I believe that the company is doing the right things for long term success. the OTC is a very sketchy place with many paper selling scams.

It is hard for anyone to believe they have found to 1 in a 1000 company that will make it but I think this one does have a chance to do it. Management has done nothing to sway that opinion, debt is a necessary evil with a fast growing business and at least they have something to show for the convertible debt which is more than most can say.

They are making sells, generating revenue and increasing operating cash flows at an exceptional rate. If they keep things up they will be fine and things will look much different come 2015.

I was fortunate to make a decent amount doing the initial run but still hold 600k or so for the long haul as i do believe those 600k will be worth 6 figures next summer, at which point I will get better tax savings so I am in for the long haul and yea i know you should never be long in a penny stock.
