I agree with you on this board. I usually just lurk. And I did here too from May to July when the Dr. was announced. Then I got excited but was still skeptical. I put some of my questions on the board, like the competition and some other units I have seen, and I got lit up a little bit. But not too bad.
People are defensive about their ticker. Even when you simply ask questions. It's not too bad here. People actually post DD instead of just emotional blasting and insults.
There are always going to be games played on boards but I actually like posting and reading this board. Pretty good group here.

I look at a lot of these pinks down here and none of them have a spokesman like our Dr.
So....They are starting to film the spots the middle of this month. We don't know exactly by what means they are going to release these spots. But we know they are coming.
So that is what keeps me engaged here.

I knew this was going to happen more frequently after they made trading free. So if the spread is .0115 - .0125, and you are going to buy shares anyways, if the prices sells to .0115 why not tap it up to .0125?
It happens all the time. It used to happen but less frequently and it happened often at the end of the day. The end of day paint job.

We have to try to defend the nonsense so people can see what is really going on here.
I know there are more people investing than just Ihubbers, but still, representing what the company has been doing in a positive light is a must. Dr. Drew would not be affiliated with a pump. It's nonsense.
The guy legitimately believes that this one item can help solve a huge problem and he has signed a contract to promote this item. He has been paid 55 millions shares and he would not have signed the contract if he did not believe that this could be a big thing. And he even tweeted that he thinks this will be a big thing.
Along with the additions that we made to the board and the hiring of PCG.

Looking at charts is important. You mean that when you first bought into Redhawk you didn't even look at the chart at all to see where it was at or its history?
There are certainly different levels of chart reading. But to start out with look at something simple like the RSI, which is the strength of the stock against itself:

Take a look at our chart here:
This chart shows the 3 month chart with daily candles. It shows the accumulation, which is still only going up, the money flow index, the RSI and the slow stochastic. Notice the correlation between the stock price and the stochastic and RSI charts. More the stochastic.
There were a few people that dove into this stock when the price was at its top around .017. Well at that time all the charts we screaming that it was topped out. The RSI and the stochastic were both in the overbought areas. Unfortunately they got in at the top of a wave. Then the price, the RSI and the stochastic cooled off. That is when they were screaming pump and dump.
Now the RSI and Stochastic had, over the last couple of days, dipped into the oversold area and low and behold what do we have.....A bounce.
Our RSI was as high as 84.94 on the daily chart. The RSI right now is 55.41. If the RSI goes back to 80 the price of the stock will be .0295:

Now this is very simple and is not talking about how to read candles or how to determine exact tops or bottoms. But it shows you the importance of looking at and understanding charts and what you are looking at.

By Christmas of '77 they were no where near having the manufacturing or distribution centers in place to accommodate the demand for these toys. Penny traders believe that Market Makers (MM) will "signal" moves in advance buy using small amounts of buys or sells as "signals". The "signals" are such a small amount of shares (worth no more than 5 or 10 dollars) that no trader would have paid a commission that costs more than the amount of shares bought. The "signals" are from one MM to another.
100 - I need shares.
200 - I need shares badly,but do not take the stock down.
300 - Take the price down so I can load shares
400 - Keep trading it sideways.
500 - Gap the stock. This gap can be either up or down, depending on the direction of the 500 signal.

I'm just curious. I've put up some DD up on this ticker and I am convinced that it is heading in the right direction.
You are mentioning that you think that this is a pump and dump. You feel that there are people here that are manipulating others into buying this junk stock. I've seen that done many times and I certainly understand your skepticism.
I'd like to protect myself from losing money here. Could you please list some things that are wrong with the stock here so I can protect myself? Like some facts about people that are involved with the stock that are involved in criminal activities? Like fake websites? Lies? Anything of value that you could provide here would be helpful to me.
Is the contract that Dr. Drew signed fake?
Are the sales we are generating fake?
Are the PR's that have been released fake?
Was the successful conclusion of the lawsuit fake? And the shares being put back into the treasury fake too?
On what basis is this a pump? Where is the dump? Where is the scam?
Anything that you could provide would be helpful to me and the rest of the board.

There are other tickers down here in the OTC that I could have put that money into. However NONE of the OTC plays right now has the potential that this one does. (IMO)
I'm watching like 20 other pinks right now and all of them have serious issues. They are either late, or diluting. They all have issues. None of them have Dr. Drew.
I could have also put more money into my metal stocks, which I am heavily invested. There is more stability there and even dividends.
But I decided to put it here. I have confidence that the moves that have been made here have meaning. They are obviously setting up for something big. This is not the typical pinky.

I dumped another 2 grand in today and added another 190,000 more shares to my pile. I keep averaging up as funds become available.
Future looks bright here and I want as may shares as possible.
I can think of better ways to spend 3500 bucks. But it is their risk. If they come out with some silly PR that gets this to bounce to trip4 they doubled.
I mean I don't blame them. However knowing what I know about this stock.......I can't stomach the thought of putting any money in this thing.

