PR's aren't moving this....what gives...I'm new to UDVE...do people just disregard their pr's? Are they considered unreliabe?
TIA
It will be interesting to see if pps stalls around Tobin's limit of .3 It will be interesting to see what happens between now and the next pr.
GLTA
I should have asked Tom why they needed financing in the first place. He said they were profitable 28 years out of 30-33 years. What happened that they needed to go to Cornell to get financing in the first place? Doesn't sound good when you need to get $ to buy your raw materials when you've been in business for so long. Fortunately, my average pps is only .058, but I'm sitting on 400K of those suckers! He better have a some darn good pr's and filings to get this thing moving back up!
Tobin Smith raised his buy up to price to .30 IHMO, that is what has driven the price today. If that is the case, those buyers will not sell off. However, daytraders and other short-timers who have piggybacked along for the ride will probably exert some downward pressure in the next few days.
Something's up...Check out this filing...I received a reverse merger notice from Shell Stock Review:
Alerts on Profiled Shells Stocks are not intended as an indicator to purchase/sell the stock. They are intended to inform users that a Shell Stock has issued a public announcement of an attempted/completed reverse merger.
REVERSE MERGER: Our Profile List stock Legal Access Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB: LGAL 0.26 x 0.28) issued an 8K announcing they entered into an Agreement and Plan of Merger with World Explorer Corporation.
I'm just miffed that I didn't buy a chit load at .145 my bad!
I'm not sure if this is going take off like NEOM did. NEOM had a ton of good press/rumours concerning the court case and pending Fortune 100 company. This might just be a momentary blip due to TS hype. Thus, I wouldn't be surprised if it falls back around the mid-twenties again.
GLTA,
Dino
I'm not sure we will get a huge bounce after the 8K and 10K. I hope we do so I can get the heck out and at least break even. Long-term, the pps should climb back up IF they can get financing on reasonable terms AND become profitable again. Long-term, if they are not making profits, how can you expect the pps to make a steady climb?
GLTA,
Dino
I just had a long conversation with Tom Gramuglia. Obviously, go back and read Investo's posts to get some background. I don't have a lot of time now, so I'll just mention three things:
1) Expect an 8K filing dealing with what has happened to cause pps problems and late filing and general approach to correct problem (i.e., new financing).
2) Filing will be done before going pink
3) The main problem w/ the company is that they do not have the cash flow to pay for raw materials! They are operating way below 100% capacity and have to turn business away. This is troubling, you would think that terms w/ the suppliers could be worked out if they have customers that want their product. I must admit that I didn't press Tom on this issue. Maybe their suppliers won't extend them any credit. That is not a good sign. In essence, they need an infusion of funds.

Changewave...I believe that he is still just recommending MOBL to his Microcap Subscribers. It is not been added to the regular Changewave site and all of the teasers that I've got take you to the MicroCap subscription page. I subscribe to both.
I put in an order yesterday for 150K shares at .06, they've only filled 60K shares so far.
Not a lot of volume, but since around 10:37 it's been trading under .065

The IBox lists OS at 88million. What is the AS amount? And if they "return" 100,000,000 shares to the treasury, doesn't that just mean that they are reducing the AS figure and not the OS figure?

MWXI...L2 showing last trade of 1.10 with a bid of .25 and an ask of 4.00! No transactions listed for today on the time/sales chart and only 5 transactions yesterday for a total volume of 1,281 shares with a high of .022
Thoughts from shell stock followers????
TIA,
dino
I put an order in for .06, who knows!
Well...what is happening????? Any ideas??
TIA,
Dino
I've still got an order in for .025...but I'd just as soon see this thing take off once and for all...I've been holding too long, I want to hold things like MOBL and NEOM long-term, not MLXO..
GLTA
Let's be honest..if we were the MM's, we would probably run it up and run it down and keep pocketing the difference! Heck, they'd be stupid not to try to maximize their profits. It just seems that when I want/need them to run a stock down so I can get some more, they don't...and when I want them to run it up so I can sell and get into something else..well, you know, that's when they are dumping! LOL
GLTA
lol...no, it wasn't me who covered your bid...and I understand when you want to get in, you make sure you get in before it takes off. No offense meant....it's just that when I went back to L2 and time/sales chart I saw a discreet jump to .07 and not an incremental climb. I was referring to the initial buy at .07
I apologize.
Dino
Who the hell bought at the ask after the previous transaction was under .06? Maybe just MM screwing...
Only transaction so far has been the filling of the rest of my order from last week....they just filled the remaining 17K at .035
Only 14 transactions today....and 4 of those were partial fills of an order that I had in for 60K shares at .035 Out of the 110,835 shares traded today, 43,000 went to me. Interesting, even though I'm not sure what it means! Hopefully, it means that people don't want to sell their shares as they believe we have bottomed yet. Then again, it could be the only people holding shares are Tom and his family and lot's of people who got creamed by this stock and are praying that they will get some of it back and are holding on for dear life!
I hope Tom isn't blowing smoke and using Cornell for an excuse to cover up other problems.
GLTA and have safe and happy weekends,
Dino
I can't remember, I think someone has posted that information though. Any help??
I find it amazing that eztoE has held up this well. I thought for sure we would be going lower. I was gone at the end of last week, so I missed out on some cheapies as my order was for .04. If I was around, I would have bumped it up and filled up on .045.
They just filled another 20K for me at .035 I've been sitting on another order at .025 since the start of the week. I was gone at the end of last week and my order for MLXO was automatically cancelled when the E hit.
Not a lot of selling going on. I've had an order in for 60,000 shares at .035 since yesterday and today I've only gotten 23K filled. Hopefully, that is a good sign.
Long-time follower so QBID: Is Frank honest? Does he follow through on what he says he's going to do? IF, he grows the company, gets rid of shares (w/out killing us w/ a RS) and gets listed, GREAT! If he just puts out uncomprehensible pr's and blows smoke, that would not be good.
Any and all comments will be greatly appreciated.

