Yes indeed...sounds good to me, been out of town for a while. I am truly surprised that our share price hasn't dropped out.
Averaging down within HDC is not a good choice but in other pennies you can get a way with that. As far as I'm concerned January was simply William Quirk and family month. As you know if one has been around a stock for years you kind of get used to how it trades. This one can stick it to you in a heartbreak.
It s my fault for staying in this and not using my head.
.06 average is good compared to my .20 x 340k. I mean even if we had a super run and you were holding a couple million shares I'm still holding the bag however if I were to get lucky and see .05 and dump I might at least kiss around $17k with a $50+k loss. $17k would give me some play money for pennies, I'm on restriction by my boss : ) no more play money so I need to make this work or beg : (
His resignation means absolutely nothing except a chair for a new director to sit in.
In 2 month I'll be incarcerated in HDC prison for 15 years!!......and just to think I didn't commit any crime.
That sure explains everything, thank you.
I gather 10-Q & 10-K filings would require a registered public accounting firm? That no one within HDC has the ability to file those but able to file things such as a 8-K.
I can't figure why HDC is even filing 8-K's when they are on the pinks.
It is possible that on 1-26-18 Quirk dumped his holdings, and McGovern, Delmonte, Morrison and Murphy finally bought their options?
However?
Patent Maintenance Fees
To receive a patent, you must apply through the USPTO. After your patent is granted, you are required to pay patent maintenance fees three and one-half years, seven and one-half years and 11 and one-half years after the date of first application. Patent fees increase at each due date and they vary, depending upon whether the patent holder is classified as a small entity by the USPTO. The USPTO defines a small entity as a person, non-profit organization or small business, "...who has not assigned, granted, conveyed, or licensed, and is under no obligation under contract or law to assign, grant, convey, or license, any rights in the invention." The patent office will not notify you personally when the fee is due, but the office issues a weekly list of patents for which maintenance fees are currently payable. Maintenance fees may be paid up to six months in advance.
Patent Expiration
There is a six-month grace period after the due date of patent maintenance fees during which your patent will not expire. If you pay during this period, you will be subject to a late payment surcharge. Failure to pay during this time, however, will cause your patent to expire.
Patent Reinstatement
Patents may be reinstated up to two years after expiration due to nonpayment. To qualify for reinstatement, the patent holder must demonstrate that the nonpayment was unavoidable or unintentional. Examples of "unavoidable" patent late payments might occur when the patent holder is debilitated by surgery or has died and his heirs did not realize the payment must be made. The late fees for unavoidable non-payments are lower, but require documentation. "Unintentional" late payments do not require documentation and are accepted at the discretion of the patent office. However, your rights to the patent are not protected while the patent is expired. 35 U.S.C. 41(c)(2) states that someone who sells an expired patent when it expires due to nonpayment is not subject to charges of patent infringement. After your patent is reinstated, however, others may not sell the item.
_______
Do you remember some people in the message thread stating that HDC Attorney's are in charge or rather are securing or watching these patents? So what really gives here? No money yet the Authorized shares are about 400 million right?
Any possible buyout would be less than .08 cent per share! I think it is easy to see but more so when you check and see how many patents they have allowed to expire due to "non payment" of typical maintenance up keep.
and HDC shares were still in the bucket so I could not sell my positions in HDC in order to buy into NEO. I think their share price was moving between .75 - 1.25 at that time.
I wonder??? ...wishful thinking
I'm not totally sure now days but believe that is an old BIO of him. I recall him with Millennium Partners years ago, many???
Yes that is so depending upon what hat one puts on. I also wonder how much involvement he had with the licensing deal. I had always wondered did he live up to his end as contracted? If he separated prematurely from helping NEO and Dr. Albitar then just maybe HDC started the breach of contract? Could it be that NEO was done with us way back in 2014?
I am kind of shocked that the share price hasn't dropped out yet but a welcome sight!
No amount of lawsuits put on Intel will have any affect towards any settlement as I see it. I do recall that Intel had to modify that patent at least 3 times prior to the Patent office would allow it. I hope like heck that out patent portfolio is worth enough to do far more than just keep the doors of the company somewhat open as in is the glass 1/1000 full or empty?
When you take personalities out of business (as it should always be)then just maybe NEO might settle and begin payment or perhaps scarf up our patent portfolio however I don't feel good about that happening.
