, but I was able to follow.
Thank You
I don't want to be a nudge, but I seem to recall reading (about 2 years ago), that it cost about $300,000 to put a well up. Well if this is right, than all they can put up is about 280 wells, not 500 (based on the $85,000,000 figure). Can anybody check this out?
Greg: I redid your math, I get slightly less annual earning. More like $690,000.00. This is based on 2 wells. I seem to recall that there was to be another 8 wells to be put up (I think with the so call 5 million dollars loan). So if these well are put in, then there should be about another 2,761,600 in annual income, based up your numbers. However lets not forget that Bruce is leasing the land. For every day there is no production, is another day lost.
Greg do you remember how many years the leases were for?
I've been out of the loop due to my jobs busy season. Found this
today on "America Bulls.com" dated today.
PPTL
PREMIUM PETROLEUM CP
Daily Commentary
Our system posted a WAIT today. The previous SELL recommendation was issued on 03.11.2009 (44) days ago, when the stock price was 0.0015. Since then PPTL has fallen -73.33% .
The previous BUY-IF signal is null and void. We allowed two days for the confirmation of the bullish pattern and market denied confirmation. None of the three bullish conditions were realized.
It is now time to wait for the next signal. Meanwhile, either stay at cash or check the other stocks. Do not bother with buying or short selling this stock as long as the WAIT tag stays.

Lets try reaching someone else other than Bruce. MAybe one of those other Managers shown on their web site!
Where is the Arab Money?
I'm trying to find out exactly how many shares are outstanding. When you scroll up it states "Shares Outstanding: 46.7370M (prior to R/S)". Does anyone what this means in layman terms?
I really don't know. This is my busy season and calling him during his time of day, is hard for me, as I'm preparing taxes straight through April 30 and I'm with clients all the time. Although Tax season ends April 15 for personal taxes, April is also a payroll quarter tax month, so I'm busy straight through the end of April. I just don't have the time to be Playing phone tag! If any boby else can call, please try.
So why do you keep saying, I have info to buy the stock?
Tatter: I have been trying off and on for past few months. I either get a buzy signal or his voice mail box. He does not return calls. You just got to keep on trying. I last spoke to Bruce in either Oct or Nov. I got the impression he didn't really want to talk to me because he was buzy with some other business he was working on. When last spoke he was tying in the two operational gas wells to a near by gas pipe line. This should be tied in between April and May (this info I got from him). He is suppose to be trying to get a loan for 5 Million dollars (but this has been going on for about 1 1/2 years now, before the economy went belly up). He said we have alot of assets with sand oil (enough to have as many as 80 wells). But with no money no wells. Also some of these assets are leased properties (Greg know more about these leases than I do). However Leased property have an end date. If nothing is done, we don't get anything.
If you do get to speak to him, please share your questions and answers to us. Were all in this together!
Keep believing Koko, tomorrow updv will be buying out GM, GE and Citibank. Buy the way, did I forget to tell you that they are thinking of buying the Brooklyn Bridge from me as well!
This is an easly solveable problem. there is a company called "Fuel On" in Belford NJ. They have developed this liquid which is put on coal. oil, oil sand and so on. In Seattle a coal burning power plant was getting only 33% (Which is the norm for coal burning plants) effeciance using coal to produce electricity. Coal burning power plants produces/puts alot of pollution in the air. They started spraying this stuff on the coal. The result is, coal burning effeciance is up to 93% and toxins going into the air beats all EPA standard.
How do I know all this, I'm friends with the inventor. I tried talking to him into taking this company public (he now has over $30 million in gross sales annually and it's continueing to go up). But he wants his kids to take over the business.
Maybe your right. However there still the land with oil assets, the fact that property next door is already producing. We still have two gas well operational. Lastly lets not forget the fact that the U.S. is in a transional phase in switching away from gasoline to operate auto's (Already 15% per gallon is ethanol). T. Boone pickens is heavly pushing natural gas for Trucks instead of Diesel fuel. See my post 1528 and click on cnbc.com (It will take you directly to his interview). However with todays economy conversion is going to take much longer.
What Month?????????????????
What Year??????????????????
Hey Koko: You say your Jack Bakers Cousin. I also have a cousin who's a backer. I love his Napolians. He makes big money too!
No. When I call, I seem to get his voice mail. I left three messages for him to call me (left him my number) but he hasn't called. I'll keep trying!
Just read this on another board. If his plan goes through, it should help our little company (somehow).
This was post uesterday on another board!
Have not heard anything from this company, but heard T. Boone Pickens on CNBC this morning talking about replacing Diesel with Natural gas for all Semi trucks. Could only help this company if something like this actually happens. Considering all the money he invested in his plan it actually might.

Now, Santa Fe start-up GeoGas Development Corp. says it can squeeze liquid fuels out of natural gas at a fraction of conventional costs -- a breakthrough that could help producers recover costs from non-productive gas wells.
"I think this is the biggest advance we've seen in 50 or 60 years," says Jeff Pfohl, a business and technology consultant with Global Platinum Group LLC. "The GeoGas technology cuts out all the middle steps that make the conventional conversion process expensive. It converts natural gas directly into diesel and gasoline in just one simple step. Nobody has done that before."
Under current technology, companies must pass natural gas through multiple distillation columns that use a variety of catalysts to convert gas into various hydrocarbon liquids. Afterwards, they must still convert those liquids into diesel fuel or gasoline.
But GeoGas eliminates all those steps, says company founder Gary Elion, a lawyer and entrepreneur who has specialized in energy technologies.
"We've narrowed the technology down to just one stage, and that makes it significantly less expensive than other available technologies," Elion says. "With this process, producers could sell diesel and gasoline at just $1.50 or $1.60 per gallon to distributors