No SEC filings, so I guess we won't get one concerning the change in OS, and owner's equity
Risky gambit, and it will fail miserably IF he doesn't actually buy-back shares. In any case, I just 2,000,000 shares so I hope he's not blowing smoke!

What the heck kind of pr is this? In the first paragraph it sounds as if they are going to use money allocated for production equipment to buy back stock...hmmm, then I guess you are not going to buy the production equipment. But in the next paragraph, it claims that this investment in the company will allow for resources to purchase better equipment. Makes no sense.

Well, actually the scum bags would slam it down and when you tried to cancel they would not tell your broker that the order is being filled! Remember, we are at the mercy of the MM's. Sad, but true.
Econ 301 and non-reporting penny stocks don't always go hand in hand.
All we can do is pray and hope for the best. I wish I had invested the money I have in GXXL in HISC. I was thinking about investing in HISC a few weeks ago after it's initial run-up then I didn't follow-up. Oh well...another one missed. I hope GXXL works out as I'm holding 75million shares! If it works, yahoo! if not, oh shit! LOL

Dino
Follow up:
Hi Dino,
As with all of my clients, I am an outside consultant, hired by the company to write their PR’s and respond to investor inquiries. In my ‘other life’, I am a marketing strategy consultant, primarily for IT, Telecom and Internet-related companies (mostly privately held).
I can’t prevent you from posting our correspondence, but if you are asked,… it wasn’t my idea or initiative. For sure, please be sure to remove my address.
Regards,
Joel

Joel,
That is good to hear. I appreciate the reply. Could you also please clarify your relationship to the company? Finally, do you have a problem with my posting our correspondence on a GXXL investment board? Of cours, I will make sure that your address does not show.
Thanks again,
Dino
More from Joel...I get the feeling that a RS will happen...Here's a copy of my latest correspondence:
Joel,
Thanks for the reply. Just to reiterate, I am not advocating that the company focus on "short-term" results. That is why I have concerns regarding the effects of a poorly managed RS. I look forward to seeing my initial investment grow over time and hope that management doesn't do a RS just for "short-term" results that ultimately hurts the company and it's shareholders.
Regards,
Dino

Hi Dino,
Thanks for the info. Not all companies are in a position to use their working capital to buy back shares or disclose their financial info. While it may have a positive short-run effect on the pps, and a quick push for investors, it certainly isn’t a good use of working capital for a company that is building up its value. As a marketing consultant (not just IR), we drive home to our clients the fact that having a technology is only 5% of the game. To be successful, marketing strategy (and the budget to implement) will be what makes or breaks a company in the long-run. I am a strong believer that working for ‘instant’ results is a great way to drive a company into the ground.
In the case of many penny stocks, they may issue a huge amount of shares to get the working capital needed. While it gets the company financed, the number of O/S’s can be problematic – positive business activity by the company may have very little upward effect on the pps. So, the logic and cost effectiveness behind an RS can be good in many cases. I agree that the investing public doesn’t always understand the process and they panic. I also agree that not all companies do a good job in preparing and follow up. It’s the board, not me, that makes the final decision, and they should act in a responsible manner.
In the case of Malers, I don’t recommend that the company disclose its financial info right now – there are too many eyeballs on the company from the direction of potential competitors. Plus, much of their R&D is still in development, so patents are not yet finalized. Moreover, the company has contracts with other public companies – if we were to wait for their legal department’s approval on the releases we publish using their names, the public would hear nothing about Malers’ activities. So, we often prefer to publish the releases without the client’s name rather than wait weeks or even months for legal approval. All this combined, that’s why we’re very careful in what we say and don’t say.
Regards,
Joel
Joel,
I understand how a RS is supposed to work (btw, a RS would be 1:10, not 10:1) and often times they do have the intended effect. But sometimes (espcially with penny stocks that don't release financial statements or have other "issues") the pps drops rapidly after a RS as investors fear the worse and sell off. There are stock forums dedicated solely to habitual RS offenders. There are better ways to attract investors and increase pps. For example: audited financial statements that show investors the company is legitimate; revenue and revenue growth; patents; share buy-backs. HISC (another penny stock involved in homeland defense) had it's pps double today as a result of announcements regarding share buy-back. In fact, GXXL should look at what the managment of HISC has done in such a short period of time.
As always, thanks for the reply,
Dino

Subject: RE: Hello?
Hi Dino,
Not sure this makes sense. The pps is adjusted according to the R/S ratio, e.g., 10:1 increases price by x10 – less shares but same value for stockholders. At the new price, investors that don’t invest under, say 0.05, would then be inclined to invest with the adjusted price above 0.05. If done properly, this can help put upward pressure on the stock price, along with positive info on the company.
That’s the theory and it works in practice with the proper effort.
Regards,
Joel
