Stock will not see significant move until OTC.com updated and 8k/PR's start coming out.

the PR states that all items above were sold as is as they had DTC chill, all items below were free from DTC chill, but i understand the hesitation on taking their word.

but combine this with people being able to buy through phone order on TD, I have seen many people post that they are able to buy through TD. I think there is no chill, TD just requires a little extra effort to "protect" the investor from a dark reporting shell

Yes the stock is still non reporting shell, so TD will not allow you to buy without calling in the order.

Not sure if it is due to DTC is just that it is dark reporting shell. the company has done nothing public with OTC.com or FINRA to anyone's knowledge. The guess is that they are taking care of everything before making any public statements.

This has been discussed and there are 2 thoughts, 1) they do not want to PR until the merger is approved and finalized 2) they do not want to let out news as they have been getting shares

I am willing to loose entire investment in this one as it is well worth the risk reward, if this comes through even a fraction of what has been discussed this will run to .05 at least.

No one can dispute that the merger is still being actively worked with new filings showing up today. Only a matter of time before we hear from the company.

They are doing things the right way and will let everyone know when things are finished. Let the lawyers, accountants and regulators due their thing.

No most of which are held by insiders as they have 53.5% minimum of the O/S

what they are referring to is the action from last spring where there were multiple 100M volume days and some 40-75M days

this may be true but there have been non-retail MM's buying shares, I believe MAXM loaded 15M at .0015 and LAMP has shares as well.

ATDF is always hard to determine but there were shares bought by ihubbers today.

Those 45M shares bought were not retail, if they were they were somebody he is a much bigger gambler than I, and this is a gamble like all OTC stocks. Its about finding where the risk/reward ratio is in your favor.

Because people are patient and will wait for those who are impatient to sell into the bid.

MMs do not want to buy on the ask as they make money by selling as ask and buying on the bid

Plus if they want to accumulate at low PPS they cannot get aggressive on the ask without skyrocketing the price. So they bid sit and occasionally sell into the bid in hopes to crash the price to grab all the low priced shares they can.

But no one wants to sell, can't have buyers if no one is willing to sell.

typical, crash price on low volume, trigger stop losses, absorb all of the sold shares and park a large bid at the lower price.

Well look at that, NITE shows up all of the sudden with 2M at .001

Also, if crashing the price to trips only shakes out 2M shares it means they are still being held tightly

Quite possible stock losses were triggered this morning.

This might be the last crash and scoop before the end, the only other option is the news is bad and those in the know are getting out while they can.

Name change should be happening soon. I am sure we will start to see some more info at that point.

Insiders did not get all of those options and RSA's for nothing, the strike on most of then is .56, which at current price of .80 is not too bad of a return. But they are not going through all of this to get 43% return.

The timetable is hard to predict. But name change and USA patent news are on the horizon which could really catapult this stock in a hurry with the extremely low float

If anyone thought it was going to .0001 and the merger would not go through they would sell right into that 450k bid at .0012

I did, it was crazy to see the bid at .0009 and ask at .0017 a 100% gap

Then NITe popped up on the bid as .0012 and ask at .0015

but that gap shows how little shares are availble

starting to see some action today on L2, 30k on the bid at .75 for $22.5k

1,420 on the ask at .96

NITE stepping in with some decent bid support 550k at .012

looks like they are coming massive spread in the bid/ask 100% gap

I don't think any of it is fake and I do believe that is what Dror has said as their is secondary proof from uma on twitter who has been visiting the offices in Florida.

I agree it is all lip service until we get a K, but i do believe that it is being addressed, as far as the outcome and to what extent it is shareholder friendly remains to be seen.

Lets see if we get the k and PR next week.

I believe that the company is doing the right things for long term success. the OTC is a very sketchy place with many paper selling scams.

It is hard for anyone to believe they have found to 1 in a 1000 company that will make it but I think this one does have a chance to do it. Management has done nothing to sway that opinion, debt is a necessary evil with a fast growing business and at least they have something to show for the convertible debt which is more than most can say.

They are making sells, generating revenue and increasing operating cash flows at an exceptional rate. If they keep things up they will be fine and things will look much different come 2015.

I was fortunate to make a decent amount doing the initial run but still hold 600k or so for the long haul as i do believe those 600k will be worth 6 figures next summer, at which point I will get better tax savings so I am in for the long haul and yea i know you should never be long in a penny stock.

The interview can not be taken seriously unless Dror confirms. Otherwise we wait next week for news.
