Yes the stock is still non reporting shell, so TD will not allow you to buy without calling in the order.

Not sure if it is due to DTC is just that it is dark reporting shell. the company has done nothing public with OTC.com or FINRA to anyone's knowledge. The guess is that they are taking care of everything before making any public statements.

This has been discussed and there are 2 thoughts, 1) they do not want to PR until the merger is approved and finalized 2) they do not want to let out news as they have been getting shares

Not sure which but something is still being worked on behind the scenes, that much we know.
