BELLINGHAM, WA – DECEMBER 18, 2014- VID3G, INC. (OTC Pink: VIDG) Vid3G is pleased to announce the Company has entered into a co-development and marketing agreement with a private Canadian company, Mobile Rocket Games (MRG) to develop and market mobile games for Android and Apple platforms. Certain terms are being negotiated to maximize value for both VIDG and MRG.
Under the arrangement, MRG brings expertise and Intellectual Property in the form of current game titles and pre-production game titles. VIDG will provide development capital and access to China’s vast mobile game market, via Vid3G’s network in China. Both entities will provide resources to market the games in Canada, the USA and eventually on a global basis.
There are currently four game titles at different levels of development. The first game title will be released early 2015, as it has been under development, prototyping, testing and revisioning for over a year, along with pre-production development of other titles. VIDG will provide the capital required to complete the first build of the first title for launch on all major platforms in North America and eventually a build for the Asian market. The name of the first game title will be released shortly after certain terms are agreed upon within the next five days between the parties.
Additional titles to be developed include a unique Arcade Style Futuristic Space Hooter and a cutting edge Side Scrolling Real-time Strategy (RTS) game.