I haven't looked at the details with warrants nor do I have a good handle on that but to me for the stock price to somewhat level out (as it looks) is it possible a few million were purchased? I just don't see NEW retail buyers holding the share price as it has been lately? Since we are a pink sheet and have been you might wonder as I do why HDC has submitted any SEC filings? I mean now is the hide and go seek game where maybe things are getting lined up nicely or perhaps I'm dreaming again. I can't believe after 15 years I'm still holding for a chance with this technology as it rapidly ages like me.
Reference "SVM Capital" does anyone know if Moore is finally gone or has he snuck away like the unworthy director I think he is.
....So we get those people like Moore who did nothing referencing SVM Capital and of course Dr. Albitar and what do they do? They work in HDC then go to work for another entity and then we are left with not even crumbs.
It seems the Barnhill shuffle is still alive. Lets see what dance McGovern is going to do.
After studying the possibilities either way I don't see a problem unless something other than Spectre/Meltdown...I gather this is what you are indicating involving HDC or any company for that manner. I have 3 machine here and only 1 with the "possibility" of a reboot problem. It is the 6700K btw and have been working with this subject off and on for about 8 hours so far simply because any file updates, bios and or hardware coupled in a network can cause and re-create BS depending on how much freedom you delicate to each computer.
In general this is a big deal that has shock waves even when controlled/mastered later. My take on this was to have started back in June 20017 and if it weren't for you I may have let this possible problem bounce around all this year.
Networks can be backed up but with the possible in the hardware mixes becomes a crappier problem to deal with. As you know with lager corporations we are talking big time maintenance and a wondering thought and decisions on future contracts and purchase.
With HDC I see very little problem and just maybe a PLUS...meaning all the more reason existing and future hardware may very well need better hardware and of course SVM algorithms etc however, other than crazy a$$ hijacking of computer information and computers who is to say this wasn't purposely design to push for new hardware and help generate another high end push to the economy. I know the people I taught DOS to years ago are administrators and they just shake their heads at the cost and monies to keep Microsoft software. They felt my buddy Bill Gate has held everyone hostage. My self I just say Bill go for it you made the economy boom as to computer/software in the super late 80's and the 90's was something else. There are many other proven operating systems but where the push and shove is at is where things will always be.
So again Intel is just pushing and pushing and as you know it is hard to just throw away a massive product line and yes that were very quite about it and if it wasn't for Google who knows just how long before we were to focus on these issues. We are moving faster and faster in this world as the pace speeds in Nanoseconds.
The Intel patent issue? I still believe Intel supersized that patent but I hope not as need some type of break besides being broken all the time.
If I didn't touch on your thoughts let me know? I can't see the forest for the tree these days or however that goes? :)
Correction Administrator - Software
RE: Meltdown-Spectre......No doubt not the first nor last time that I will put foot in my mouth. I just read the article about it and glad I did.
Intel knew the heat was generating but they just had to put it out their. Now I haven't read any of the articles but watching the voltages climb I just shook my (I believe mid/late 2016 and built 6700K System since my wife still wanted to use WIN7 operating system. That Z170 chipset had me going for a few sleep nights. I love that V-NAND SSD M.2 but refused setting that up in Raid this time, DDR4 3400'S ETC...I'm getting a bit old still messing with this stuff but still love to play.
You are absolutely correct but even our newest CEO, McGovern thinks Kevin is worth wild in keeping around. One hand will wash the other just wait and see.
It is next to impossible to place blame on our newest CEO but also understand my view involving the CEO prior, and with that he wasn't being paid a nickel so I can't really blame him either.
The share structure sucks but is doable provided that we have excellent Management and direct- constant income from NEO due to licensing as we had thought but when we easily look back at our past I just see that HDC management has ALWAYS been our stake in the heart.
I am as said prior not knowledgeable with the in depth of our patents but feel as though our patents mean very little as to real income. I feel as though the rest of the world has found newer incorporated ways around us and many of our patents have expired. I KNOW it is safe to say HDC has NOT maintained patent(s) maintenance fees <--- my personal view.
Who or what within this company knows anything about the fine interactions and mixes of our patents? Who has ANY ability to sell/lease licensing of our patents? I don't want to hear jack sh.t about our patent attorneys simply (as I said years ago) because our management and or our patent attorneys were not in tune to the trouble brewing with the Intel patent to start with. I mentioned years ago that I thought this problem stated during the employment of Mr. Tobin. It seems Barnhill and Mr. Tobin were at each others throat. I have always thought without proof that blame was shifted at Mr. Tobins but the deep seated problem was never found. Sure later the suit about slander but what was the main problem generated from? was it a mistake involving the Intel/HDC patent.
