Well considering they control the majority of the voting rights, it's not much we can do about them. But, like I said earlier, I agree that such a level of compensation is just d*** ridiculous. My holdup is the company's assets. They don't even own their corporate offices, and yet they find $600,000 for executive compensation. 2010 was a hard year, I understand that, maybe 2011 will change my view and convince me that the management is worth every cent. Let's hope so.
