I think TYME will get a decent pop with Monday's presentation (already had good run up) but it seems to me that the best results would come in early diagnosed patients, rather than those who have already failed 2 or 3 drug regimes and are more or less circling the drain. Serious side effects are very low. So basically I think this will be a sell on news situation, as I expect the SP to drift back down. What interests me more now in the cancer field is CYDY's ongoing basket trial of their leronlimab, which anecdotally has brought patient's CTC's down to zero, thereby effectively cutting off mets. JMO, as my real skill is in orthopedics, particularly joint replacement. Best wishes Mike.
Would love to get a peek at that abstract. Someone must have.

Just .25 from break even on this boy. It had a good run right after I bought it, but I rode it on down.
“Covid won’t last forever “. Not so sure about that. These new vaccines could wear off in a matter of months, they might prove to be less than 90% effective, the remaining 10% can still get the disease, there will always be anti-vaxxers, and the bug could prove to be one of those that pop up every winter with a slight mutation. In other words, LL might have a long life against Covid.
Glad to see my Portland listed. But don't you still have to risk the placebo? Or is there a rescue point where you can get the real thing for failure to improve?
Not that it would bother me, but was LL also developed from fetal cell tissue?

Thanks for the links Mike, and stay 6' back in that entitlement line!
Never said that. Potus' doctors just don't have the experience that MD's from the best medical institutions in the country have.
What you are missing is:
Sean Conley is an osteopath, not a MD. He's an ER Navy physician, not infectious disease doctor or pulmonologist.
Dr Conley supported the potus' use of HCQ, while nearly all reputable physicians were against it.
He is first author of no relevant peer reviewed published articles.
As a military member he and all his team are beholden to the commander in chief, and doesn't dare contradict the potus.
He has already made serious spoken errors in his first news briefing.

Assume they were warrants exercised?
Something is motivating insiders to buy now.
Monster gap up on the 14th. Don't see how it could fill. Another on the 18th, possibly fillable.
Big red day today??
Yawn...another insider buy.
I liked this comment:
30K / month. Ouch!
Same guy as last week. Contradicts this neg opinion from SA:
Cassava Sciences' Sumifilam: The Limits To Biomarker Studies In Alzheimer's Disease (Lane Simonian)
Mike, those published results looked pretty good to me. I do have a friend who had to undergo medical castration (taking testosterone level down to zero). Wasn't fun.
The Phase II Prostate Cancer study demonstrated that oral SM-88 (racemetyrosine) was associated with disease control while maintaining QOL; More than 450,000 of these patient cases annually in U.S. alone
Based on study results, SM-88 may have a clinically meaningful role in postponing medical castration in prostate cancer patients with rising prostate-specific antigen (PSA)
At 6 months, 100% of patients (23/23) were free of metastatic progression (MFS), and 87% of patients (20/23) remained free of any radiographic progression (rPFS)
After 12 weeks, 78% of patients (18/23) demonstrated a 65% decrease in median CTCs from baseline
52% of patients (12/23) showed improvement in median PSA doubling time (DT)
No drug-related severe or life-threatening adverse events (grade 3 or 4) were observed after cumulative dosing exposure of 149 months
TYME is evaluating regulatory strategies in the interest of advancing SM-88 for patients with non-metastatic recurrent prostate cancer
Possibly getting ready to submit for approval their one stick blood test for AZ, or at least a peer-reviewed paper on it's accuracy?
I thought the India news would bump this up. India has 1.3+ billion people, and although poverty is huge, I think owning an Apple product would be in the reach of a significant number of the new middle class, much like owning a Seiko watch was a bragging piece back in the 70's and 80's.
Canadian dollars are worth about .75 US dollars.
Form 4 chart showing a large bump??
Crossing the BBB in the presence of inflammation opens the door to potential treatment of many CNS diseases, alzheimers, parkinson's, and many more. That ups the price tag on a blanket buyout.
So that said, being over my pay grade, which stands to be the most effective? 3-71? Looking at the $SAVA results, does it seem reasonable that staying on Sumifilam would continue to reverse mental decline?
Also, if the blood test gets FDA and MC approval, it seems that a lot of seniors would want the test, if something could be done to reverse AD.
Good article. No mention of the AD blood test under development though.

Rockleo, sorry for the loss of your colleague. Perhaps the transplant patients will benefit from lero by avoiding GVHD, since they couldn't use it to save their lungs.
Thanks Mike. I had forgotten about the Eagle agreement.
Mike, please explain the Eagle pharm part...
I'm also in favor of a partnership with BP for just covid. NP is holding all the cards, so a very favorable deal could be won. That would leave beacoup funds to develop all the other indications, and even share buyback.
WTF was thar AH spike about?
This is the main reason there are anti-vaxers: fear of autism.

Yeah, what was with the buck fifty pre-market sale?
You might have something there. More on the T-cells today on the morning CBS show.
Offer your services.
Thanks Mike. So what did Demurjian do for his butt-load of shares?
Re the "PSS lawsuit", it's hardly worth listing as a catylist. According to the latest 10-Q (May 11), parties are in discovery phase as well as filing suits back and forth. Soon-Shiong is not going to roll over any time soon (no pun!). If there is a trial, the loser will undoubtedly appeal. If there is a settlement out of court, it will be for way less than 1.1B. Are we looking at the same proceedings?
