ALKO, who is making cereal breakfast drinks with RiSolubles(NTRZ's highest priced brean) has new competition. But, sometimes a new trend and new competitors brings in more business. About 30 years ago they started putting groups of competing fast food chains in the same location. It has worked out fine, despite my first thoughts.

ted
I have been following it roughly. And assuming that the after hours trade is one buyer, and assuming he is buying nothing more on the open market he has about 6,120,000 shares. I think 8,500,000 would make him a 5% holder. NTRZ sees all those transactions and maybe knows who and why. At the current rate he has about 19 days to be 5% if he averages 120,000 shares per day and if the above conditions fit.
So, a lot of ifs.
This could bode well for NTRZ's cereal.

Welcome to all the new faces, coyle, charger, tedk, and loanranger!!
Charger, I feel that no letter out today is good news.NTRZ established a rhythm with Olga and Kody's letters 4 week a part. What that makes me think is that news might be out next week. I feel putting out a letter later today, tomorrow or even Monday would not be the best timing with the 4th weekend a huge travel weekend.
So, how is that for turning nothing into potential good news? LOL The fact that the stock, on a closing basis, is up 28% is a good sign, so far. Testing the bottom is not unusual.

A lot of wheat to be stabilized--good crop
U.S. wheat stocks up 118%, corn up, soybeans down
(World-Grain.com, June 30, 2009)
WASHINGTON, D.C., U.S. — Wheat stored in all positions on June 1 totaled 667 million bushels, up 118% from 305.8 million bushels on June 1, 2008, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) said in its June 30 Grain Stocks report.

Wheat harvest in full swing throughout Kansas
(World-Grain.com, June 30, 2009)
MANHATTAN, KANSAS, U.S. — The Kansas Wheat Commission reported on June 30 that wheat harvest is in full swing throughout the state after a weekend of extreme heat and dry conditions.
According to Matthew Vajnar at the Ottawa Coop, roughly 270,000 bushels have been taken in as of June 29. Test weights are averaging out to about 58 pounds per bushel with moisture levels averaging 13%. Yields are averaging out in the low 40's with protein levels averaging about 10.25. Vajnar estimates that harvest is about 40% complete in the area.
Jay Armstrong, Kansas Wheat Commissioner from Muscotah, Kansas, U.S., said that northeast Kansas is wrapping up its wheat harvest. Armstrong said he expects an average yield in northeast Kansas of about 50 bushels per acre. Test weights average 60 pounds per bushel.
At Cargill Ag Horizons in Salina, Kansas, U.S. Gary Grasser reports that so far 6 million bushels of wheat have been taken in with average test weights around 60 pounds per bushel. Moisture levels are averaging out at around 12%, with yields averaging around 50 bushels per acre. Protein levels are good ranging anywhere from 9 to 14.
Near Downs, Kansas, U.S. Steve Doane, Kansas Association of Wheat Growers director, said wheat yields have been variable, averaging about 45 bushels per acre. However, test weights are excellent, ranging from 61 to 64 pounds per bushel, he said. He said the wheat harvest is nearly complete throughout his area of north central Kansas. Fuller, Post Rock and Santa Fe varieties have been leading the pack, he adds.
Roughly 2.5 million bushels have been harvested so far, according to Gary Friesen at Scott Cooperative in Scott City, Kansas, U.S. Test weights in the area are averaging out to be 60 or more pounds per bushel, with yields averaging around 40. Moisture levels are mostly in the 12% range with a few loads being somewhat more wet, he said. Protein levels appear to be good in most cases

Welcome double eagle--uponthedge--The other board was a lot of fun, but two many spammers ruined it. Many, including myself got away from the subject matter too often and yahoo does not seem to care about courtesy. Much of normal behavior over there is not accepted here. Both boards need something to talk about. That board has some of the best posters I have ever sen, but their posts get lost in between the spam.
NTRZ should have a great future and two or more boards for discussion won't hurt. I will still post over there pro NTRZ posts if some of the spam dies down.
edge
It will be fun when NTRZ makes the iHub most active board. I think a wheat deal will be first, just my guess. Glad you came over, Yahoo had degenerated for it's own policies.
Today I think many investors are discouraged that Z did not put out another letter. They had established a rhythm with the letters being about 4 week a apart.
xry
Nobody knows anything officially. We do know that NTRZ is temporarily cash strapped and a $1,000,000 payment is due tomorrow ro preferred shareholders. The last payment was met. NTRZ was supposed to be cash flow positive in Q2, but with the legal fees in re-filing etc. I would guess Q 3. But, when you look at many start up companies losing money hand over fist, NTRZ being near cash flow positive in tremendous in my opinion. NTRZ's temporary cash problems are attributed to Wells Fargo not loaning NTRZ more money because of re-filing. I heard a rumor that Z did like dealing with them anyway.
I like to post my favorite chart. DDRX(coffee stock) that had been losing money like crazy and went cash flow positive and sold Gloria Jeans Coffee Beans, and look at the stock in the past 4 months--incredible.

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=DDRX&p=D&yr=1&mn=0&dy=0&id=p67840918117
I don't think NTRZ will go up to $11.50 in four months to compare to DDRX's move. Different situation, more shares for Z,etc. But potential is here with a wheat deal and pharma deal completed to have a great 6 months from here.
But we have heard about the potential for 3 years now and few results. I am betting on results now. But the stock is not priced that way. Let's hope the bears are wrong.

Welcome Jimmy, 4jacks and Mike. Speculation is all we got right now, sad. If we don't get a letter this week, I'd say a big PR is coming next week. If the stock on a closing basis goes up 237% like after Kody's letter, i will take it. that would put Z at 52 cents.

NTRZ-.................................................
I wish I could tell you guys all I know.. I have been honking the NTRZ horn for what seems like 30 years and nobody believes me anymore anyway, lol. I believe a wheat stabilization deal will be announced with-in 60 days. The re-filing may be holding it up. Quite possible that it will be with a huge international corporation that may become a strategic partner and supply all the cash.. I would not be surprised to see a gap up to $1.00 on the announcement.
Chinese Basket Babies...................
Maybe I could call them Chinese basket cases, lol. Each of these
stocks is under $1.00 and no way would I put a lot of money on any one
of them, but I do believe the China will outperform the USA in coming
years. I know many disagree, but I don't want to start a political
discussion.
Below I will post 7 stocks from China, all under $1.00 and I like at
least one thing about each chart. Fundamentals are scarce on some of
these and the Chinese seem to fudge estimates more than Bernie Madoff
at times, so I trust the charts more anyway. I will post the stock,
Fridays closing price and what I like about the chart. I will in
theory buy 100 shares of each for easy figuring and post weekly how
they are doing. Today they total $295 with 100 shares each. I could
weight it to a even dollar amount, but I am lazy.

What a boring week.....
Most of the big gainers today were not breakouts, but rather stocks that had fallen the last week and just made up some of the gain. I suspect that "the boyz" created a false commodities rally the last couple of weeks to hide the fact they were selling other stocks? I can change on a dime, but I am not in now, except for my cash piggie.

Out for now...........................the only stock I own. is my cash pig, NTRZ. This dust has to settle first. I buy mainly high beta stocks and they got killed yesterday and hit many stops. Now that I said that, the market will explode to the upside tomorrow, lol. Overseas has it basically unchanged tonight.
