UPDA is trying to lower it's debt. One way is by a fully take over of HTOG and make HTOG a fully owner sub. What does this mean to us? Are we going to get equal, more or less shares of UPDV? or with the low price of this stock, will there be an outright buy of all OS shares at MKT value. If so then we lose for those of us who purchased this stock at a higher amount and held it.
