Now somebody is going to ask me..
Why do you know he is talking about LWLG?
reply
because I know. lol
: extract from a Q&A in the largest financial newspaper in Belgium with the top economist of BNPParibas bank . He does not name LWLG by name but he is obviously referring to it as his best investment .
What is your best investment?
I invest a small part of my stock portfolio according to the theory of the giant tortoises. 10 to 15 percent is reserved for small positions in speculative growth stocks. One of those stocks is a great success. For example, I own shares in a technology company that has developed materials to transfer data at high speeds via light. The share price has already increased times seven.
Jeunke I think it was autumn 2008 when we first talked about LWLG on the golf course together wit Luc . It was a long journey but we are not quitters as we have both met Michael several times and know he is going to deliver.
also happy 2024 for you. I do not read every message on the board but yours have always my immediate attention.
We turn page 2023 .
Best wishes for 2024 to all the friendly contributors on this board; Life is beautiful even at 80. Thank you for supporting this project; It sure has been a long road to success so far with many roadblocks but success is not for quitters. we will be rewarded.
in 2024 we will see Stellantis offtake and strategic investments ( partly not dilutive) ; A mindblowing FS ,Exim financing , Titanium offtakes , scandium lingots offtakes , news from the UK subsidiary , warrant exercising , and we will meet at the groundbreaking ceremony.
cheers to all ( and for Peter a non alcoholic please)
mark my words

they will both hit.

Thank you Richard for sending me this.

Insiders accumulating shares:
Insider Kehler Dean C reports buying 78,003 shares of NB / NioCorp Developments Ltd
Insider Smith Mark A. reports buying 46,801 shares of NB / NioCorp Developments Ltd
Insider Shah Neal S. reports buying 9,360 shares of NB / NioCorp Developments Ltd
It's posted on reddit in comments below.
https://www.reddit.com/r/NIOCORP_MINE/s/dBUQNYPZYB
I am sure Peter will see this "surprise surprise "as a negative; Strange enough all my friends see this as extremely positive.
This looks like Neal's participation in the PP. It would be interesting to see who the other insiders are.
It is a wonderful feeling that my gut feeling of 15-16 years ago when this investment was a big risk and I ( we?) did not really understand where this was going is now turning into an incredible big potential . ( I have a few more of these which believe it or not will shine in 2024)
Merry Christmas to everybody ,
Dan. not this guy .no silver spoons
he bought very low when the risk was high
LWLG changed his life
most of these idiots are making millions even at this low shareprice.
one of them sold a small portion of his holdings and built a villa in the south of Spain
The name of the villa Light Wave Logic in Spanish
you have the correct interpretation. It was a dinner that took 3 hours with some25-30 participants and everybody had their questions. I was chairing the dinnermeeting I had the many points of Ted narrowed to 10 . Asking these questions was embarassing to say the least as I knew most of the answers but I was showing Michael Lebby and the participants ( who most of them do not read Ihub)how Ihub naysayers were trying to dominate the LWLG ihub board with their negativity .
as soon as it is published.
I do not think it was published
I let Ted talk for me because although he was not there he knows better than me what was said there.
I understands he thinks now Lebby is a fraud because he wrote an update letter as a result of which Teds prediction that we were heading to 2 dollars did not come true.
it will be interesting to find out who the insiders are that bought into the recent PP.
I suppose we can fiind out in the Sec and/or Sedar filings?
I think the chinese behaviour in the past is a strong motivation for the US to source their rare earths from US mines like Niocorp .
I also think the Chinese will need all the rare earths they mine for their own use
nice theory but I do not think the amount of rare earths we are going to produce is going to give heartburn to the Chinese
The difference is nobody knew who twocents was
I know at least 30 shareholders who know who KCC is.
will be proven wrong
long. lol. that would even be a bigger joke.
the quitters will be proven long.
I am especially thinking of a quitter who lead his followers to a different company where then afterwards he was also quitting.
I respectfullly disagree.
when i engaged in this project it was only a Niobium mine. Now we are talking about Niobium scandium titanium and rare earths plus a number of verticals. This is a lot bigger than I ever expected.
follow a course in comprehension reading and read then my post again.

That is a legitimate question I have done some research on that subject and I noticed in previous investments that Stellantis (and other OEMs) have made in upstream companies, they tend to avoid taking greater than a 20% equity stake in public companies. That is clearly to avoid becoming a “control person” from the perspective of US and Canadian securities laws. They often found other ways to invest more than 20% in these companies. Here is an example; E25 signs Offtake and Project Financing Agreement with Global Mobility Provider Stellantis: https://www.element25.com.au/site/pdf/4a673ee4-d735-452a-bd5a-4fc31494a37a/E25-Stellantis-Sign-Binding-Battery-Grade-Manganese-Offtake-and-Funding-Agreements.pdf
In the E25 example, they took an equity position but supplemented that with a pre-purchase agreement.
pre -purchase is essentially debt thus non dilutive
Hi Chico
I always thougt I was the biggest fan of Niocorp but you beat me by many miles. Great job.
It will be an honour to meet you in Nebraska .
that is the idea jeunke.
From the reply I got from Jim Sims it is clear
1) That Mark Smits was giving an honest opinion on the timeline when he said 45 to 60 days for the Stellantis deal.
2) That the Investment bij Stellantis will be substantial ( a lot more than the 15 million suggested by LCP as 15 million is indeed not substantial.)
I further notice that insiders are keen to support Niocorp when necessary; Management had probably hoped to get the Stellantis money sooner and then this PP had not been necessary but this small PP may bridge the gap.
I see a lot of things happening the following months . The shareprice sucks but the future is bright.
Stellantis offtake and strategic investments
Titanium offtakes ( and strategic investments????)
Al-Scandium alloys offtakes ( and strategic investments???)
Exim loan
Red Shovel ( lol)
Some naysayers eating crow.
exactly Jeunke.
This are investors that are not selling.
Next investment will take yorkville out completely
yes it was a reply from today
and no Stellantis does not require thr new FS finished
this also explains the 45 - 60 days timeline that Mark estimated to close the deal. It was not a fantasy..
Walter -
There is no expiration covering negotiations that are ongoing between NioCorp and Stellantis. The only element of our current agreement with Stellantis that expired was a 60-day exclusivity period during which NioCorp agreed not to execute a rare earth offtake agreement with any party other than Stellantis. Both parties agreed to allow that exclusivity period to expire given the positive progress that was being made toward final agreements. Current negotiations are proceeding well and, while nothing is certain until final agreements are executed, we look forward to achieving both a rare earth offtake contract as well as agreements related to a significant equity investment in NioCorp by Stellantis.

Jim
The 45-60 day period for the Stellantis deal have passed.
Does that mean that there are problems to close the deal?
Is Niocorp management still optimistic that a positive deal will be closed in the near future?
walter Caers
correct
but in the meantime management has continiously improved the project .
previous financing efforts failed because the counterparty could not keep its promises.
mark this post. Stellantis will be a gamechanger. whether the deal is closed this or next month. I can wait.
I agree with you jeunke. I will take a copy of that post if they do that.
but to summarize . yes i think Niocorp will be a big winner
maybe it is better you send me your mailadress in a private message (friday night short after closing ) when O willbe back home.
I find it difficult to type on my smarttphone
I think they both have incredible potential . For Niocorp it is somewhat easier to calculate but if you followed LWLG you know the potential is immense.
If i was as pessimistic as you I would never buy into this stock.
sorry duplicate post
will try to reply you tonight . I am on vacation in Spain and will ask permission from my wife. lol
I have you and him on ignore
never read it and am not going to
only found your comment by accident
