Good day to buy. The pps is really getting hammered.
Maybe next week will bring some more news.
Seems like today their's a sale on MLXO, I think I'll take another 100k.
Thanks for sharing, your calculations make sense to me. I think we can all agree that this is a safe buying range, imo anyway.
Email from the company.
Hi *****,
Moriah Capital did not have any convertible debt agreement with Michelex. However, Moriah’s convertible note is only with Pristine Pharma; to pay back or convert at 36 months or whenever Pristine achieves >$1.0 million in EBITDA during the 36 months, into Pristine’s shareholding at Pristine’s valuation of eight times the EBITDA or 20% of Pristine, whichever is lowest.
Please look for the PR for the facility update.
Regards,
IR TEAM

You make good points, and, you are right, their are unanswered questions. However, everyone investing in pinks hopefully realizes the amount of risk that generally involved. Perhaps going forward the company will take steps to become more transparent, especially in matters such as this.
Thanks for the information. I'm one of the ones who came in around late December, so I had no idea.
Yes it's next to impossible for companies to head down a different direction without aquiring debt. So, as long as the management continues to act responsibly, and doesn't leverage us to the hilt, I think we're on a good path. Just my opinion though.
I agree, tangible assets will pay off. Especially manufacturing assets in the pharmaceutical industry. I mean there will always be a market for these products.
Not much going on today. Looks like we're getting short on sellers. That's probably a good sign.
You're probably right.
I agree, I bought pretty low anyway. Worth hanging on to just to see what happens, imo anyway. Maybe a month, maybe a year, maybe never, who knows.
Well because he' a... well his nickname says it all doesn't it.
Would be a good Valentines day present. A nice, long, and detailed PR, I'm waiting for ya.
Great picture of the Space Needle!
People working late I see. lol Doesn't look like I've missed much today. I think the weather may be alil better next week, sure would be great opportunity to have a grand opening celebration. Can't be far now.
When I started investing in XLPI, I thought it hadn't taken any products to market and had no revenues. How much lubrillon was previously sold by the company? At one time did they derive any significant revenues from these sales?
Anything anyone could tell me will be greatly appreciated. Not that I'm expecting a move, I'm just curious.
Here's an MSDS on Lubrillon, if anyone's interested. I see an address in Texas, any idea if it was a plant or warehouse? Is anyone around from those days?

I'm just assuming that if Parsons would have thought anything else of Bill's was promising that he would've already aquired it. You may want to check with CPWY, I haven't inquired about any plans regarding XLPI. Haven't heard from Bill in awhile either.
Only chance is for someone to buy the shell. Who knows, maybe one day it'll be worth alot under someone else.
In the last communications I had with Bill he stated that himself and XLPI were no longer in any way connected with XPGH. I don't know why he didn't continue a relationship with XPGH, but I doubt CPWY would be interested in Lubillon. I think that's the last product that XLPI has, except for maybe the E-85 conversion kit.
I agree. I hope the company does make it to more ligitimate exchanges, hopefully the NASDAQ. If and when that happens, the SEC will probably put a stop to all of these inside plays.
Guess we'll just have to wait and see, who knows, maybe someone will even take over XLPI one day and we can make money there too.
To everyone here, good luck!
I don't know about you but if I get a chance I'll sell at a dollar. I'm just not certain anymore that the company isn't a scam. I don't understand how they could be doing anything, and not have an investor relations department. The other board claims they don't release information because of bashing, but looks like the insiders would benefit far more than we would. It just doesn't add up. But, hey, it's not like I'm a proffessional investor, so what do I know.
They're understaffed and don't usually care about the OTC. After all, companies such as this are common on these exchanges.
DMNM is a perfect example of a company that defrauded investors, more so than Bill Smith and XLPI.
I haven't been able to put anything together concerning this company so far this year. Not being able to find any patents registered to them, all I can surmise is that they're nothing more than glorified biofuel brokers.
Well when it hits the .40-.50 on news of revenues I'll relinquish my criticism of management's compensation. Since their are many on this board that are apparently trading on information that the rest of us aren't privilaged to, why not inform us as well? I've heard 5.00/share many times. Is that just pure speculation, or is that based on something the company currently working on?
We know who the insiders are don't we. They are so bullish, either they're fools, or they're trading on information we don't have. I wonder which one it is, and I really wonder what they're trading on. I also believe that the company disclosure stated voting rights for common stock, to bad we can't exercise them.
Looks like things are setting up for a run. The only questions are how long and how high will the run be.
I'm not against the management, I'm just not sold on the idea that they're worth 200k. I'm glad that the current team has gotten us this far, I just hope that this is not as far as we are going to go.
By the way, I thought that the the company had a forth board member serving as CFO. What became of him?
Well, not many people selling at this ridiculous price.
My provider is saying volume is only 223,119, can anyone verify that?
Very good article, thanks for posting.
Well considering they control the majority of the voting rights, it's not much we can do about them. But, like I said earlier, I agree that such a level of compensation is just d*** ridiculous. My holdup is the company's assets. They don't even own their corporate offices, and yet they find $600,000 for executive compensation. 2010 was a hard year, I understand that, maybe 2011 will change my view and convince me that the management is worth every cent. Let's hope so.
I agree that the compensation is completely ridiculous, but I like the course towards transparency that they're setting. I also see that we have voting rights, I had no idea. I'm still not sold on the solar, but, since they really have no assets anyway, I see how they could expand rapidly across the country without much expense. That is if they manage to get people to buy their fuel again.
Do you know what plant, or at least which state?
If this is correct, this is great news. Florida Power and Light is a good company, and they honor their contracts to the letter. I always enjoyed dealing with them.
The reason I referenced the 2009 report is because the same thing happened in 2008, and that it was the commodity market of 2008 that the report was based on. They called it a bubble, I beleive it was demand driven. They say it popped, I say it was merely spillover from the economic meltdown.
It goes up, it goes down, now it's back up. I sure hope that we'll be saying the same about CPWY in a bit.
No it's not a joke. If you understood ethanol you would realize that the distillers grain is used by farmers as a CHEAP feed. What is 75% of the grain used for? Yes that's correct, feed. The distillers grain can be dried and exported as well.
Their's also a report put out by the British government in 2009 dismissing the ethanol food caused shortage claims.
Again the key is that the corn is not (human) food-grade. Ethanol just extracts more value from the same bushel. Now ethanol's fuel value, well, it's like XPGH I suppose, got to have that subsidy.
Everytime grain goes up they start the crusade against ethanol. It's just something to sell papers.
The only hope we have is for some company to buy XLPI for the technologies XLPI owns.
This company APPEARS to have ceased operations.
If I can find out what state and what utility I should be abe to verify it. Depending on what state it's in, and on which company owns the plant.
Though, you are probably correct, it's probably someone trying to pump the stock for whatever reason. Can't blame us for hoping. lol
.25 and I definatly may take some profit out.
