Jury Trial - Court makes order judgement to allow Mowery to testify
Obviously, they have not been holding trial activities each and every non-holiday weekday, so it is difficult to determine EXACTLY what day the trial will conclude, but it looks like it will definitely be completed this month.
There is a pretty good chance that the court is adjourned last week until Monday because the plaintiff has now completed presenting their side of the case, and the defendant begun presenting their side of the case last Monday (9/8/2014).
In case I've not yet made it clear, I've spent something close to $100 acquiring court documents which I have made available to everyone. I followed grifter24's lead on that, and Joe (among others) have kicked in some bucks as well.
Now, how about some other people step up and help out?
I've made it very clear how to help with this post:

Here is a copy the most recent court documents available for download. All of those highlighted in yellow have already been acquired and are listed above.
The Minute Orders for each trial day will likely provide the most useful information although it is anyone's guess what will be found in documents with "Unknown" contents.

If you do not already have an account on Scribd.com, or don't want to use your account to provide access to the PDF file, e-mail it scribd4ihub@yahoo.com, and I will upload it to Scribd for you.
If you e-mail a PDF file to that e-mail account, please leave a message here on iHub that it is there so I will know to go look for it. Because I created that e-mail account just for this purpose, I don't look at that e-mail account without having a reason.
Um... can you help us connect the dots a bit better?
Your only reference states:
DNAX AUTHORIZED SHARES INCREASED TO OVER 6 BILLION
If I understand your business model correctly, you purchase product at retail pricing, and then re-sell LOTS OF PRODUCT it on Amazon at slightly higher than retail pricing for people who cannot acquire that product locally. Is that correct?
If I bought one of your DNA cans on Amazon, it would cost me $8.62 ($3.95 + $4.67 shipping). I would never do that because I can drive to a QuikTrip store and buy the same can for at 2 for $3.00. However, I happen to live where the product is available locally. Everyone does not have that option, and I believe that Amazon products are available worldwide so someone in Pakistan could possibly buy your can of DNA.
It sounds like you buy your product base on a WIDE basis and sell on a SHALLOW basis, which means that you do not necessarily move lots of any one product, but you do move lots of products when you add up all of what gets sold because of your wide selection that you offer. That is a perfectly good business model! Although it may not contribute hugely to DNA's sales, it IS six more cans of product that they will sell this year and the way to sell more product is typically one can at a time. I applaud your efforts!
BECOMING A BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTOR
Can anyone tell me the original source of the background information on the DNA management that is shown in the iBox for this forum?
A URL link is preferred, but even a description of where the information was originally found would be helpful.
