(3) Could you inquire about website updates for sk3groupinc.com or are all references and information to be supplied by/with parent company "Healthcare of Today"?

(4) Could you inquire as to a timeline for the completion of the potential "uplisting" to NASDAQ arena upon finalization of mergers/acquitions/applications, etc., per PR's and also per previous SEC filing?
