Think we'll get any "big hitters" here into the close?
Looks like it's been steadily working back up towards green most of the day, doesn't it?
Just got home and online, looks like someone(somebodies) was/were impatient this morning.
With such amazing volume and gap up today, (plus a great uptrending chart), there has got to be potentially bigger and better things on the horizon here for SKTO, don't you think?

SKTO - SK3 Group's Hospice Subsidiary Expands Across Southern California
On Tuesday March 16, 2010, 9:33 am EDT
MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - 03/16/10) - SK3 Group, Inc. (Pinksheets:SKTO - News) announces that Angels of the Valley Hospice Care (http://www.angelsofthevalleyhospice.com/) now offers complete palliative services at its Artesia, California branch, the company's second location. This extends Angels of the Valley's hospice care coverage into Artesia, Long Beach, and Orange County. The original Montrose location currently offers care to patients across the greater Los Angeles area.
The hospice industry is predicted to grow favorably in the coming years as more patients use the service, and experience longer stays. This growth is the result of a number of factors, including a rising public awareness of the service, which allows patients to focus on comfort and quality of life, rather than curative treatments, supported by an interdisciplinary team of professionals. Hospice is an attractive option for patients because charges per day are substantially lower than hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. A recent report published by the Department of Health and Human Services indicates that reimbursement rates for Medicare and Medicaid hospice patients will increase as of January 2010. Labor statistics further support the growth of the industry: since April 2009, the demand for professionals in the hospice industry has increased by 314%, despite the economic recession.

Kudos 'moneyeve', you are to be comended, tough job.
A company expanding knowingly within these types of conditions and environments should be watched, viewed, aided?
Situations that you may have worked in and most importantly, "experienced" with families, love, emotion and loss. Is difficult to do, isn't it?
Most assuredly agree, certainly takes a special breed of individual to work in that type of environment.
And companies, such as SKTO with Angels of the Valley Hospice Care, that can expand in this field have to be respected.
They've got to have an exceptional ability to find personnel of a heartfelt, caring, ethical, professional nature.
There has got to be something going for them, doesn't there?
Thanks for sharing with all 'vegas'. Anticipating more to come here, aren't we?

"business of compassion", SKTO is expanding within one of the most heavily populated areas, on the west coast, in the country. They are offering compassionate services to some of the most frugal and/or free thinking, enterprising generations in the history of America.
Most assuredly good news from a revenue standpoint for the company due to growth, etc., plus lower costs of Hospice vs hospitalization leads/lends itself to people considering cost efficiency against medicare benefits percentages pitfalls.
But even more so from a humane standpoint due to the desires and respect afforded to those that choose so and are "terminal", don't you think so?
Thought: If we knew what was inevitable, what would we do? And/or how would/will we satisfy our loved ones desires?
Thought that was "part" of the implied point. chuckle.
What's your thoughts on these parent company findings for SKTO?

Certainly looking forward to it! There is just way too much going on with the "tiered structure" of the corporation as a whole and news spread out. Has to be more coming to "turn and burn", you know what I mean?

SKTO - SK3 Group's Parent Company Signs Letter of Intent for Medical Product Developer
MIAMI, FL--(Marketwire - 03/10/10) - SK3 Group, Inc.'s (Pinksheets:SKTO - News) parent company, Healthcare of Today, Inc. (http://www.healthcareoftoday.com ), has announced the signing of a letter of intent with leading edge medical product company DyfucaMed®, LLC ("DyfucaMed®").
DyfucaMed®'s flagship product is the DyfucaMed® Ratio Applicator, a medical biomaterials applicator for performing Autogenous Hematopoetic Tissue Grafts ("AHTG"). Using stem cell technology and controlled application of a concentrated platelet gel, the DyfucaMed® Ratio Applicator allows the body to use its own healing mechanisms for therapeutic benefits and accelerated healing. Platelet Gel has received attention as the medical choice for athletes who require a rapid recovery, including NFL player Hines Ward. The use of a platelet gel applicator is appealing for a number of markets requiring aggressive recovery, including the military and veterinary markets.
DyfucaMed® creates user-driven medical solutions, consulting with medical professionals who regularly use tissue grafts to gain insight into market needs during various stages of product development. In one example, the DyfucaMed® Ratio Applicator uses a plastic polycarbonate that is the first disposable applicator to be lipid-resistant and has finger grips to prevent slippage.
The development of the DyfucaMed® Ratio Applicator was inspired by surgeons' increasing recommendation of the use of platelet gel. Platelet gel offers a number of benefits including accelerated tissue regeneration, helping create hemostasis, reducing pain, helping prevent infection, and reducing the chance of adhesions. Clinical uses of autologous platelet gel are numerous and include plastic surgery, orthopedic surgery including hip replacements, neurosurgery, major vascular surgery, cardio-thoracic surgery, oral surgery, and chronic wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers.
CEO of DyfucaMed® Lawrence Williams says, "The DyfucaMed® Ratio Applicator improves healing time and prevents bruising. Platelet gel can often make a dramatic difference, such as the difference between a patient having a limb amputated or healing the sore and moving on. We are thrilled to bring our products into the Healthcare of Today family of businesses and we share its passion for finding new and innovative ways to improve patient outcomes."
Healthcare of Today VP of International Business Development Daniel McKeown says, "DyfucaMed® has taken the time to understand what doctors say they need to help their patients heal faster, and has developed those tools. We are thrilled to bring their cutting-edge line of products on board with Healthcare of Today and to vertically integrate them into our family of companies so our patients and businesses across the board can benefit from their ground-breaking product line. We look forward to working with DyfucaMed® to find new ways to restore our patients, young and old, to their best health."

Excellent post, give 'em a yell 'prado' and let us know. Sure everyone here would appreciate it and will be anxiously awaiting that information.
Thanks in advance for your effort.
As long as all follow through - Cha-ching!!
Appreciate the effort 'hotchet', Thanking you in advance for all.
A few questions for you to present:
(1) Could you inquire as to the current share structure?
(2) Could you inquire as to an update of all pinksheet information?
(3) Could you inquire about website updates for sk3groupinc.com or are all references and information to be supplied by/with parent company "Healthcare of Today"?
(4) Could you inquire as to a timeline for the completion of the potential "uplisting" to NASDAQ arena upon finalization of mergers/acquitions/applications, etc., per PR's and also per previous SEC filing?
Sorry 'prado', past the SEC/Nevada filings and pinksheet information I've read, I do not know the "actual" number. I can only make personal assumptions for myself based on the current trading. But believe it is still low at this point based on the total potential market for healthcare and direction of the company's holdings that are not fully realized as yet. This is all just in my opinion of course, you know what I mean?
Your question is most certainly a good one that we would all like to know and let's present it to 'hotchet' who has publically offered/stated to inquire of/for all:

Hey there back 'jme', eager for the week as well. Looks like there may be a lot going on/forthcoming here with SKTO.
