rigmedic, Don't forget this is based in China. In those areas a name can have several spellings, all accepted. Records are also accepted as correct with many imperfections that wouldn't cut it stateside. You would need to do the whole doc again, and a full set of bribes paid a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th time to get something corrected to our normal "expected" level. Its also another way to pad the incomes of those in the control areas of government.
