Sorry Mario, my L2 doesn't cover pinkies. Bummer.
Thanks SupaMario. I'm in HESG too, and have a good feeling about it.
I liked your Freudian typo: "Looks like we're getting positioned for another fun." ;0)
Agreed. I find your posts very interesting. Thank you.
Wasn't me, Ryno. I don't give advice on when to buy or sell.
I'm not qualified to analyze the workings of the MM's. But I will say that I tend to think some of the phenomena attributed to them is actually due to other causes.
Not a dumb question. My guess is that many traders did exactly what you did today - they sold and bought back in at least one time. I believe many bought into this stock on Friday in anticipation of the numbers coming out in a PR today. Once the update came indicating that the numbers will be out at a later date, many believed the pps would decline, and sold. Many of those probably bought back in later in the day at a lower pps. All this trading is reflected in today's volume. I believe many who sold today and did not buy back in will do so at a later date in anticipation of the PR containing the numbers.
You are to be congratulated for successfully "flipping" shares today. It is generally considered a very risky thing to do. Typically I'm a holder. I sold the majority of my shares at .0002, making a profit, and leaving myself with free shares that I continue to hold. If I'd held all my .0001's I'd really be sitting pretty. But as a rule in penny stocks it is wise to get back your initial investment, and that is what I did. I'm not worried about the decline in the pps today as I think Magellan is a real company with real earnings, and I expect to see the pps rise when the numbers come out.
As for the opinions expressed on the boards, expect the full gamut from buy to sell, with a big dose of "scam" on the side. Half the fun is trying to figure out what people are up to.
Great post, JP. Thanks.
In my opinion it doesn't have to be filled. Chartists will probably disagree. I believe the "gap effect" is purely psychological. If enough people believe that a gap must be filled, the expectation can put pressure on a stock. But I don't see any reason a gap that was left "open" needs to be filled once the pps has moved far higher. Most open orders placed on that day would have long since been canceled.
I remember reading lists of stocks in which gaps were never filled, but I don't have any of those lists. Just my opinion. As I say, lots of people will probably disagree.
Happy birthday! Welcome to IHub.
Lol. The best thing about the MGLG roller coaster is that it has multiple chain lifts, so the hills can keep getting higher.
Relax.
First doom and gloom post of the day.
I'd hate to speculate about something that might be off topic.
Thanks. Can't wait to get back on the MGLG ride on Monday.
Let me review the salient points from your 32 posts today:
The company is diluting.
The company has no money.
The company is milking the momo.
A different oil company's CEO is being sentenced for fraud and if this company is doing the same it is only a matter of time before everyone in this company faces the same.
The SEC is cracking down on pinkie companies.
You wouldn't be surprised to see this stock halted.
An R/S is inevitable.
If this stock starts to drop on Monday there will be no escape for investors.
The company has no choice but to enact an R/S.
The restricted shares are being released into the float now.
The company is issuing more shares to replace the restricted shares.
The company is dumping.
The stock is currently overpriced.
Market manipulators may be creating fake volume.
The A/S is totally toxic.
The O/S can change at any time.
You are concerned for people who buy at these prices.
The share structure is out of control.
The volume can not be sustained legitimately.
There is only speculation about this stock, and that is dangerous.
This stock reminds you of CMKX which had nothing to show for all its claims.
The company is playing games with the O/S, which is a red flag.
You do not own any shares of MGLG.
Legitimate oil and gas production companies do not come out of pinkyland.
You hope for the sake of investors that the SEC is investigating this company.
There is suspicious activity in this stock.
This company does not seem legit.
You have no agenda or motive.
You did not create the negative concerns about this stock.
Something is not right with this company.

And now let me refer you back to my post.

Thank you for the illustration.
And please, NO PUKING!
Well, whatever you do, please remain seated in the car!
No hands!!!! :-O
The thing about the MGLG roller coaster is that it doesn't have just one hill with a chain lift. It has multiple lifts, so that the first hill isn't the highest. And you can't see all that far ahead, so even the experts can't predict what is coming. Now THAT's exciting.
I used to work summers at an amusement park and occasionally got to run the roller coaster. This is a lot more exciting!
On June 2nd when this stock was trading between .0003 and .0006 he implied that this company is not reputable and said that anyone who bought in at that level had a very limited chance of getting their principle back. He said there is no chance this stock will see a great run and most if not all of the newbies in this stock would lose their principle.

And condolences to Vartok.
Any second zis is going to go bœaumme!!!
The poster in question showed up today at 11:59. The stock went down at 10:49.
The poster in question showed up today at 11:57 AM. The stock had been holding at .0014 and .0015 for about an hour. It first dropped back to .0013 at 11:50, and again at 11:54. I've seen this many times with various posters who are subsequently credited with bringing a stock down. In my opinion more often they move in once they see a dip happening.
Quite often such folks show up AFTER a stock starts going down. But it can sometimes create the impression that they had something to do with it.
Actually there have only been 21,591 posts on this board. So even if every one of them predicted a PR this week or next, and you had a dime for each one of them, you'd only have $2,159.10.
I hope you enjoyed it.
In two trading days we just passed the volume record for the entire month of May. Until now last month held the record for volume with 3.54 billion shares traded in the entire month of May. Prior to that the record had been July of 2008 with 1.47 billion. But Friday's volume plus today's volume thus far is over 3.55 billion shares traded. Quite amazing.
Pretty amazing volume today considering that the month of May was a record volume month at 3,541,260,500 shares traded, and we got more than three-quarters that amount of volume just today.

Blue used to be my favorite color, but you know, I think I like green more now. ;0)
I show 707,048,898 traded at .0002 today.
Sorry about that, Micorad. I misread the chart. Today is the highest volume day ever for SNRS. I mistakenly had read the volume for the entire month of May, which was a bit over 3 billion. The second highest volume day was June 1st with a volume of 1.584 billion.
I'm mistaken. There was a heavier volume day on May 1. Today is the second largest. But pretty impressive.
EDIT' Oops. I was right the first time. Today is the highest volume day.
Largest volume in SNRS history. Any speculation that the United Power Solar deal has been signed?
Lots of doom and gloom rumors today, and heavy volume. Ended up 33%.