I'm still holding out, what else can I do. I see zero future even if we were to win both. I think NEO will drop us ASAP especially if they found a way around our technologies. I hope not and hope they pay us and the same as to Intel but even so we are still dead in the water. What direction the company to go next? Who in the company understands our technologies? I should not have ask that one!
I see another 15 year wait.............. I don't even think a buyout would raise the share price enough for me to even break even. I figure at the most .10 if that? Would NEO be better off buying our patent portfolio????
Pleas do comment on my last post and also I did NOT understand impairments prior recent posts. I am not saying that NEO didn't screw us since all we have known here is to get screwed ESPECIALLY from HDC
BTW thank you for your kindness..........
anyways, I checked many NEO filings and I am NOT rocket scientist I'm the one they strap to the outside of the rocket :)
Anyways from many filings of NEO I can see that the intangibles started with the contract deal with HDC. Mind you that HDC was NOT the only corporation identified as intangible assets.
Another interesting find was that they hired a 3rd party to deal with intangibles and tangible in order to define impairments.
We meaning you and I already know that they were still considered a young company and did not need to deal or perhaps wasn't on top of understanding or maybe they became to large/expandable in a short time needing a 3rd party that could understand or deal with intangibles etc.
I do have a question or thoughts about many things too but what in the world to do at this point just totally sucks! just how was the impairment developed referencing HDC technologies in true fairness and where in he11 was HDC management during all this time. Did HDC actually know? I would also like to know how many times did HDC approach NEO and how many times has NEO explained to HDC the crap is out the window?
Everyone here already know how many times HDC management hasn't been forth coming so was the 2 one year extensions two more years that HDC could push BS down the road before their hand were forced to defend shareholders. Look if it weren't over BQ shares would still be active, simply said.
So now we have new management and as you know they can not nor should be blamed for the past. I gather they will baby this until we recognize we are already 6 feet under.
King- here you go especially the last paragraph <-my focus

It is hard to find humor involving "The Barnhill shuffle" as I used to say but was on to him in his pot venture early on, his son etc and of course all the old director/officers of Direct Wireless. They were all successful with Mr. Braswell a clear straight forward who became very successful. The old CEO Wilson or William was finally successful in the shrimping business but finally failed. I would need to recheck my records (which isn'y worth it) but believe it was one of the hurricanes or diseases that pretty much put him out of business, as of today he is 6 feet under.
Bankruptcy - HDC
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=78584340
If it can be proven that NEO may have had a hand in driving HDC into bankruptcy then I would double my holding even after all the mess we have seen and felt over the years.
My guestimate $3-$6 million + breach......Even so there is nothing to hold share price up so the massive selling between .04-.07 would lead us right back into crap. The company name "Health Discovery Corp" is finishes regardless.
Do recall even BQ had hope to sell this company and be done with it.
As for peak share price .10
Dreaming "me" .20 and I'm even since May 2003.
This is the final catalyst to breaking HDC the rest of the way down as simply said.
----- Dr. Albitar -----
re: they can't dilute??
They sure can the authorized shares are 450,000,000
As for Academy Capital Management.... they held shares prior and lost their a$$.
Is their good news as such? In our case that is probably all it would amount to and as for a buyout maybe .05 per share if that. I still hold 340k shares with first buys way back in May 2003. We were called "Direct Wireless". I had better not go into the same old stories so lets hope and poke as some of us have and try and break even but .20 NOPE we will NEVER see it!
Actually I did the first share count and recall talking direct with the VP and emails of shares from officers of the company. This is probably my 4 alias used here. I do recall "King" :)
The share count was done over in RB which is no longer as it was.
Probably shares left over from BQ and family.eom
I forgot to mention, the higher brokerage standards the more they shy away from these crap shoots but probably too much of a headache and inconsistencies...not worth the time or money.
Of course this message and the other yesterday are things/knowledge you already know.
It isn't uncommon with a sub penny plus the fact HDVY fails to be consistent with SEC filings. There are "several levels" of a OTC stock when it becomes a "pinksheet" and this information is available within those security entities.