When you say that some people may not believe you or understand what it is you are talking about.
The MM's can control, dictate, walk down and manipulate a stock for their own gain. Sometimes when you put in a buy and it is not directly applied, sometimes it is due to the MM's using that money to make money for themselves.
When a price goes down for no reason and it shouldn't ( Sound Familiar?) It can be due to the fact that the MM's want to accumulate shares for themselves to profit off of.

When people here say HOLD, or Slap the ask. It is a way of breaking out of the MM's hold on the stock as they "box the price in" or "walk the stock down"
The best thing to do is NOT panic and NOT sell! That is exactly what they want. And slapping the ask or accumulating is the best advice.
It is a real thing for those that don't understand.

They had no idea that the movie was going to do what it did. They were not prepared and it took almost a year to get the manufacturing caught up with the demand for the item.

6- Stopped all dilution
7- Completed a successful partial sales campaign in the Texas school system and is expanding into California and the Gulf Coast
8- Brought all production of products back to the US. MADE IN THE USA!
9- Changed the company name and ticker to Redhawk Holdings and SNDD from IDNG.

1- The sales figures in the form of an 8k
2- The sales figures from the expansion into Cali and the Gulf Coast
3- The upgrade to OTCQB
4- Dr. Drew will start his 2 year campaign including infomercials, Youtube, commercials etc.
We have a great team. We have a great board of directors with decades of experience in the medical supply field. We have an owner that is making all the right moves, eliminating debt and not diluting. We have the best spokesman that you can possibly have and he has already shown that he is affiliated with our company by tweeting already numerous times.
And people are saying that this stock has no substance and shouldn't be where it is now. I believe that it is undervalued and I ask all of these doubters to show any OTC stocks that have this much going for it. ANY at all. The future looks bright here. More has happened here in the last 6 months that never happens in other tickers.

Exactly. I have scoured this company. Now I have a huge DD I've written and I may post it some day. It is long. There are some shady things that were happening with this company around the time it changed it's name to IDNG all the way back in 2008 and into 2012.

There was some stuff that was happening with the company that I didn't like back then. There have been a few people that were involved in the company back then that have been REMOVED. The entire company is different now. All new people.

And those 52 million shares went back into the treasury.
Since this company has been cleaned out and retooled by Klug I can not find anything that is sketchy. Every person that is still involved and that has been recently added is top notch. The additions keep getting better.
Klug really has turned this company around. If you dig really deep you will find that this has all happened over the last 5 years. A good 5 year transition.
And there are people here on this board that have been through it all and can comment on this post.
I research deeply and I can not find anything that stands out as fraud here. I am optimistic about the future.
All my opinion and that is why I am invested here......

We are definitely in the early stages of a new run in metals. I have been in the metal markets and stacking for 10 years. I am ready for the next run. And the people that will say they wish they bought when silver was at 13 or 15 or 18 had plenty of time.
When this breaks and silver and gold go where I think they are we'll all be happy.
Just remember there are very powerful entities with their hands on the buttons. It is easy to create paper contracts to push around the market. I don't think we get full price valuation until it breaks.
I'm waiting patiently. The last 6 months has been encouraging!

If you don't hold it you don't own it. I don't trust the paper markets, however they dictate the metal prices.......For now....

At the end of July Dr. Drew was announced:

You can see the spike in the PPS, Accumulation, MF, and RSI. Price of stock prior to the announcement was running around .0010 then it jumped to .0030 and retraced to .0015 and stayed there until the middle of Aug.
Then the next wave hit in the middle of August. Based on news. The price popped to .0042 then it fell down to around the .0025 area. This wave the Accumulation, MF and RSI all took a little hit as somebody dumped into stronger hands. (Bet they wish they didn't) After that the accumulation just went up.
Then the ticker change in Sept ran it to .0170. Just like the other moves it has retraced as well. However look at the accumulation, MF and RSI since. The accumulation hasn't wavered one bit. The longs are strong here. There hasn't been any big dump of shares. But the MF and the RSI have cooled off. Ready for the next wave.
So when you say that there is no accumulation I beg to differ. That accumulation chart has done nothing but go up since the announcement of the ticker change. This says to me the float is locked and this will move quickly when it does.
In my opinion the stock is trading just like a strong healthy rise should. There have been 3 waves in the last few months that have all had consolidation/distribution corrections. There will be profit taking and the shares will distribute to others. And they have. But there has not been a dump of shares, just a redistribution of them.

I expect this to level off, just like the last 2 waves, and then start the next rise. Starting to dip below that 50 day.....
Chart looks primed and ready to me. I've only been in the markets for about 10 years and in the OTC's for about 3 years so somebody with more expertise can probably add more to this. Where is Clay when you need him?
