Good morning Jim. Don't you know you are supposed to get 110% total for the rating. Everything in the new age is 110%. Got your pm & I hope for that area also. I am restricted to posting access as my duties now include other areas of our investment partnership: reading posts, staying out of the way, critizing the charts I don't understand (that would include anything with squiggly lines in boxes) and pacing/fretting while muttering things like "it won't work or "your going to loose it all". May we see lots of upward activity today. GLTY LC
marketphil, Sounds good to me. Thanks. Me, I'll just be aholding my little chunk a shares. GLTA LC
Marketphile, You said the Friday after 10 release would give the weekend for everyone to absorb the report, and keep from creating a huge gap. Wouldn't it be more dangerous to do that than to release it on Monday morning at 10 or later? I am asking, not stating. It would seem that the weekend would allow for a larger gap on monday. Or will the Friday trading pretty well settle it out? TIA GLTY LC
Jim, What level of effect do you think that will have on the pps? Care to venture a guess?
Looks like a lot of someone elses are going to be in the $$$$$ :) GLTA LC
Thanks Greedybastad, I'm keeping a listing of the goods and bads people point out. You don't hear them when you are signing up. I think we have a while before it is necessary, but we could be pleasantly surprised, and I like having some ideas thought over ahead of schedule. GLTA LC
Word from ST . TSX exchange stocks not available on ST streamer. Can call in to ST office for real time quotes. Orders $27 per trade. Yesterdays closing price is the only qoute available on line at ST. Suggested TSX.com will give a 20 min delayed quote. That sucks. Anybody with traders that offer good options? TIA glta LC
ben, do you know if the streamer is available in real time on tsx at ST?
ben, I'm with you buddy.
I agree.
nice of you to leave some shares for others, thanks.

(Hope he isn't on the board.) all told I think I can buy 75,000 more shares. That gives me 85K. Gonna be a BIG celebration when this hits.. GLTA LC

rigmedic, Don't forget this is based in China. In those areas a name can have several spellings, all accepted. Records are also accepted as correct with many imperfections that wouldn't cut it stateside. You would need to do the whole doc again, and a full set of bribes paid a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time to get something corrected to our normal "expected" level. Its also another way to pad the incomes of those in the control areas of government. We are looking at the english translations from individual Chinese characters, translation variances could be a factor. Just IMO. GLTA LC
threesheets, Important stuff first. I had to go solo, son stayed home. caught one 23" trout. had school around me in waist deep water under a boathouse light. was a blast. OT....With the pennies at ST, I don't think you will get 7.00 trades. Under a dollar stocks are 7.00 + 1/2 of 1% of the $ amount ( .005 ). Generally runs 8.50 to 12 per trade. Have been as high as 15 to 18. Better yet, actual example: today we bought 21,666 shares of srsr at .036 for a total cost of 790.88. Thats 779.98 in share cost & 10.90 commission.[7.00+ [ 779 x .005 ] 3.90 = 10.90. You can figure roughly what your costs would be with your trading amts. I hope that helps. There are cheaper comms out there, but when one thing gets better, something else generally gets worse. Most of these traders give good service, or they wouldn't still be here. We have gotten good service at ST. It comes down to which one works best for you.. College is good, wish I had gone. They will teach you how to spend the $$$$ you are going to make on srsr. If you have earned income, make sure you open & put some LONG TERM shares in a ROTH IRA acct. All profits tax free. GLTU LC
Hey cash, welcome back. We have missed your contributions immensely. Update: Price went to .0002, down to .0001, back up to .0002, again and again, and millions traded. GLTU LC
Vin660, If you decide to use a tax preparer, make his life A LOT easier, and save yourself some money, by splitting out the buy & sale matches before you give him the package. One sale can be made up of shares from multiple buys, and possible different prices. Or one buy group could be sold for multiple prices in smaller lots. That is the match up I referred to. That is what takes the time. LC
vin660, First, it isn't as life threatening as its reputed to be. Basic process steps are repeated for each SALE of stock. That will be provided by your broker on a 1099 form. YOU will need to furnish the matching dates, shares, and $$ for the purchases. Lots of nitty/gritty work involved dividing amounts so they match. Just print out your monthly, or end of year acct detail buys & sales. Ira accts don't need anything done on them. No IRA capital gains tax on gains, but no credit on losses either. On margin accts you will pay taxes on your profits, but will subtract your losses first. If it ends up you lost for the year, it subtracts from your overall income. There is a yearly limit, but a carry over process for the excess, so you don't loose it completely, (see the bottom of the sched d). Two types of gains. Long term capital gain is 365 +1 day ownership. Short term is 365 and less. Different tax rates. They go on different areas of the schedule d & d-1 (d-1 is just more entry spaces that are then totalled and entered on one line of the d form). If you are near an IRS office, they have the instruction books, sched d, d-1 and 1040 form, or you can go online, print the form, and read & print the instruction pages you need. Its a somewhat time consumming task, so if you make a lot of trades, allow time for individually addressing each of your accts and their trades with extra learning and organizing time. But you can do it. Good luck. Oh, one thing; I copy the 1099s and my acct statements that I am going to use, and do the matchup writings on those copies. You then always have the originals for addl copies if you screw up, or just need a neater version. LC
Shkinferd, How about a nice big "Eco Worm". Color Green of course. Give him a friendly smile, big sombrero, cape, and a skateboard. The worm appeals to the sportsmen/women (fishing), smile is just pleasant for everybody, sombrero covers the growing Hispanic community, cape will impress the superhereo fanatics, and the skateboard would do the cool thingy for the kids. He can skate around with our products doing in the evil polutants and grime alla "toonville" the GREEN WAY. Then your wife can collect stuffed worms, which we will market of course. GLTA LC
Weatherbill, Thanks for the pics. After your comments of the visit day I expected very different images. I didn't look the location on my DE map unbtil just now. You weren't in the slums at all. Remember, you are in the land of the DuPonts, and the Histerical Society reigns supreme. They even have to apply for a permit to remove last years' snow. The buildings are not "OLD", they are "AGED". Actual terms are two nose upturns above anything in my vocab. But try the businesses out Maryland Ave side of town for the contrast. Suggest Police escort. Going to PA in May/June, might just stop in myself. Have coffee with the staff. Let them know what type of investors they have. Give it one week after that for bars to show on the doors and windows. Thanks for your sharings. GLTA LC
How about a good old conference call, three way, between issuing company and where they cclaim to have sent the certs. Putting both buck passers on the phone at the same time would cut out the BS real quick. GLTA LC
My ST lists last trade as 10,000 @ .0255 @ 14:14. ST seems to be OK.
I guess I look at the End of Week point as more important than the HOD. It is a feel good & a good boost for the nest day for sure, but I think the value even out over the week. I get just as stressed out over the dips as everyone else. I can pace with the best of them, even if I can't drink with Howard. This board has so many longs, and providers of excellent DD that it is easier to ignore minor transitions. And the absence of bashers is beautiful. I think that by June we will be very happy investors. GLTA LC
Mick, I'd like to be able to get in on these prices, but no powder. If it isn't a high close today, it will be tomorrow or the next. Too many good points being shown here to stay down. I'm planning on holding till fall or end of year before selling any shares, so it gets easier to ignore daily downs like today. This one is very comfortable for me. GLTA LC

