Hi tom
Can you go in some more detail on your expected market crash? I know that average wise we are due for one, but I am wondering what trigger you see as getting it started?
Greece seems controlled, China however is bubbling, deal with Iran will create economic opportunities not to mention big influence on oil,... Any other?
So milestones linked to a closing share price? Sounds bizar as the CEO has no direct impact on the pps, only indirectly by delivering the science (but then still market manipulators are beyond a CEO's control)
Sorry but to which milestones are you referring?
Do not recall Anavex stating this as a public milestone or one for Dr Missling to achieve for another mil shares.
Hi Tom
AVXL's action on 7/30 to me seems like it has tested the resistance at .95/96 broke above it slightly (.97) but in the end failed to close above. Settling at .91
Volume however increased nicely to 5M
As for future prediction, what are your thought?
In case anybody cares: I have exited ONCS, because I believe there are better opportunities to invest in the next 6 months. However I will keep ONCS on my radar and do intend to re-enter at a later stage, closer to interim data release (which at the earliest I expect Q4 or Q1-16)
CFO gets 25% rise, from annual 200k to 250k

Not fully convinced as we briefly went over the resistance at .95 but fell back in the end to .90 to close below
Maybe yes, maybe no, who will tell
Wait and see
Tom, what website or program are you using for these charts?
Thats why Missling said to expect before end of year. Gives them a buffer. Smart thinking. Any release earlier will be well received.
and then Lily failed again... seems they are too stubborn to realize
In the PR it also says that Missling hopes to have the part A completed by years end. Personally I would already be happy if in September they release further interim results from the next batch of 12 patients.
I don't really understand Roche. Their p3 failed previously, the FDA has recently said that companies should look into other areas then anti-amyloid plaque and the one company that actually did reported great pre-initial results.
It would be great if it did, but 2H15 has another 5 months in it, so don't get your hopes up too much.
Listen as many as possible and learn as much as possible. Thats my goal
Yes but its gotta be sustained
No not yet, that could be another news catalyst
How will you break through the resistance? Without new news I do not see this happening as the volume is steadily declining
Waw thats easy, saying that warrants caused the price to stay within this range but then you refuse to explain your statement
You are under the impression i am out? But i do want to operate based on facts
Sorry but you do not explain why warrants caused this
Sorry can you elaborate your logic please
I presume you are referring to today.
But my guess those MM are quite good in analyzing the markets and smell when they can get away with pushing it down?
thanks for your insights
I have no history in trading, but after suffering disappointment in the run up and down of TPIV, I have decided I need to pay closer attention.
Sure Anavex has awesome science, but I do realize that the next piece of news will probably not come directly. At least not in such a way to sustain a runup of the pps.
I am not so sure of that. Volume has been steadily declining day after day.
I do not really understand were people get the idea that this p2b with 41 people with lead straight to FDA approval. Sure there will have to be a p3, if the p2b is succesfull. Maybe that the p3 will be accelerated, but that is speculation right now.
It would be interesting to know if they plan to release further interim data of the next batch of 12 patients.
I don't really know why they rehash the Marcum video as it dates from before the data release.
To be honest Scott, I don't know. I follow Scot and Tom123 for TA advice.
Yesterday was a nice example, as Clay explained, of trading between 2 supports. If the .73 gets broken then I believe the next support is at .63
Again, I am going off other people's TA and my gut feeling. I also have experienced the peak and fall at TPIV. I hope the same will not occur but believe in the absence of further news there is not enough to support the pps.
cheers Tom, but this begs my question: can you post your current analysis on AVXL?
According to Clay it is now trading in a band between .86 and .73
My feeling (based on nothing but feelings) is that it will go down, in the absence of news. Volume has been reducing too last couple of days, however still way above normal, but already half then peak volume.
Stay tuned for tomorrow's webcast...
You sound like Madam Zelda looking into her crystal ball. Predictive value zero.
Please elaborate which negative news you are expecting
Correct. And I regard dipping opportunities as extra opportunities to get cheap shares.
Looking forward to further interim release, eg the next 12 patients by maybe September?
I'm sorry to be a partypooper, but at best this is mere speculation.
Why would any company not take advantage of the visibility you get when announcing trial start and/or first patient enrollment?
I fully agree with your analysis!
Yawn, broken record
I am going with a winner Tootall, my average is .27
But I prefer slow and steadfast, then going crazy.
I like when a plan gets executed.
The pps will run untill the volume dies down. I predict the same will happen as with TPIV. Then we will be in the calm before the storm, which will be full data by years end.
Seriously, you wanna compare to AXON? It's a failed drug, a criminal IPO,...
I do not want to be in the same league.
When I read people here predicting $20, I find that exuberant. Not with data of 12 people, not even from 32. Considering this is still p2a, dosing still needs to be determined. Loads of hurdles still lay in front of us.
True, but I see people getting all kinds of dreams and I prefer to keep it realistic.
One step at a time, Rome wasn't build in a day
True, but we are not there yet! This was only 12p-data