Just a note … my best trading/securities friend was a black dude who lives in Maryland. I recall when he would talk about Bill Gates and all his money….my friend would say he doesn’t needed all that money that and no man should be able to have that much money. I would reply to my friend and just say he earned it, look at how he has moved the economy and to say the least look at the massive foundations and world help he has done and continues to do along with his wife. I would ask my friend what is the dollar amount a company or a man should be able to have? I finally asked him if he was a democrat or republican – of course that is easily seen just by comments. Anyways, since INTEL is hoarding billions of dollars then maybe they should just give all that money to democrats who feel they have too much money. When in the world could anyone every say someone or some company has too much money like my friend used to say.
All this is not personal between you and I, I just saw the word hoard and thought about my old friend.
Now personally I am retired on SS and a pension and nothing more and it is up to me alone to make my millions or not. I lost $480k in the market and have nothing left and it is my fault no one else’s. So if I never make a dime again or perhaps luck out in stock plays or lottery it becomes my money and my alone.
Truth of the matter as to how I see the Barnhill shuffle is simply this....existing directors lacked the ability the send his butt down the road before the company got ruined however without Barnhill during all that time who in heck within HDC knew anything to encompass the various SVM technology. You also can look at it another way too...since everyone is getting a check and or options or no pay and just options who in the world would even push this company toward any real profitability. Probably one of the large areas of concern is simple... meaning our technology "ONLY enhanced" other technology /tools. In other words when only a small portion SVM is added to other technologies it is just an enhancement NOT a new product. Yes we should or was under the understanding that NeoGenomic Corporation was to have made a product directly for us and they were to also handle the sale/distribution. People just don't get it that even "if" we had a product we were a joke and were not and never will be able to sell/distribute any real product even if NeoGenomic handed us a product on a GOLD platter. My only hope and poke after 14 years or close to that was to have broke even in this company.
As to Intel as far as I see that it has always appeared that Intel super sized the patent in question but what appears to suck someone within HDC was not watching these patents when things got fouled up many years ago. I believe Weston was years ahead of so many involving the patents but left loop holes in several areas and each time Intel submitted the application it was knocked down by the patent offices 3 times but they finally got it right. So again I feel Intel supper sized the patents and as usual we are sitting on the bench in a losing ball game however, I still can't throw in the towel.
It is hard to understand my posts but if you go back many years ago it might make some sense??? At any rate have hope to possibly break even but pretty much doubt that but will state clearly we will never make a stock price even close to .25@ in a million years. We simply have nothing of any big value this late in the game as the rest of the world has caught up with our technologies and have even supper sized it. Just follow the directors and so many that have come and gone and check out the patents they are doing now and within what company. We are an F"in joke!...you can not blame any existing management as they are all new! This may possibly just serve as a shell company once Intel and NeoGenomic get done with us however, even if we were to win both Intel and NeoGenomic the money would get ate up by new management, paying out share base - preferred shares and if anything is left they could file bankruptcy or push the remaining money in a new direction.
Hey I'm all ears and fumbling fingers so who ever wishes to say their two cents on this please do so.
...one other thing...when will HDC send Moore down the road or at least tell us that don't know that he has left the building like
Barnhill.
Well??? it looks like you, Stone Money and myself, no doubt we can at least do the same job as these directors are doing, I mean making a phone call or two isn't hard to do.
Actually we should be enjoying Thanksgiving and Christmas like HDVY management is doing.
I am wrong about Mark A Moore being our CEO in 2012 he was just a COO doing very little if anything.
Hey there....I think he knows that...check out the USPTO as to the following patents and see what you think is going on beside maintenance. Why would some of these patents go from a small entity to a large entity. or should I say a request to do so?
7117188
7299213
7318051
7353215
7444308
7617163
7624074
7542959
7475048 and so forth?
Yes he was our CEO in 2012 as I recall...do wish I wouldn't remember such things, I'm pissed to think he has total control of the SVM Capital LLC and to think our new CEO "Ole George" won't call his bluff or at least put out a 8-K stating Moore has been cut loose from HDVY.
I have been rotting here since May of 2003....btw what really sucks even if SVM Capital was to have made it the HDVY corporation owned like 45% of SVM Capital however. If SVM Capital were to only receive 1% of the new corporation that Moore started with the partners how much is that 1% and we receive so 45% of 1% what is that in real dollars?
SOS different day!