The repost doesn't take up that much space, and many don't go to the IBOX, but it does difuse much of what the garbage cans post without substantiating documentation. I take a quick look for updates, and go on. Very convenient for those of us interested in positive info. It would be a good OB or COB post. Thanks lilchoker. glta lc
"Shopping with the wife" Golden opportunity for girl watching without any obligations, enjoy the trip.
If you are holding a restricted stock cert in your hands, and the restriction date is not listed as an exact date, when that date passes, or is changed by the company for some reason, your cert is not going to change. It would have to be re-issued. I'm not current enough on this area, but maybe we can bring someone out of the woodwork who is. It would sure be nice to know the correct process. I would think all companies have to follow the same rules on restrictions for uniformitty. LC
ratso1, Have you seen a restricted stocks' certificate? I haven't in a few years, but they didn't list any "restricted" comments on the cert on the ones I had. That was only brought out when you tried to sell it at a broker and he went on line, or knew about the restriction personally. I sold some to a friend through our bank and they had us sign a paper acknowledging that there was knowledge of the restriction before they would broker the sale. This seems to be a big point of contention here and it might not be something that is listed anywhere but with the company & its broker network. GLTA LC
Public, back in the ancient times of the real, in the office only brokers, before discount brokerages were even a dream, we bought from them with three options. Have the stock held in street names, the broker held the issued certs for us, or the certs were issued directly to us to hold. In the last two the stock was still listed in YOUR NAME with the company issuing the stock. Is that how you got your certs issued directly to you? Or is there another way yet? The 400 or so owners of record listed since back in October certainly didn't include those that bought through ST or any other streetname accounts. No one seemed to be aware of any other scenariois other than their way of trading today on line, and I didn't recall anyone asking. TIA GLTA LC
I JUST GOT THE pd ABOUT A WEEK AGO. iT IS DEFINITELY WORTH THE COST. i'll PM you.
Things certainly are getting interesting on several of these bds, aren't they? Keep us busy just reading all of them. some very good dd done by very accomplished researchers.
Yeah. was away on a road trip to New Mexico for a few days. But the mods have me scared to post. They might come and cut off my EL.
Chef, your R's name pls. We can talk HCPC in person.
Capt, I think the shares will all be in a burlap sak, tied to the mast of a 20' batou secured to bouy #1 outside NY harbor. First come first gets all!! Seriously, you are correct, shares will go in blocks to brokers, in their name, and they distribute to their accounts from there. Not in your uspo mailbox. Agent at ST got a laugh out of some of the methods of delivery that have come up here. Will be holding long with you. GL LC
Bonehead, I'll take even on a day like this. With two of my other pinkies having gone up, I have a green day :):) Has anyone calc'd how many of the 306M traded were 02's. That would be interesting. GLTA LC
There was an earlier post of the rules appliing here. It was done weeks ago. At the time it appeared there were several holes that could allow pinks to do about anything they want. You had to read a bunch of the Must DO's, then there would be a small However clause that gave an out. Careful scrutiny was required. Every one tended to ignore those that post that info, and concentrated on the 25% rule, the DOs, etc. Just from memory, as I didn't print the post, or just misplaced my copy is more likely the case. Will keep looking. Maybe some of our DD guys & gals can come up with the info.. GLTA LC
Ok, I have three ST accts, hcpc doesn't come up on two, but it is showing wrong stocks in those accts. The third acct comes up as it should. That is the one I normally watch, and it has been up all day, with hcpc there solid. ST might have a problem. LC
