(Pink Sheets:CTCK) today announced that DiversiPlast has reported positive test results of aluminum ridge vent samples provided by the Company's German partner, Meinecke Dachtechnologies. Attic ventilation systems in the U.S. must pass national and local tests specific to the geographic markets where they are sold, and the testing is administered by ICC Evaluation Service, Inc., the United States' leader in evaluating building products for compliance with code.

The tests are used to determine the NFVA, Net Free Ventilation Area, according to ICC-ES, per the Acceptance Criteria for Attic Vents and Static Product Measurement Procedure. These include between 10-20 tests and measurements, such as dust exposure tests, temperature cycling, weathering tests, resistance to wind-driven rain and snow, corrosion resistance. Additional local tests of these ridge vents that are to be administered are the Dade County tests from the Miami-Dade building code compliance office for wind-driven (hurricane) water.

"We are pleased to see samples of our partners' European ridge vents achieve positive test results for ICC-ES approval. Coattec plans to partner with DiversiPlast to offer one of the only products in the U.S. that have this approval and of the samples tested, we see immediate market opportunities with two specific types of special high quality aluminum corrugated roll product that are used to seal the hips and ridges. These products are UV stable, weather-proof, easy to install and have excellent ventilation properties. Sometimes, if you are fast, you can turn a fast profit imediately after an r/s. You may even make a 100%, but you better have your finger on the trigger, it could only last a couple hours.

To be honest, I don't know. I went there to check on ATWT updates and seen IPRE on the list and just started reading.


I feel they should have mentioned the ratio in the PR since they had it posted on a voluntary website, I mean what is the difference? You pay for the PR, if it is such a great strategy, why not share it with your shareholders on an upfront basis.

As I stated earlier, I got out on the bad news, I have no position here, I was just trying to make everyone aware of what is going on. Normally I'm grinding 50-60 hours a week myself and would normally not have the time to do so, and would appreciate this help from others if I were in that position.

It is a known fact, MM's drop the share price on low volume very quickly, especially with a few bid whackers. Nothing to worry about here except how you cheap you can get your next block of shares.

There were a lot of sells today. It was not all dilutiuon imo. When everyone's portfolio is red, it is hard to look at a green and not take some profit off the table in case. I am still green here, as I am sure many are. my 2 cents.

I thought everyone here knew CLYP was selling stock/diluting...no news to me. Never thought you misled once.

I imagine those sellers are the early birds who got in around 005 or so. They will weed out soon.

I jumped on the EQBM train, very happy I waited a few days before doing so. What a bargain.
